We had the pleasure of staying at Mercure Chengdu Chunxi Taikoo Li for one night, and our experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the seamless and efficient check-in process. The staff was exceptionally professional and welcoming, ensuring we felt at ease right away. One of the highlights of our stay was the thoughtful complimentary services offered by the hotel. We were delighted to enjoy a lovely afternoon tea, which added a touch of indulgence to our experience. Additionally, the complimentary fruit platter provided was a refreshing and much-appreciated gesture. The attention to detail in these small yet impactful offerings truly made us feel valued as guests. Our room exceeded our expectations in both comfort and size. The spacious layout provided plenty of room to relax, and it was immaculately clean and well-equipped with everything we could need for a comfortable stay. The design and decor were modern and inviting, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The complimentary breakfast the next morning was another highlight of our stay. The variety of options available was impressive, catering to different tastes and preferences. Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It was the perfect way to start our day. The hotel’s location is absolutely fantastic. Situated in the heart of Chengdu, it is conveniently close to the vibrant Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, two of the city’s most popular spots for shopping, dining, and entertainment. This prime location made it incredibly easy to explore the surrounding attractions and fully immerse ourselves in the energy of Chengdu. In summary, our stay at Mercure Chengdu Chunxi Taikoo Li was truly exceptional. From the outstanding service to the thoughtful complimentary amenities and prime location, every aspect of our visit was carefully curated to ensure a memorable experience. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu and look forward to returning in the future.

La vasca da bagno nella stanza è abbastanza grande da contenere una copertura per vasca usa e getta ed è molto fotogenica sia nella stanza che nella hall. Igiene: ci sono molti specchi nella hall ma nessuno è fatto di fiori. I selfie sono bellissimi. Ci sono anche molti specchi nella stanza. Anche la vasca da bagno nella stanza è molto pulita e priva di odori e i cuscini sono facilissimi per dormire. Ambiente: L'ambiente dell'hotel è fantastico I soldi sono ben spesi e il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni è molto alto. Servizio: dal momento in cui viene effettuato l'ordine, il maggiordomo confermerà l'ordine e invierà anche le istruzioni per il check-in (ubicazione specifica, ordine da asporto per tutelare la privacy, se c'è parcheggio, il maggiordomo vi riceverà in anticipo, ecc. ), e dopo il check-in, il maggiordomo aiuterà anche a ritirare i bagagli in camera e la posizione degli oggetti verrà illustrata nella stanza (questo è davvero il servizio più meticoloso e migliore in un hotel Non ho mai soggiornato in questo albergo. This hotel was newly built in 2024. The room was spacious, the lighting was beautiful, the decor was lovely with a modern vintage vibe. When we were departing, a very cheerful girl in glasses helped us carry the luggage, and she was very attentive and remarkable.

Sono stato attratto dalla parola ”guarigione” in Treasure B&B. Il piccolo mondo è tranquillo, bello, unico ed elegante, e mi sento come se fossi tornato a Chiang Mai. Il design del cortile e delle camere ha un forte stile tailandese puoi facilmente fotografarlo.La decorazione e l'arredamento si sentono ovunque.Ho notato l'attenzione della proprietaria che è stata molto gentile e ha detto casualmente che le sue conserve sono deliziose.Dopo un po', la sorella della governante ha portato una borsa grande il bambino. Anche i noodles all'uovo e al pomodoro che la governante ci ha preparato la sera erano deliziosi. Ne abbiamo mangiato una grande ciotola. Il personale del negozio è entusiasta e premuroso. Due zie hanno aiutato a scattare foto dei bambini che indossavano abiti tailandesi Nel complesso, sono molto soddisfatto del trattamento vvvip. Lo consiglio vivamente e tornerò quando sarà il momento giusto. Anche il tè pomeridiano e la colazione sono ottimi.

Un hotel situato nel villaggio di Sanhei, nel quartiere di New Tuu, è bello e confortevole, il servizio di guardia e Xiaoyu è molto buono, dando al ricevimento un senso di ritorno! La struttura della stanza è completamente lussuosa. I dettagli sono molto attenti. Lavastoviglie, Daison Windsor e caffè sono tutti completi. Il governatore ha anche inviato una deliziosa zuppa d'orecchio d'argento. E'un ottimo posto per il riposo delle vacanze

per cinque stelle questo è il peggior servizio che non lo vediamo prima!!! molto cattiva atteggiamento. il ricevitore, contemptuoso, arrogante. se si visita ChengDu, si prega di andare a qualsiasi altro hotel tranne qui. altrimenti avrete un brutto tempo . Se vuoi sentire tutto quello che deve essere, in particolare il servizio dell'hotel a cinque stelle, vivere qui è assolutamente una pessima esperienza e scelta. L'intera reception è arrogante, discrimina i clienti, e rivela provocazione e ignoranza, e la lingua è incisa. E senza coscienza del servizio, il ragionevole parere dei clienti è anche rifiuto di accettarlo e non farà alcuna feedback e miglioramenti.Questo stile di servizio è davvero unico in un hotel a cinque stelle.

L'hotel stesso è magnifico e buono per la foto che prende sia all'interno che all'esterno. La stanza era pulita ed elegante. La decorazione era anche il top notch, così come il comfort del letto. La traccia di odori di fumo in tutto. I ricevitori erano gentili, amici e di aiuto. Erano molto apprezzati perché non riuscivamo a trovare la zona da pranzo la prima mattina del nostro soggiorno, perché l'hotel è enorme. Sicuramente rimarrà e consigliere ai nostri familiari e amici.

1) Subway station is 30 seconds right across the road. 2) Location is good because it is enveloped by a few famous narrow alleys selling handicraft, snacks, desserts, souvenirs, Chinese artwork etc, and have endless food stalls, coffee shops that surround the hotel, buzzing with activities all day till at least 11pm. 3) Hotel staff speak minimal English but they do understand it albeit not able to converse freely. Naturally using PTH is best. 4) Staff in the entire hotel are very friendly, courteous, pleasant and accommodating, trying to help in any way possible. 5) Bespectacled night manageress in a black suit was very welcoming and sweet. She offered to upgrade us when the room originally assigned for us was not as quiet as we had requested when we booked it. She led us to see the original one ( 2/F )and the other one ( the quieter one on 3/F ) and let us choose. 6) The upgraded room ( 3/F ) was a suite and it was really nice --- very quiet with courtyard view and tasteful lay out. 7) Cannot praise enough for the delightful suite -- spacious and elegant ; super clean ; smells nice , refreshing and just right not overwhelming ; white crispy bed linen ; daily turn down service; endless supply of fresh bottled water on daily basis ; spotless tumbler and fresh bottle of water by the bedside table every evening; everything you touch is spotless ; wooden flooring matching Chinese wooden furniture in simple design giving out this classy Chinese feel ; free to consume anything for the 1st time in the mini bar ; tea & coffee replenished daily ; kettle and coffee machine; free stationery like scissors, stapler, clips, pencil and pens etc; toiletries like vanity set, combs, toothbrush etc replenished daily ; spacious bathroom with double wash basins and clean white towels ; wash basins in rose gold but not tacky; shower drainage not smooth on 1st night but they fixed it and no prob thereafter ; water pressure from shower was good and plenty of marble top inside shower room for your own toiletries ; bathtub with fresh rose petals on 1st night and various types of bath salt ; big screen to watch telly while in tub ; separate toilet near living room; ample wardrobe space and power operated blinds and black out blinds. They provide steam iron on request but it would be better to have a proper flat iron if you want to press pants and other thicker harder material. Steam iron is only good for silk or plain cotton. Even linen is better with a flat iron. 8) This is a 100% Chinese ambience hotel from lobby to our suite but nothing is gaudy or ostentatious because everything is simple, no fuss, low-key, very clean, good architecture, functional and all colour combo is soothing to the eyes. 9) We ate at their restaurant the 1st night and food was ok -- dan dan noodles slightly overcooked so it was a bit mushy. Fried rice was a huge serving with fresh shrimps and nicely cooked. Tea could be hotter. Service was attentive, efficient and proper.
