I giardini e le piscine sono bellissimi, la colazione è nella media e le camere sono un po' datate. È un ottimo hotel per rilassarsi in piscina o in spiaggia. Il personale è molto gentile.

First time in Bali, we loved this resort. The service in all places was outstanding. Was very nice to have everything taken care of for a change. Loved all the inclusions in this package. Will definitely come back again next year

Toddlers room open from 9am even though there is no such toddler who will wake up at 9. They are up from 6-7am. So having an option to come to the playroom before 9am would be great fro all parents. Food was goof but overall pricey. Especially because of ++ system.

Had a great service from staff. Nice ocean view room and swimming pool.

We Loved the Grand Hyatt. The hotel is beautiful. From the reception entrance to the room. The whole surrounding is filled with beautiful frangipani like trees for shade and Lilly ponds. The kids loved all the pools and the slides. The rock pool was the favourite. The beach is gorgeous and very clean. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Massive beds. Loved the wardrobe with dressing area and loads of clothes hangers , full length mirror and private dressing area. Our room was 3404 with ocean view. We ate at 3 different restaurants for the buffet breakfast but the beach view one is a beautiful location. The service was slightly slower as It is a popular spot to eat in the morning. Lots of breakfast options to choose from At all breakfast restaurants. Lots of sun Ed’s free at the beach with lots of natural shade. Although we didn’t use the kids club we did participate in the paid events like the Ocean beads and the mermaid experience which was absolutely amazing and worth every dollar. The free kids club looked amazing too with bunny rabbits to feed and lots going on like tie die , painting and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Some small markets close by at benoa and a sports bar called tavern have lovely food and really good cocktails. The grand Hyatt is Walking distance to Bali collection right next door. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and private beach but room is a little dated and can do some upgrading.

Beautiful resort. The staff are nice. Restaurant is a bit costly but food taste good and clean. Would definitely back next time. If there are more program for kids and teens to spend in the hot day, that would be a bonus for families.

The hotel is magnificent and Grand as a name says it too big for my taste but I recommend at least one night.

Perfect location, great amenities. You can walk to everything

Very very huge property. Nice and very green. You will get lost initially and get use to it over few days.Accessible beach. Swimming pool is very interesting and unique. Rooms require renovation as they are ageing out.

The resort was absolutely massive, it almost felt like a small city! The good thing is that due to its size, it never felt crowded. The private beach area was nice but if you want to do snorkeling, it's better to book a day-trip to Penida or Blue Lagoon. The rooms were a little bit old but still comfortable enough. Distance to the nearby shopping mall was lovely. Overall highly recommend for couples and families.

Our stay was awesome. They upgraded our room to executive suite for free.
