It’s good. The rooms seem a little dated but ok. We’d stay here again, nearby there are some great places to eat, close to the East station and it’s a well done hotel. The baggage service and room service was very good. The front desk can smile more; it seemed an effort to give me a second room key. Also the question of “will you keep your room key or give it to us if you go out?” This is just weird. Recommend the hotpot chicken 200m away, very good.

Da elogiare! Altamente raccomandato! Sono andata all'aeroporto per accompagnare qualcuno nel weekend. Era troppo tardi, quindi ho pensato di fermarmi a Shijiazhuang per una notte. Mio figlio ha detto che voleva nuotare, così ho cercato la parola chiave ”piscina coperta” e ho visto questo hotel. Le strutture sono esattamente le stesse delle foto e l'esperienza reale è ancora migliore! Appena entrata nella hall, ho sentito una fragranza più intensa ~ che ha fatto sentire bene le persone. Dopo il check-in, ho scoperto che erano rimaste solo due camere nella camera standard che avevo prenotato. Il responsabile della hall ha preso l'iniziativa di offrirmi una suite di categoria superiore gratuita quando ha visto che ero con mio figlio e che aveva le idee chiare! Due camere da letto, un soggiorno, tre TV e una macchina da mahjong elettrica! (È stato un po' uno spreco stare lì solo in due, ahah) La sera ho portato mio figlio a visitare la piscina che aveva sempre sognato. Il personale all'ingresso mi ha detto che per nuotare è necessario un biglietto a parte. Sebbene il prezzo sia ragionevole e accettabile, spero ancora che questi servizi possano essere inclusi nel prezzo della camera. Ma prima che aprissi bocca, un bel ragazzo alla reception ha preso l'iniziativa di chiedere se fosse solo il bambino a voler nuotare (perché hanno anche la possibilità di fare il bagno e di sudare). Ho detto di sì, e lui ha detto: ”Allora puoi metterti il ​​costume in camera e nuotare direttamente, senza bisogno di comprare un biglietto~” Oddio! La posizione è buona, nel centro della città, ed è molto comodo passeggiare. L'hotel ha un forte senso del servizio da parte del direttore ai dipendenti. Quando ho ritirato i bagagli, ho ricevuto anche una borsa con due bottiglie di acqua minerale e fazzoletti. Un elogio speciale per la ricca varietà della colazione. La zuppa haggis è buona. Sarebbe meglio se ci fosse una macchina per il caffè appena macinata. Inoltre, i vetri all'esterno dell'hotel, in particolare le finestre con zanzariera, devono essere puliti regolarmente perché c'è troppa polvere. Nel complesso è un albergo con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo e può raggiungere le cinque stelle.

The hotel location is near to WanLiMiao Pedestrian Street for a short distance walk to Metro XinBaiGuangChang. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful where one of the staff went extra miles to assist my queries and request. The room is clean and just right for solo or couple travelers. A decent breakfast buffet spread. Do take note that their hotel lobby is located at level 31 and you can do your laundry at the same level.

The Modern Crystal Hotel in Baoding is only a 2 minute walk to & from Baoding Railway Station and there are lots of small shops and places to eat, as well as a shopping mall nearby which includes an Apple store! The hotel is quite old and some parts of the rooms I saw were badly in need of refurbishing, but the customer service is excellent. Every staff member I dealt with during my 3 night stay was wonderful …. the Reception staff, and the lovely ladies who clean the rooms and work in the dining room were all consistently and naturally extremely helpful and friendly to me ☺️ The Reception staff ask if you use WeChat, which is great, because you can message them if you need to ask anything and they respond immediately. One of the young guys on Reception went out of his way to help me when the sole of my shoe came away from my shoe, by trying to find a shoe repair shop (there wasn’t one) and then finding & ordering shoe repair glue on Amazon China for me and delivering it to me in my room an hour later! That kind of service is really heartwarming to a foreign traveller 💜 There is a hotel laundry available for guests to use, which was great! BYO laundry detergent. The only real issue - and it’s a major issue - was that smoking is allowed (and encouraged) in the hotel, which, as an Australian, I find shocking and quite unacceptable in this day & age of global “no smoking” health laws. The first room I was allocated smelt so badly of cigarette smoke, I couldn’t stay in it and requested a clean smelling room. The Reception staff complied immediately, and the 2nd room was much better, although it also had a very faint cigarette smell which was not ideal because it spoils the enjoyment of the room, and a No Smoking room should not smell of cigarette smoke at all, but I assume that every room was probably the same. Even the lifts & foyers on each floor smelt badly of cigarette smoke, and it wasn’t nice to see ashtrays everywhere. I have found the same problem in other hotels in China on this visit, more than ever before, and it’s really not pleasant for those of us who hate the smell of cigarette smoke and also get headaches from the horrible smell. It’s a shame, because no matter how excellent the customer service is, the cigarette smoking would prevent me from booking there again, or recommending it to anyone. Pity 😟

This is currently one of my favorite hotels in Cangzhou, the rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, and the breakfast is excellent. A charming French bakery on one end of the hotel offers coffee and pastries with an English menu, perfect for foreign guests unfamiliar with local food apps. There isn’t much English-speaking staff, understandable given Cangzhou’s limited foreign tourism, the language barrier posed no issues at all. Would definitely come back to this hotel again !

L'ambiente dell'hotel è molto buono, l'aspetto è bello, la hall è spaziosa e luminosa, il cortile è ampio e il parcheggio è comodo. Buona igiene, servizio cordiale, bevande gratuite e pantofole per bambini. Il letto matrimoniale ordinato è alto 1,35 metri. È molto comodo dormire in due letti separati, 2 grandi e 2 piccoli. La colazione a buffet è molto ricca e ognuno può trovare qualcosa di suo gradimento. L'hotel è di altissimo livello. Le strutture sono complete e il trasporto è molto conveniente. Se arrivi qui in auto, puoi raggiungere il centro commerciale in pochi minuti, il Baishi Park e la Nanchuan Old Street. C'è una grande area di intrattenimento all'aperto per bambini a Baishiyuan, che costa 10 yuan. È fantastico giocare con i bambini. Bellezza del crisantemo del giardino botanico

I nove genitori sono tornati a Shijiaqiang per scegliere il Bellihua Hotel. Il personale di servizio ha scelto tre camere con entusiasmo e attenzione. Il servizio ha osato essere vicino alla stanza di matrimonio. La reception ha paura che ci incontreremo di mattina. Ci manderanno frutta ogni giorno. Quando uscire, la carta di soggiorno è stata gia'scritta all'hotel. Non è stato trovato il vino quando si è lasciato. Il servizio clienti del negozio non conta. Il buffet di pizza di un piano è molto buono. Il ristorante di due piani è anche molto buono. È anche lanciato undici set di prati economici e freschi. Questa viaggia è molto felice. La famiglia è molto felice di venire a vivere qui la prossima volta 😆😆😆
