It was a pleasant stay, the location was convenient. The breakfast has limited vegetarian choices. The reception was helpful in booking taxi for us. Hualien has some good vegetarian cuisine choices within the city like Piatto which was very good.  we booked a private charter car to look around the places - we recommend booking these cars in advance. 

I like this hotel, really nice rooms, friendly staff, good location, and good breakfast. I will be back!

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The sauna in the bathroom is a pleasant surprise. The breakfast is very good.

花蓮海悅飯店入住時間為星期五，雙人房價1664元，下午2點抵達可以使用下午茶。 住宿安排在五樓，六樓為日出觀景台。 房間使用鑰匙開門，無鎖鏈，空間寬敞，約26平方公尺，附設一個寬敞的陽台（密閉式），可供兩人舒適休憩，木製椅子附有軟墊，坐起來 陽台窗戶舒適放鬆，可開啟，室外地板乾淨，可穿拖鞋外 。 室內空間寬敞，可同時打開兩個行李箱，活動空間充足，硬體設備齊全。 室內設有一張 大床，乾淨舒適，窗明几淨。 備有RO濾水器， 裝後煮沸飲用，亦 在走廊飲水機使用自備 具杯裝水。 下午茶點心包含小美冰淇淋、義式咖啡及 點，休憩空間舒適。 早餐以中式早餐為主 。 機車停車空間充足，至少可 放停十幾輛機車；汽車停車位約七個，可能較為擁擠。 缺點： * 廁所衛生紙不易抽取 * 浴缸採光不良，較暗 * 冷氣機聲音較大，睡眠時較難忽略，但不至於影響睡眠。

浴室的布幕遮不滿，同住有女生，有點小尷尬。所以我們只好分批洗澡，再出門晃一下。 陽台空間不錯，但是禁煙，有抽煙的人不能在陽台抽唷。

地位置很不錯，又有專屬停車場，開車到夜市5分鐘，這次選有陽台的房型，空間很大，浴室乾濕分離，整體環境及價格還可以，自助式早餐飲料覺得還需加強，服務還可以。

環境整潔、服務人員非常親切，飯店還為客人準備了咖啡、茶、餅乾、冰淇淋。 地點離東大門不遠且附早餐，CP質高，下次到花蓮還會再入住

房間寬敞並帶陽台，走廊帶飲水機值得一讚。餐廳下午2點後提供免費咖啡和餅乾。可是早餐普通，座位不多，而且補充速度慢，建議早起過來。車位10個左右，停滿就得開到對面馬路的白線內。
