Enjoyed my stay at this hotel again! I stayed here several times and was never disappointed. Good location. Several subway stations nearby as well as many restaurants and shopping centers. Professional staff and very accommodating.

Good location and service. Restaurant food choices could be better, especially choices for kids

Very disappointed that I'm going to have a bad mood. Hopefully the rest of the day will get better soon.

Overall fine. It’s relatively clean. Very convenient location. Have a big supermarket beside it. The gym is very small. Not prefer to go for the gym. And the lift has cigarette smell. It could be improved.

hotel was good, much better than the one we stayed in Hong Kong, where rooms are much smaller. Breakfast were good with variety of breakfast menu to choose from, and reasonable I guess for a hotel breakfast buffet, but can certainly find much cheaper local foods nearby the hotel.

This morning, my girlfriend dropped the earrings in the room and left the hotel. I called the hotel and asked for the help to find the earrings. I get a very fast response from the staff on the phone who called me back telling me that they are found. I would like to show my great appreciation on the honesty of the cleaning staff working on the 10th floor and the lady on the front desk who is helping me. Simon Hong Kong 10/10/2024

Joanna was sooooo helpful and friendly! Great English too. Helped me retrieve my belongings and directions for the local transport. Such nice staff! :)

Good size rooms and beds

Pleasant Stay with L.Gem Hotel! Special mentions to the staff ( 小怀） who has gone extra miles to ensure seamless check in to hotel. i enjoyed my stay here in Shenzhen!

The location is good and all staffs are very helpful and nice, however the room is very old, the mirror in the bath room is full of stains in different shape and size and the cabinets and drawers in the room have a lot of scratches.

WiFi is unstable and need phone number to activate

There very convenient to go out around. Down stairs have many to eat such as Starbucks..KFC...a mid-size mall having a supermarket with food court, the backwards a community there also have few of nice cafe.
