I couldn't use the accommodation due to a flight cancellation caused by heavy snowfall, and no action was taken even after I verified it. Of course, it was my bad luck that I couldn't go due to a natural disaster, but it ended up being a place I wouldn't want to use in the future.

Convenient location! Everything was fine. May come back later.

The room is clean. Location is walkable from Sapporo station. I like the massage chair provided in the room.

If it has luggage storage service, I would give a 5-star rate. The location is excellent. It just a few minutes walk to the train station. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. I also want to complain about the incorrect information provided by Trip.com. It said the hotel was luggage storage service and I booked It mostly for this reason. It interrupted my plan of trip when I found there was no such service after checking in.

Wow what a rad and comfy place to rest my tired body after cruising the streets of SAPPORO Will STAY HERE AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT. BIG COMFY rooms WERE A BONUS and of course the people at the hotel were amazing

位置很好裡JR札幌很近 但床頭是沒有插座的🔌 連結Wi-Fi需要打開電視（信號差到圖片都打不開） 基本上也是🈚️服務的 水龍頭都是雙邊的一邊冷一邊熱需要自己去控制 我以為在英國呢🙅這是日本嗎 我想不出來有什麼優勢😅

房間有點小，地理位置可以，價格適中， 設施：齊全，有按摩椅，有微波爐 衞生：乾淨 環境：周邊旁邊有jr有點吵 服務：自助入住，辦理很快

地點方便, 離札幌站數分鐘步程, 環境清潔, 裝修美觀, 員工有禮貌, 價錢相宜, 但裝修殘舊, 維修後有機會再入住

位於北海道札幌市中心交通方便酒店很好每天有人打掃而且毛巾可以每天更換樓下有日常用品自行拿取而且酒店前台有問必答早餐可以千萬不要抱有太大希望但係飽肚的！

這個牌子的快捷酒店我經常住，在京都，大阪，東京都住過，是信價比最好的快捷酒店，這一家有點舊，床頭的電子設備基本無用，而且能充電的插座🔌都很少，而且都不在床邊，電子設備多的人可能會頭疼，而且，大部分房間是直接面對札幌站的鐵路橋，晚上十二點之前都轟隆隆，睡眠質量不好的要小心，我倒是特別喜歡看到火車不停開過去的身影，整個樓都跟着震動，像小時候隨時渴望被人拐走的焦急心情哈哈哈啥。 這個連鎖品牌最大的優點，是房間裏有微波爐！燒水壺！和一個額外的枕頭！ 離札幌火車站走路要十五分鐘 最近在修新幹線車站 行李大的有點累 車站有大丸百貨 和很多很多吃的喝的選擇，北口還有個一千三理髮的快速理容所，自動售票機買票 然後進去等人來理髮 很神奇的快速體驗

距離札幌車站蠻近的，走路不到十分鐘。巷口有全家便利商店跟7-11。房間設施蠻老舊的，還是用傳統的鑰匙開門，床墊躺下去就陷進去了…房間燈光有點昏暗
