"Siamo stati a Belmont per tre notti in un piano alto dell'hotel. Belmont è un bel hotel, ma non ci fermeremmo più.
Pros: il letto, il conforto e le mutandine erano molto comodi. L'AC nella stanza funzionava bene. La pressione del doccia era forte.
Questo hotel dispone di una piccola palestra con tutto quello che devi fare per continuare il tuo allenamento durante le vacanze.
La parte migliore di Belmont è la spiaggia privata che le consultazioni hanno accesso a soli 5 minuti a piedi.
Cons: la TV nella stanza non funzionava bene. Il collegamento via cavo continuava a tagliare e a smettere di guardare lo spettacolo, e la doccia aveva una temperatura incoerente.
Il ristorante non era grande per il suo alto prezzo. Il cibo per strada era migliore. La piscina dell'hotel era estremamente piccola per un hotel di questa dimensione.
Benché Belmont abbia alcune qualità belle, abbiamo soggiornato in hotel che erano molto più bello per meno soldi, quindi non ci sarebbe rimasto qui."

"I had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel is clean and the location is great, very easy to find. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. The only downside is that they didn’t provide slippers. Because of that, I noticed and felt the floor wasn’t completely clean, which was a bit uncomfortable.
Other than that small detail, it was a nice experience and I would still recommend this place for its great location and kind staff."

"I wanted our things up in our room but the receptionist told us they’ll bring it to us but it was already 30 mins but our things were still not brought to our room so I ended up going down and picked up knowing they forget about it.

Il bagno molto slippery doccia non ha una porta di vetro da separare con il bagno dopo il bagno bagno sarebbe bagnato come un paio se si è in una fretta non sarà in grado di utilizzare il bagno mentre l'altro ha una doccia. A causa di quella camera da bagno è anche molto bagnata e scivolosa quasi scivolare per qualche volta.
Il personale del colazione non è buono, non ti permette di sapere che non hanno tutti gli oggetti sul menu quando ti siedono solo per farti sapere quando l'ordine è stato messo in un posto per ordinare ciò che è disponibile.
Anche loro sono sempre solo intorno alla zona del caffè e sono così occupati a parlare tra loro che non sono consapevoli quando si cammina attraverso la porta anteriore o quando si desidera ordinare soggiornato 3 notti ma si arrendere colazione il giorno 3.
Il nuovo hotel è un peccato, ma il bagno e il personale del colazione stanno abbassando questo posto."

"Before we submitted our booking,We requested to extend one room untill 6pm..We expect to pay a day or what the hotel policy is as our flight was a bit late at night.Unfortunately,Kicking us out at 1pm.So,we just went to the SM killing our time and came back to the concierge to get our luggages and went to the toilet to get changed and get ready for our flight home.We were so embarrased cos we were just in the hotel entrance corner unpacking and packing our luggages and their were a high profile people passing and stirring on us as there were two events happening in that night(5-6 pm).
And ooh…there smart tv only accepted android to watch netflix.
Otherwise,its a great hotel and crossed the road to the mall."

"I spent four nights in the excecutive suite of the new wing and i was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and excellent standard of this beautiful resort near the airport, which was not noticeable at all (no planes flying over or near the location). The hotel staff was always attentive, friendly and helpful. The beach was kept clean, the schools of little fish in the water indicating its purity. The restaurant Allegro's breakfast buffet offered a variety of different cuisine to choose from: tasty , fresh, appetizingly displayed. i especially enjoyed the local filipino treats like puto and bibinki. In addition i thoroughly enjoyed my vegetarian pizza at Delfino's and the refreshing thrist-quenching freshly-made juices at the juiceBar. I received two very relaxing treatments by Ms.Aileen at the Spa, with its peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Housekeeper Ms.Rose was impeccable at making sure i always had new bottles of drinking water. Although i did not require her daily housekeeping, my room stayed clean , towels orderly and my laundry was in perfect condition , delivered on time. This beautiful Resort deserves a five star rating in my humble opinion. Bravo and Thank you Bluewater Maribago, i know where i will be staying when i come back to the Philippines in the near future."

BBea TanI recently had the pleasure of staying at Sede Bloc Hotel in Cebu, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by warm and friendly staff who went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. Their genuine hospitality truly added to the overall positive atmosphere of the hotel.
The room I stayed in was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. It had all the basic amenities I needed, and the bed was very comfortable—perfect after a long day of exploring the city.
One of the best things about Sede Bloc Hotel is its convenient location. It’s situated within walking distance of several malls and popular establishments, making it incredibly easy to shop, dine, or just stroll around the area. Whether you’re visiting Cebu for business or leisure, you’ll appreciate the accessibility and vibrant surroundings.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Sede Bloc Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay in Cebu. I would definitely return on my next visit!

PPaNicIl resort è curatissimo e il personale è impeccabile da tutti i punti di vista. Pulizia perfetta. La stanza carina, il bagno enorme e comodissimo tuttavia sia in camera che in bagno l'odore di umido è molto forte nonostante l'aria condizionata funzioni molto bene e ci siano anche ottimi ventilatori a soffitto. Comunque il letto e le lenzuola non odorano di umido e quindi va molto bene. Il letto e i cuscini sono conodi. La colazione è pazzesca! La scelta è infinita sia per occidentali che asiatici. La quaita' del cibo e del servizio molto alta. La spiaggia è curata, si può fare snorkelling in una area ristretta e cintrollata, comunque nulla di che...la piscina è bella anche se troppo affollata. In generale non è una location particolarmente interessante e i dintorni del resort sono proprio in pessime condizioni e il traffico è terribile per cui i tempi di percorrenza in auto sono lunghissimi.

UUtente ospiteIl centro di Ayala è un posto per stare qui. Rimango qui se torno in futuro. 2 minuti a piedi dal centro commerciale. Tutto il personale è stato utile e amichevole. Siamo stati in 21 Fiore e I Love the Room molto modernized And super clean , la vista è perfetta per il caffè mattina presto , il buffet è stato buona acqua bollita viene fornito alla stanza ogni giorno. Molto consigliabile.

UUtente anonimoAbbiamo prenotato due camere e potevamo solo avere una stanza quando ci siamo reclutati e l'altra stanza un'ora e mezza dopo! Abbiamo seguito molte volte e ci siamo lamentati di come la stanza non era pronta quando è già il momento di check-in. Ci hanno detto che il personale era già in viaggio per portare la carta chiave per l'altra stanza, ma ci è voluto molto tempo (dato che le stanze erano appena al secondo piano, sopra il lobby) quando abbiamo seguito per la terza volta, Ci è stato detto che la carta era portata dal nostro ali principale, perche' ci ci vuole così tanto tempo?Abbiamo letteralmente la carta chiave dalla nostra prima stanza sul lobby del desktop sotto il nostro piano (ali oceanici). Sono anche molto rigorosi sulla capacità della camera che si deve pagare 3k più per pagare una persona extra, a differenza di altri 4-5 stelle hotel. La stanza era anche polvere, il mio ragazzo ha continuato a sgridare quando siamo entrati nella stanza e abbiamo dovuto prendere antistamina, ma le strutture erano grandi.

FFamily memory maker travelIn generale, è stato un buon inizio. Si consiglia molto di andare in bicicletta una stanza con vista sulla piscina, poiché le griglie sul lato della città si svegliano presto e sono alte. I bambini amavano le scale, la spiaggia era bella e i buffet erano buoni. Il personale del buffet è stato eccellente, ma le camere stesse potrebbero essere più pulite.

Nel buio Guryunjo ㅏ nella stanza, c'è un alto ㄱㅡ Lim A (il suono che pensi sia giusto!). Oyster e inf ㅗ 9 a'clock alla notte, Taegeun contattato Burang Bulang e lo risolve.
Bo Jung-seo Bo-seo Lee Chuan Pesso Sun-seo Bread Kunam (3 cibi al giorno risolti qui perché è un shegol cane, niente)
Sono felice che mi abbia dato il via per il show di spumante di notte.

5. Colazione al sacco per noi quando siamo dovuti partire alle 2 di notte per un tour
6. Area spiaggia esclusiva e privata
Contro:
1. La camera puzzava di umido e muffa
2. I bagni sono MOLTO piccoli. Non c'è una porta di vetro che li separi. Usano una tenda.
3. Ciabatte e acqua dovevano essere richieste.
4. Il check-in è durato 4 ore. Sì. 4 ore. A quanto pare la camera non era pronta. Siamo arrivati alle 12 e abbiamo fatto il check-in solo dopo le 16.
5. La colazione è deludente. Meglio optare per una camera senza colazione e mangiare fuori dall'hotel perché c'è molta scelta.
6. Il cibo è davvero pessimo. Soprattutto il cibo indiano e un po' occidentale. Abbiamo ordinato del cibo seduti a bordo piscina. Il vindaloo di montone era come uno stufato denso con un pizzico di piccantezza. NON ORDINARE CIBO IN HOTEL.
Fai una passeggiata fuori dall'hotel, ci sono pochi posti dove mangiare e prendere un caffè, incluso Starbucks.

The beach is impossible to visit without beach or dive shoes because it's not a sand beach but small, sharp stones beach. The view and maintenance of this beach is stunning.
Our room was ok & clean but musty.
Our biggest disappointment was at the restaurant.
First, we ordered the Poseidon Platter (2700php).. Not available today, sir.
Then we ordered each the Sea Bass dish (1500php).... Not available today, sir. Ended up eating burgers.
Conclusion: I enjoyed my stay, loved the view and pool, and enjoyed the food i was served, but at the current price of a stay in this hotel, I expected more.

MMoulanThis is our second time to stay in this hotel and they upgraded us to the executive room which is more spacious. Yey! Kudos to whoever made that possible. Appreciate it very much. I love that the trip booking comes with a breakfast as I really like the breakfast area of this hotel. Location is great in a sense that it is right in front of a mall and also great for people not from Cebu who have medical appointments in the nearby Chong Hua Hospital - Mandaue. Another thing I like about this hotel is the spacious lobby and the Bodega co-working space and cafe which was a savior during my first stay since it opens early. Staff are polite and the hotel is generally clean. Will definitely consider staying here again if I need to be around Mandaue City.
