Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel per il nostro viaggio al Daxing Wildlife Park e ci hanno offerto due biglietti gratuiti per il parco, colazione inclusa. L'hotel dispone anche di un'ampia area giochi all'aperto e di uno zoo con carote. La camera familiare è piena di giocattoli e i bambini si sono divertiti così tanto con il passeggino che non volevano più andarsene. La camera è dotata anche di servizi per bambini, tra cui una scaletta, set di spazzolini da denti e pantofole. Il direttore, Jia Rui, è stato incredibilmente disponibile, contattandoci anche prima dell'arrivo per discutere di eventuali richieste. Un suggerimento potrebbe essere quello di aggiungere un seggiolino per il WC per bambini e tappare le prese più basse.

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno eccellente in questo hotel. Ci siamo trasferiti in una camera doppia con Mountain View e la stanza era confezionata con molta acqua e toilette! Anche il primo giorno ci hanno dato frutta gratuita. Tutti i dipendenti, dai puliziari, dai camerieri di fronte, dai camerieri di passaggio sciistico, ai ragazzi del cabinetto di noleggio di attrezzature sciistiche, sono stati molto amici e utili. La colazione aveva una grande varietà e una stazione omelette, yum! La palestra era molto bello e grande, ma aveva solo un matto di yoga. La zona della piscina era buona, ma la piccola piscina riscaldata era piuttosto calda. Il migliore è stato un hotel di sci e sci da qui non abbiamo dovuto lasciare tutto quello che avevamo bisogno di noleggiare e fare era proprio qui! Room & Cleanliness: I booked a double room but was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a 6-person family suite! The room was spread over two floors and was incredibly spacious and modern. It was very clean and well-equipped, though it lacked a refrigerator. One minor issue was the lack of a heater on the lower floor, which stayed quite cold, so I spent most of my time on the upper floor where it was warmer. Service & Perks: The staff provided decent service, and although their English was limited, they were very helpful. Check-in was a bit slow despite there being few customers. A huge plus of staying here is the 30% discount on ski passes and complimentary access to the Ski Lounge. Having access to the lounge meant I didn't need to rent a locker for my belongings, which was very convenient. Transportation & Getting There: After arriving at Taizicheng High-Speed Railway Station, walk to the far left towards the bus parking area. You’ll pass ski rental shops and staff holding signs for various hotels. Take the shuttle bus (runs every 15-20 minutes) and stay on until the very last stop right in front of the hotel. Don't make the mistake I did by getting off one stop early at Thaiwoo Ski Resort, or you’ll have a long walk! Ski Access & Facilities: For snowboarding, just take the elevator to the 1st floor, which leads directly to the ski slopes. You can buy passes and rent all your gear and outfits right there. Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor. I stayed in Building C, which is a separate building from the lobby but only a very short walk away. Noise & Atmosphere: The room was extremely quiet and offered great privacy. At night, the atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful, though it gets incredibly cold (I visited in late December). Surroundings & Dining: At the ski area, you’ll find a McDonald’s, and inside the main building, there are noodle shops, milk tea stands, and restaurants serving Xiao Long Bao, wontons, and hotpot. I highly recommend walking over to the Thaiwoo Ski Resort area in the evening. There are plenty of restaurants, clothing shops, live music, and beautiful light decorations—it’s a great spot for photos. Note that Thaiwoo has its own separate ski entrance from the hotel's.

È stata un'esperienza molto piacevole in questo hotel. Il servizio è stato davvero ottimo, Xiao Wang e Xiao Fan hanno fatto un lavoro eccellente e ci hanno fatto sentire i benvenuti. I don't normally bother to write reviews, but this place is truly deserving of one. Our stay at Anaya was amazing to say the least. The place was so beautiful and serene, rivaling many of the luxury ryokans in Japan but with their own modern twist. We stayed in the queen room, and it’s fairly simple but more than adequate and comfortable. The in-room drinks and snacks were delicious, and they provided an additional special treat each day, which was an experience on its own. There wasn't a television, but we never felt that there was a need for one. It was a place where you can truly focus on unwinding and take things slow, but when needed, the Wi-Fi speed is sufficient for streaming on your own devices. The hotel is unique where you can just do everything within their compounds without needing to travel anywhere else. We really loved the Japanese bookstore, which is a must-visit, and spend some time admiring the garden next to it. They provide activities as well, so you will never feel like there is nothing to do. The spas are also highly recommended, which in fact warrants a trip all on its own even if you do not stay at the hotel. One of the spas is a re-purposed factory, and it's a truly unique experience which will appeal to architecture enthusiasts. Food was a little pricey, but you have a lot of options, and the ones we had were great. They even had their own provision shop for you to stock up on snacks and drinks. One of the main factors that truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service from Zhi Hui. She went above and beyond to share her personal contact in order to make sure we were well taken care of, answering our questions promptly and making arrangements for us. She even followed up with us after our departure to make sure we arrived at our next destination safely. The other staff around the hotel, including the restaurants, were also very friendly and helpful. There was even a sweet young lady selling what they harvested from the mountains as well as small snack stores, one of which was operated by a very friendly lady selling Japanese-style desserts. Our interactions with the people all felt really genuine and sincere. The experience wouldn't have been so wonderful if it weren't for our very pleasant experience with the people working in and around the hotel. They normally use a multi-seater buggy to ferry guests around, but when we were caught in the rain, they actually arranged a car to pick us up instead. Anaya Lanya Hotel is simply extraordinary, and we cannot recommend it enough.

The room is amazing, staff also offered a free room upgrade just because of the cold weather 🤗 Breakfast is good also, must try the handmade noddles! The airport shuttle bus just outside the hotel, restaurants also available opposite the road. Take note some of the restaurants close at 930pm.

Tutto era meraviglioso, dal servizio allo spazio stesso! La stanza era molto spaziosa con bevande e snacks complimentari. Era anche così pensato di offrire una bomba da bagno con il tubo, e tutte le strutture erano specialmente curate. è un po 'distante dal mare ma c'è un servizio di guida 24 ore a & da qualsiasi località all'interno di Aranya, che è stato super conveniente e risparmiare tempo.

This stay truly exceeded all expectations. As foreigners visiting Zhangjiakou in December for the first time for both travel and skiing, the overall experience couldn’t have been better — it was absolutely top-notch 👍. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with a sense of warmth and genuine hospitality. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. They immediately noticed that we were traveling with children and had quite a bit of luggage, and proactively offered assistance, which made us feel very well cared for right away. The dining experience was equally impressive. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options to suit different tastes, and the availability of late-night snacks was a wonderful bonus, especially after a long day of skiing. Overall, whether it was the attention to detail at the front desk, the comfort and quality of the accommodation, or the excellent food and beverage service, this hotel truly delivered on all fronts. It’s absolutely an ideal choice for families traveling with children, and we would highly recommend Atour to anyone visiting Zhangjiakou.

Bad check in service at front counter lady. Seems more occupied with her task than guest service. I have to call and request for our sofa bed to be open. Given we book and indicated a family of 4, unlike other hotels whom immediately arrange all additional required items such as toothbrushs, slippers, towels, water, etc. Here I have to call to request for each items. The wifi doesn't work. I have to physically bring my laptop to the front desk for assistance.. and even that was not able to connect. Breakfast, average as the food are abit hard - hard noodles, hotdogs, breads.. Only cons is location near to ski and restaurants but so are a few hotels nearby. Free scheduled public bus shuttle to/fro train station, have to walk about 7 mins to the bus stop. As a Hyatt member, this is the worse Hyatt Place hotels I stayed. I believe surrounding hotels will have better guest services and competitive price too.
