L'atteggiamento del ristorante nei confronti del servizio è nella media: sono disposti ad aiutare, ma l'atteggiamento può essere migliore. Camera 5 al tramonto, un po' delusa Lo spazio è davvero grande, ci sono 2 piani e l'ambiente è molto bello. La colazione era abbondante, ma c'era meno caffè e non era molto gustosa, soprattutto la frutta, che viene descritta come sgradevole.

The pool is gorgeous and stays warm in the night, love the design and every detail in the room, bed and pillows are comfort too. The services and front desk are so warming, definitely recommend this hotel. Love their breakfast pancake LOL.

Wonderful place and environment! Just to reminder need to step down the stairs by a comfortable shoes so u can get the nice view ! The stuff is reli nice !

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights but this place not worth the money the cliff nest room was very small and in front of the sun not proper shadding,the pool water was v hot not suitable for a day time bath as outside temperature was 26C…breakfast was ok half glass of juice and smoothie served which wasn’t enough.Overall not happy with our stay and on top steepy steps to reach there.

The location was great, the room was very nice and spacious, and the view was amazing

場所は入り組んだところにあるので最初は分かりづらいです。私たちは空港ピックアップを頼んだのでホテルの付近までタクシーで、そのあとは荷物を運んでくれる方と部屋に向かいました。 荷物を運んでくださる方が力持ちで、私たちの大きな荷物を抱えて急な階段を上り下りします…本当にありがとうございます！(そして重い荷物すいません) チェックインは部屋の中で行われました、スタッフの方がすごくフレンドリーで、ちょうどその日到着した時があまり見られないピンク空だったので"ラッキーだから先に撮影して！"と素敵な対応でした！ 部屋はとても綺麗で、特にプールからの眺めは最高！ 昼間は暑いですが夜は冷え込みます、プールは温水で夜最高でした！ ドーム型は湿気が多い、暑いなど聞いていましたが、10月だったので暑いこともなく、シャワー室のみ使用後は湿気があるくらいで数時間後には湿気はありませんでした。 朝ごはんは満足するクオリティー、量で最高な朝を毎日迎えられました！ 本当にありがとうございました！

在Oia的懸崖酒店，房間有Jacuzzi，早餐非常豐富，前一天選好就可以了 服務非常好，小哥會搬行李到房間，全是樓梯 就住在Oia中心區域，推薦指數五顆星

酒店很漂亮，位置很好，最佳拍照地點就在酒店旁邊。不過房間隔壁是公共樓梯，旺季可能會很多遊客經過，遊客會看到在房間的泳池和陽台。但是我們淡季去就非常好，很安靜，除了工作人員，沒有其他人經過。

房間乾淨，位置不錯，工作人員熱情周到，推薦。

This was by far, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. It was pure luxury. I must begin with explaining just how amazing the hotel manager, Alexia was. She made our stay so perfect by providing everything we needed. After receiving our hotel booking confirmation, I replied to their email to book the airport pickup/drop-off service. Alexia arranged to have a driver waiting for us at the airport. He drove us to the post office pick-up point where the hotel porter met us and carried our luggage directly to our room. Alexia was waiting in our room to greet us with a cold drink and go over all the details of our stay. When it came time to depart, she arranged to have our bags taken back to the meeting point where our driver was waiting. The room was spectacular with an absolutely breathtaking view of the Aegean Sea. Our room included a private balcony with a private jacuzzi. I can say that sitting in the hot water and sipping drinks while looking out over the sea was like a dream. Each morning, breakfast was served to us on our balcony, and it was so delicious. Everything prepared fresh each day. My favourite was the Bougatsa pastry. The breakfast was so satisfying that we didn't need lunch. Our room was huge and so comfortable. It had a spacious and very comfortable bed, a great large living room space, big bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. Each day we were visited by staff to clean the jacuzzi and clean our room. They staff were very attentive and super friendly. They really made us feel at home. I can't say enough about Alexia. She truly helped to make this a perfect vacation. Thank you, Alexia for everything. You are simply the best! It's hard to put it in words exactly how amazing this place is, so I hope this review will give you some idea. If you have the means to visit Santorini, then do it. And, I highly recommend staying at the Hotel Armenaki.

If you are looking to stay in a hotel with perfect views of the caldera and right in the middle of everything, Armenaki is your place. While Oia can be very crowded and has alot of shopping and restaurants, this hotel is a quiet retreat just steps from the action. We stayed in the Cliff Nest suite which is comfortable, but very small. It had a nice balcony and jacuzzi, both also small. But the views make up for the small space, and the location is incredible. Be aware that there are a ton of stairs to get to and from town, and also a ton of stairs in the town of Oia. I would not recommend staying in Oia for anyone with mobility issues. The staff at Armenaki are amazing, everyone was very helpful and kind. Be sure to take advantage of the included breakfast everyday, it was delicious. I highly recommend Armenaki to anyone looking for a special stay in Oia.
