One of the best intercontinental hotels we have ever been too. Classy hotel and fantastic amenities. Shaheedah from Egypt did our checkin smoothly. Abdou helped with our bags. All the staff were well trained and took care of the guests. One thing that could be changed is someone should be attending at the checkin/check out counters to avoid annoying customers because no one could make out who was next in the queue. Food was amazing and the beach and pool awesome. Although in January when we went the sea water was too cold and very windy. So beach was difficult to swim in but the pool was temperature controlled. Great hotel and value for money. Also the pressure of the showers should be increased if possible. And better shampoo should be arranged too.

В этот отель приезжаю с 2017 года последний раз был в 22 году . За это время владельцем стал Хилтон, и всё изменилось не в лучшую сторону . Раньше это был Лакшри , роскошь , отсутствие посторонних, высочайший сервис, теперь это рваные лежаки , затёртые полотенца , плюс стройка с двух сторон , причём иногда в море зайти нельзя , грязное. В общем я конечно обескуражен. Персонал конечно хороший , стараются во всю , в остальном …. От былого Вальдорфа осталось только воспоминание, был там последний раз , а жаль ….

La mia esperienza a Rixos è stata davvero eccezionale, dalle eleganti camere e da pranzo di classe mondiale alla calda ospitalità e alle strutture di top-notch, ogni momento è stato memorabile. Il personale si è spostato sopra e oltre per garantire comfort e soddisfazione, rendendolo una delle migliori esperienze hoteliere che abbia mai avuto. Molto raccomandato per chiunque cerca lusso, rilassamento e servizio inoltrabile.

Il miglior hotel che abbia mai avuto il privilegio di rimanere a. Edificio magnifico, e si fa solo più attraente quando si entra. Alte camere di qualità, e servizio di alta qualità. Ho soggiornato in dozzine di hotel a (L). Questo era al primo posto della lista dei migliori soggiorni/esperienze mai. Il personale era molto ospite e c'era per ogni bisogno di me. Grazie mille.

La stanza è molto grande, il rapporto prezzo con l'hotel circostante è buono. Vale la pena di soggiornare. Ci sono 10 minuti per camminare vicino alla metropolitana. Il cibo è anche vicino alla stazione olimpica.

This was my second stay at The Ritz-Carlton Al Hamra Beach, and once again, it was amazing! We came as a couple and everything was perfect — from the service, cleanliness, and friendly staff to the beautiful room and spacious private pool. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of great options. It’s definitely one of my favorite summer spots, and I’ll keep coming back. Highly recommended for a peaceful and luxurious getaway.

Dalla nostra arrivo, siamo stati accolti con vera e propria attenzione da parte del personale incredibilmente amichevole e attento. La loro ospitezia ci ha davvero fatto sentire speciale per tutta la nostra permanenza. Il design elegante, combinato con l'atmosfera serena, ha creato il perfetto contesto per una via di relax. Ogni dettaglio, dalle belle camere alle splendide viste, è stato curato con cura per fornire un'esperienza di assoluto comfort e indulgenza. Il pranzo al resort era un piacere, con ogni pasto come un capolavoro culinario, e la varietà di opzioni si occupava di tutti i gusti, e la qualità del cibo superava le nostre aspettative. Abbiamo lasciato Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort con memorie preziose e un aspirante ritorno. Abbiamo deciso di attraversare l'UAE e questo è un'idea. La posizione è bella piena di cose da fare. Sicuramente consigliere e vedere di nuovo!

Pros: Service is friendly, accommodating and efficient  Rooms are great for the price point Buffet restaurant was surprisingly good , never bored over 5 days Wide beach with plenty of pool areas Sports bar is great, but not all drinks are in the all-inclusive, but has premier league football Cons: If you drive you will have to park outdoors under a tree and your car will be covered in debris, no underground parking House drinks could be better, soft beverages are great though Pools and beach is overcrowded Outdoor bars close too early Restaurants are not included with the all-inclusive except for buffet restaurant, suggest guests staying over 2 nights should be able to book within all-inclusive Overall, was dreading the booking , but was pleasantly surprised.

The Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort is an excellent choice for a luxurious and relaxing holiday in Ras Al Khaimah. Its beautiful beachfront location, impressive pools, elegant rooms, and attentive staff create a memorable experience. While it's relatively new, and some minor ”teething” problems have been mentioned, the resort is clearly striving to deliver a top-tier experience. It's highly recommended for families and couples seeking a serene and sophisticated retreat.
