"Hotel is quite strict on security (albeit a bit troublesome cause need to scan every time you enter), but feels safe! Service by all staff was great. Help came quickly too when we dialled for assistance. Location may be slightly far from attraction, but there’s a mall with plenty of food options 5 mins away by foot, so it’s ok. Oh! Gelato in the lobby taste really good :)"

"Siamo stati a Belmont per tre notti in un piano alto dell'hotel. Belmont è un bel hotel, ma non ci fermeremmo più. Pros: il letto, il conforto e le mutandine erano molto comodi. L'AC nella stanza funzionava bene. La pressione del doccia era forte. Questo hotel dispone di una piccola palestra con tutto quello che devi fare per continuare il tuo allenamento durante le vacanze. La parte migliore di Belmont è la spiaggia privata che le consultazioni hanno accesso a soli 5 minuti a piedi. Cons: la TV nella stanza non funzionava bene. Il collegamento via cavo continuava a tagliare e a smettere di guardare lo spettacolo, e la doccia aveva una temperatura incoerente. Il ristorante non era grande per il suo alto prezzo. Il cibo per strada era migliore. La piscina dell'hotel era estremamente piccola per un hotel di questa dimensione. Benché Belmont abbia alcune qualità belle, abbiamo soggiornato in hotel che erano molto più bello per meno soldi, quindi non ci sarebbe rimasto qui."

"I went to stay in this hotel because I had to go to the Chinese consulate. The front desk people were so helpful when I needed to print and photocopy lots of documents. The area is also in front of Ayala malls which I like."

"Before we submitted our booking,We requested to extend one room untill 6pm..We expect to pay a day or what the hotel policy is as our flight was a bit late at night.Unfortunately,Kicking us out at 1pm.So,we just went to the SM killing our time and came back to the concierge to get our luggages and went to the toilet to get changed and get ready for our flight home.We were so embarrased cos we were just in the hotel entrance corner unpacking and packing our luggages and their were a high profile people passing and stirring on us as there were two events happening in that night(5-6 pm). And ooh…there smart tv only accepted android to watch netflix. Otherwise,its a great hotel and crossed the road to the mall."

"I spent four nights in the excecutive suite of the new wing and i was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and excellent standard of this beautiful resort near the airport, which was not noticeable at all (no planes flying over or near the location). The hotel staff was always attentive, friendly and helpful. The beach was kept clean, the schools of little fish in the water indicating its purity. The restaurant Allegro's breakfast buffet offered a variety of different cuisine to choose from: tasty , fresh, appetizingly displayed. i especially enjoyed the local filipino treats like puto and bibinki. In addition i thoroughly enjoyed my vegetarian pizza at Delfino's and the refreshing thrist-quenching freshly-made juices at the juiceBar. I received two very relaxing treatments by Ms.Aileen at the Spa, with its peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Housekeeper Ms.Rose was impeccable at making sure i always had new bottles of drinking water. Although i did not require her daily housekeeping, my room stayed clean , towels orderly and my laundry was in perfect condition , delivered on time. This beautiful Resort deserves a five star rating in my humble opinion. Bravo and Thank you Bluewater Maribago, i know where i will be staying when i come back to the Philippines in the near future."

"Per il prezzo che ho pagato (~7300 pesos), non ne valeva la pena. Ho prenotato la mia camera per la prima volta con circa un mese di anticipo solo per sentirmi dire giorni prima del mio arrivo che il mio letto king size sarebbe stato cambiato in un queen con un letto singolo aggiuntivo. Vorrei solo che ti dessero le opzioni che avevi prenotato originariamente e non cercassero di convincermi che avrei ottenuto un accordo migliore con l'aggiunta del letto singolo. Pensavano che uno di noi avrebbe dormito nel letto singolo mentre l'altro avrebbe avuto il letto matrimoniale tutto per sé? La nostra prenotazione era per la vigilia di Capodanno e abbiamo anche prenotato un pacchetto celebrativo per il loro grande balcone. Inizialmente mi è stato chiesto di pagare un certo prezzo da un membro dello staff, ma in seguito ho scoperto che avevano commesso un errore e che avrei dovuto pagare il costo aggiuntivo al mio arrivo. Una volta arrivato, ho pagato il costo del tè, ma ho dovuto passare attraverso 3 diversi membri dello staff prima di ricevere le istruzioni corrette e le fasce da braccio che dovevo ricevere. Il numero successivo riguardava la festa celebrativa che avrebbe dovuto svolgersi dalle 10 alle 12:30. La mia camera era al 16° piano e sono andata in camera mia alle 12:30 solo per intrattenermi ulteriormente fino alle 3 del mattino. Il suono basso della musica mi ha tenuto sveglio fino alle 3:30. Infine, il buffet del mattino successivo era vario in ciò che offrivano ma, a parte il caffè, il pasto era freddo. Il mio consiglio alle persone è che questo hotel è sopravvalutato e che è possibile trovare hotel migliori a prezzi più economici che, a mio parere, rappresenterebbero un passo avanti in termini di servizio e comodità. Non sprecare i tuoi soldi!"

"Fili Hotel in Nustar Cebu is an amazing place to stay. Their customer service, cleanliness, amenities, food and everything is top notch. I'm so happy we spent our 10 year anniversary here. Our son loved everything in the place too. We are definitely coming back"

Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a fantastic view. The resort's amenities, including the pool and beach access, were top-notch. "Abbiamo fatto il check-in dopo mezzanotte e c'erano altri 2 gruppi davanti a noi. Il personale ci ha accolto calorosamente. La nostra camera è semplice e confortevole, è a breve distanza in auto dall'aeroporto, circa 10 minuti, quindi è in un'ottima posizione, soprattutto perché il nostro volo è arrivato a tarda notte. Goldberry ha anche altri punti vendita nella stessa città di Cebu. La colazione gratuita era inclusa, c'era una discreta scelta ma non dirò che la colazione fosse la migliore. C'erano alcuni piatti locali che puoi provare al buffet della colazione e anche una stazione di uova. Infine, l'hotel dispone di 2 bancomat nelle vicinanze per prelevare contanti e di un minimarket 7-eleven."

"In generale, è stato un buon inizio. Si consiglia molto di andare in bicicletta una stanza con vista sulla piscina, poiché le griglie sul lato della città si svegliano presto e sono alte. I bambini amavano le scale, la spiaggia era bella e i buffet erano buoni. Il personale del buffet è stato eccellente, ma le camere stesse potrebbero essere più pulite."
