I stayed at this hotel for six nights and it was an outstanding experience.
The hotel is very clean, perfectly located, and the staff are truly professional.
My room was spacious, and the minibar was fully stocked with fresh fruits, drinks, and snacks.
The breakfast was excellent, with a huge variety and everything tasted amazing.
Honestly, this hotel is so good that it deserves 7 stars.
I strongly recommend it to anyone visiting China.

L'hotel è vicino alla spiaggia e il personale è utile, ma il telaio si sente sporco sui piedi e ci sono alcuni marchi di spazzatura gialla sulle pareti del bagno. La AC aveva un tempo difficile di raggiungere meno di 24, quindi mi sono certamente svegliato sudando qualche volta, ma sono venuti a guardarlo il secondo giorno e era un po' meglio a 22. La vista e la camera erano buone. Apprezzo la zona di divano/ soggiorno, ma il divano aveva diverse tinture. Il bar dell'hotel /cafe non aveva molte opzioni alimentari, ma bevande erano piuttosto buone. La colazione era buona e aveva molte opzioni.

Per la prima volta, avevo scelto un grande hotel in catena, ma ho visto troppe critiche negative, e'andato decisamente. Ha scelto la sua casa davvero buona, non c'è nessuna minaccia, l'atmosfera moderna e semplice è stata decorata in generale, la stanza è pulita e luminosa, i letti sono bianchi, igienico e molto confortevole. Le strutture sono completamente utilizzate, la rete è fluida, l'atteggiamento del personale di servizio è buono, il soggiorno è veloce, la colazione è combinata in stile cinese e occidentale, i piatti sono ricchi di sapore, e le caratteristiche locali sono cowboy, salsa, prodotti di pasta, latte di salsa di latte di salsa di rosso, tutti i tipi di verdure calde, torte, frutta, tutti i tipi di salsa di salsa, E'meglio aggiungere un letto più grande alla casa di famiglia. This is currently one of my favorite hotels in Cangzhou, the rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, and the breakfast is excellent.
A charming French bakery on one end of the hotel offers coffee and pastries with an English menu, perfect for foreign guests unfamiliar with local food apps.
There isn’t much English-speaking staff, understandable given Cangzhou’s limited foreign tourism, the language barrier posed no issues at all.
Would definitely come back to this hotel again !

The hotel is elegant, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and every detail was handled with professionalism and care. Everything I needed during my stay was provided promptly and with genuine kindness.
I would especially like to recognize Kara, Vicky (The house keeper), and Vivian for their exceptional service. They went above and beyond to make my stay truly worthwhile, always attentive, warm, and ready to help. Their dedication and hospitality made a real difference and left a lasting impression.
InterContinental Shijiazhuang delivers world-class service and comfort. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again whenever I’m in the city.

I’m pretty experienced with China and China travel. It would be difficult if you were not familiar with China and some of the language. Not a lot of restaurants and things close by but walking the beach at sunrise is great.
That said. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We even forgot something and they called us on an international number to tell us

Questo è l'hotel perfetto per una vacanza in famiglia e una visita al Parco Faunistico di Pechino! L'hotel ospita capibara, lama, capre, conigli, pavoni e pappagalli; nostro figlio ne è stato entusiasta! C'è un parco giochi per bambini e una grande piscina al 16° piano; assicuratevi di portare costumi da bagno e cappelli. C'è anche una piccola palestra. Un taxi per il Parco Faunistico di Pechino costa solo 15 yuan. L'unico inconveniente per i turisti, soprattutto russi, è che si attraversa il confine tra Guantanamo e Pechino, quindi l'auto si ferma a un posto di blocco della polizia. Scendete, vi scansionano il passaporto, vi chiedono dove state andando, il vostro numero di telefono e così via. Ci hanno fermato anche quando siamo partiti dall'hotel per l'aeroporto, anche se era lo stesso giorno, quindi consiglio di partire presto. Ci vogliono circa 15 minuti, ma siate preparati; il taxi vi aspetterà e l'autista vi accompagnerà alla stazione. Un taxi dall'hotel all'aeroporto costa 49 yuan di notte. Vicino all'hotel ci sono un supermercato H+, Pizza Hut e KFC, e dall'altra parte della strada c'è un parco cittadino con area giochi e parco divertimenti. La colazione è molto varia: finalmente una buona macchina per il caffè e un caffè delizioso, un mare di panini, noodles e un sacco di piatti diversi! Ho pagato un deposito di 1.000 yuan al momento del check-in e due giorni dopo la differenza tra il prezzo della camera (112 yuan) e quello precedente (112 yuan) è stata rimborsata sulla mia carta. Da quel punto di vista è andato tutto bene; temevo di non poterla recuperare. L'unico inconveniente è stato l'odore di sigaretta, nonostante ci avessero detto che la camera era per non fumatori e l'avessimo arieggiata.

GGeneric UserI don't normally bother to write reviews, but this place is truly deserving of one. Our stay at Anaya was amazing to say the least. The place was so beautiful and serene, rivaling many of the luxury ryokans in Japan but with their own modern twist. We stayed in the queen room, and it’s fairly simple but more than adequate and comfortable. The in-room drinks and snacks were delicious, and they provided an additional special treat each day, which was an experience on its own. There wasn't a television, but we never felt that there was a need for one. It was a place where you can truly focus on unwinding and take things slow, but when needed, the Wi-Fi speed is sufficient for streaming on your own devices. The hotel is unique where you can just do everything within their compounds without needing to travel anywhere else. We really loved the Japanese bookstore, which is a must-visit, and spend some time admiring the garden next to it. They provide activities as well, so you will never feel like there is nothing to do. The spas are also highly recommended, which in fact warrants a trip all on its own even if you do not stay at the hotel. One of the spas is a re-purposed factory, and it's a truly unique experience which will appeal to architecture enthusiasts. Food was a little pricey, but you have a lot of options, and the ones we had were great. They even had their own provision shop for you to stock up on snacks and drinks. One of the main factors that truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service from Zhi Hui. She went above and beyond to share her personal contact in order to make sure we were well taken care of, answering our questions promptly and making arrangements for us. She even followed up with us after our departure to make sure we arrived at our next destination safely. The other staff around the hotel, including the restaurants, were also very friendly and helpful. There was even a sweet young lady selling what they harvested from the mountains as well as small snack stores, one of which was operated by a very friendly lady selling Japanese-style desserts. Our interactions with the people all felt really genuine and sincere. The experience wouldn't have been so wonderful if it weren't for our very pleasant experience with the people working in and around the hotel. They normally use a multi-seater buggy to ferry guests around, but when we were caught in the rain, they actually arranged a car to pick us up instead. Anaya Lanya Hotel is simply extraordinary, and we cannot recommend it enough.

Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us.
The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests.
Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night.
On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area.
However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight.
In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

E ' estremamente moderno e confortevole e ha una posizione molto conveniente nel centro di Baoding. Xiao Li al di fuori del dipartimento è stato grande a aiutarmi a entrare! È davvero incredibile che un hotel così grande sia disponibile a un prezzo così basso! All'inizio pensavo fosse troppo buono essere vero, ma vive fino alle foto e tutte le attrazioni promesse online!

Da quando siamo entrati nel lobby, ci siamo salutati con un senso di caldo e di genuina ospitità. Il personale del front desk era incredibilmente pensato e attento. Hanno immediatamente notato che viaggiavamo con i bambini e avevamo un po' di bagaglio, e hanno offerto un'assistenza proattiva, che ci ha fatto sentire molto bene curati subito.

TTimLimBad check in service at front counter lady. Seems more occupied with her task than guest service. I have to call and request for our sofa bed to be open. Given we book and indicated a family of 4, unlike other hotels whom immediately arrange all additional required items such as toothbrushs, slippers, towels, water, etc. Here I have to call to request for each items.
The wifi doesn't work. I have to physically bring my laptop to the front desk for assistance.. and even that was not able to connect.
Breakfast, average as the food are abit hard - hard noodles, hotdogs, breads..
Only cons is location near to ski and restaurants but so are a few hotels nearby.
Free scheduled public bus shuttle to/fro train station, have to walk about 7 mins to the bus stop.
As a Hyatt member, this is the worse Hyatt Place hotels I stayed. I believe surrounding hotels will have better guest services and competitive price too.

Impressionante. Servizi eccellenti. Vorrei fare i complimenti a tutto il personale che ci ha accolto durante il nostro soggiorno di 8 giorni a Chengde. Al momento del check-out, il personale ci ha aiutato con i bagagli. E sono corsi dall'altra parte della strada per chiamarci un taxi, un gesto molto caloroso. La camera è pulita e ben progettata. Situato proprio vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Chengde. Cibo e negozi facilmente accessibili.
