Recentemente sono rimasto all'Hotel Eion Sapporo per 3N, e in generale, è stata una grande esperienza! L'hotel è solo a 7-minute passeggiata dalla stazione JR Sapporo, rendendolo molto conveniente per i viaggiatori. Ci sono centri e molti negozi vicino alla stazione. Si trova anche vicino al terminale degli autobus, che serve come zona di raccolta per coloro che hanno prenotato tours di giornoa grande plus per la vista.
L'hotel è eccezionalmente pulito e ben mantenuto (quasi nuovo), con un ambiente moderno e accogliente.Una caratteristica conveniente è il negozio 7-Eleven collegato direttamente all'hotel, perfetto per prendere snacks o essenze in qualsiasi momento.
Uno dei punti di vista del nostro soggiorno è stato il buffet per colazione (local), che ha offerto una vasta gamma di opzioni deliziose per iniziare il giorno con una bella vista sulla neve caduta.
L'unico punto di svantaggio per noi era la struttura della stanza, e ci sentivamo che c'era un po' di spazio sprecato che avrebbe potuto essere utilizzato meglio. Tuttavia, questo non si è allontanato dal comfort generale del soggiorno.
Nonostante questa piccola questione, l'Hotel Eion Sapporo è una scelta solida per chi cerca comfort, pulizia e servizio di qualità in Sapporo. Lo consiglierei!

I recently stayed at Mercure Sapporo, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering great comfort after a day of exploring. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers.

La dimensione della camera era un po' più grande di quanto pensassi. L'hotel è super comodo e vicino a luoghi come Daimaru, stazione ferroviaria, yobadashi, camera da letto e Kinokuniya. We stayed this hotel due to its “famous” breakfast. But tbh, it is only a “acceptable” to me. The place is crowded and easily to bang into each other. I think it famous is due to they get to eat crab and ikura unlimited on such a valuable price. But the ikura and crab is only soso to normal.
They serve cheese and ham as well.
Bed and pillow is so hard to sleep.
Multi level parking lots is just right behind the after with 1500¥ per day.

Karaksa Hotel Sapporo is right smack in the middle of Tanujiko shopping and dining belt. The Ramen Alley is also nearby. It is close to the entrance of Pole Town, which links all the way to Sapporo JR Station.
Walk past Odori metro station in the direction towards Sapporo JR station, you can also easily access Aurora Town on your right, another underground shopping stretch that leads to Aurora Plaza.
The hotel provides free ice-cream and drinks at level 2F. The onsen is also conveniently located at level 2F. A coin laundry service is also found near the onsen area but the dryers don't seem very effective. I had to put enough 100 yen coins to use the dryer for 6 whole hours before they were completely dry!
Room size is just nice for 2 pax, however it would be a tight squeeze for 3 adults. There isn't much hanging space for clothes in the room so I had to improvise by getting S hooks from Diaso.

Hotel room was huge and very spacious by japanese standards. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and a full set of amenities was available for us to use. The massage chair was amazing especially after a full day worth of walking. And the free shuttle bus to Sapporo Station on our last day was very convenient and a life saver! Especially with our heavy luggage bags, it would have been troublesome to have to carry them down the subway stairs. So it really helped us alot! And please do book a space for the bus in advance.
However, I wished staff service would have been better. Front desks was very helpful, but on our first night, we called for help in the night because we couldn’t find anyway to turn off the overhead light for the right side bed.
When we asked for someone to come and help us eventually, the male staff who came sounded very irritated and unhappy. Don’t know if it was a wiring problem or some setting in the main room control panel, but there was NO WAY we could have figured it out ourselves.
In fact, every morning at 7am, just that particular light on the right side bed would turn on automatically by itself and wake me up. I hope that the hotel can rectify that problem.

ZZCJHotel fantastico! Tutto è stato gestito perfettamente da un eccellente personale. Le camere sono pulite, moderne e molto comode. Il cibo è anche molto spazioso e pulito. Il valore aggiunto (buffet di miele, bevande calde, deserto tardi e snacks) è un bonus molto benvenuto.

Location: in the Jozankei Onsen town that’s about an hour + out of Sapporo. Honestly if you’re in a group, just book a cab out, it was about $80++ for 3 of us! Otherwise remember to book the Onsen bus shuttle early in advance 🥹
Area around Onsen is nothing much besides other Onsen houses, a small cafe and other smol tourist picture spots.
Back to the Ryokan: this was my first experience being in one and I’m so glad I chose this place! Mum and sister throughly enjoyed it as well, using our in room Onsen ( there’s 2!) and also the shared common Onsen with an outdoor facing the snow too ❄️☃️♨️
Service:The staff was extremely polite and efficient, seeing the reviews of them being rude was kinda uncalled for. They were nothing but kind and attentive. It is a very quiet and peaceful place , I understand the need for all guests to be maintain the atmosphere too.
Food: amazing, one of the best meals I’ve had in Japan so far ♥️ the pictures below speaks for itself 🥹 private dining room to enjoy the view too🏔️
Loved small touches too like the mikimoto soaps , Dyson hair dryers ( in the public Onsen) And the chopstick souvenirs 🥹

FFun Traveler5mins walk from Sapporo station North exit. Water dispenser and ice maker at our level makes it convenient. Only 1 big luggage can be placed at corner of the room. The other had to be on the walkway in front of the bed. Rather standard space for Japanese hotel. Public bath was nice especially in the cold winter. There is a separate space for relaxing. Wasn’t being told of the coffee lounge during check in as read from reviews here.

AAsiaFamTravels2 small double beds were fine for 2 adults and 2 kids. Great breakfast buffet including wine and ice cream, salmon roe, cod roe and rice porridge for kids! Late checkout incurs a fee of 2000 yen an hour. Right outside exit 9 of JR with complete step-free access from the JR trains. No facilities but at least the lifts are fast. Close to daimaru where there is a Pokémon Heaps of mainland chinese tourists but I would definitely stay again.

FFeeWFirst time in Sapporo and didn’t know where to stay. Glad I found this place because it was perfect on all levels. Location is walkable from Sapporo station but cabs are constantly around.
As soon as you arrive you’re greeted with a sense of zen and it carried throughout our stay. Room size was good enough for us, very clean and it included all the basic necessities including robes for the Onsen. Overall building was very well maintained.
The main feature is the Onsen and it didn’t disappoint. Multiple warm pools, sauna and a cold plunge. You even get ice cream afterwards.
Didn’t get any breakfast or dinner so can’t comment on the food but highly recommend staying here. Would come back!

I called the hotel & arranged for luggage delivery from Tokyo to reach Sapporo on my check-in date. When i reached the hotel for check-in, my luggage was already inside my room.
There's a convenience store just around the corner (2 mins walk) & a McD restaurant not far away from the hotel.
The hotel is located 6 mins from the Sapporo metro train station where there's few other lines connecting. There's an underground shopping street just beside it (in the same building).
Only 1 medium size self service laundry machine (wash & dry - coins/cards) is available on the 12th floor during my stay. They also offer laundry service at a cost. Access to the lift & room is by room card key.
On the checkout date, i was able to request the hotel staff to help store my luggage bags for a few hours while we go explore around before we travel to the next destination.
Overall, stay is very comfortable and recommended.

RRoyston NgMy wife and I checked in the hotel from 10-14 July 2024.
Upon check-in, we were attended by a female counter staff. After checking both my wife and my passport, she mentioned that the room was booked for 4 nights for only 1 person and that I’ll have to pay ¥1,500 additional for each night that my wife stays with me. That added up to ¥6,000 which I felt was totally unnecessary because there was no additional costs incurred regardless my wife is staying with me in the room or not. I tried to speak rationally to the staff attending to me but due to some Japanese rules, she frowned and insisted that I’ve to pay for the ¥6,000 which I have no choice but to pay up.
After paying the ¥6,000 we went up to room 705 and realized that the carpet in the room was so old and dirty with stains all over, especially along the main passageway. The bathtub is the only location we can take our shower in and it creaks whenever we step inside, sounding like it’s gonna break apart anytime. The water temperature was also irregular.
Though this hotel is conveniently located just minutes walk away from Takajima-Koen Station, we doubt we’ll ever stay back at the hotel ever again.
A negative impression has been created since the moment we checked into the hotel and nothing has changed throughout our stay there.
