Anche se il lace era assolutamente magnifico e la prima classe siamo arrivati a circa le 9:00 a causa del ritardo del volo e il traffico alla mia sorpresa la nostra camera era ancora rumorosa t pronto e l'hotel era abbastanza abbastanza e considerando che ho gestito gli hotel amin Boracay Island I È stato sorpreso che questo accada!! Hanno offerto un checkout tardivo ma non è stato vantaggioso per noi, perché abbiamo organizzato un pick-up precoce!! Per chi ha bisogno di una base per esplorare Quezon City, da solo o con un compagno di viaggio, l'Hotel Red Planet a Quezon Timog offre un alloggio economico e sicuro. Mentre i prezzi più bassi non includono i servizi alimentari, ci sono molti ristoranti, ristoranti e caffè a piedi. Ci sono anche un sacco di negozi di comodità intorno a voi pronti a servirvi. La prenotazione era molto semplice solo per un paio di minuti. Abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno a Novotel (solo camera, senza colazione).Il servizio era eccellente (sono stati forniti un biscotto per festeggiare il nostro compleanno, e abbiamo chiesto di controllare tardi chi accette gentilemente), la camera era pulita e il letto era comodo. Buona connessione WiFi se dovete lavorare. La posizione è grande con molti caffè, ristoranti e negozi a distanza di passeggiata. La palestra è aperta 24/7 (consente 6am-11pm) e c'è una stanza a vapore ma non l'abbiamo usata. Il gelato 1F è stato abbastanza buono! Un paio di aree per il miglioramento: - le pareti erano sottili, così potevamo sentire la gente parlare vicino alla porta, o il doccia vicino al nostro - Il nostro bagno di pioggia non ha funzionato e non c'è nessuna porta, quindi il pavimento è un po' bagnato - non ci sono molte strutture disponibili - solo lavatrice del corpo, shampoo, lavatrice della mano, lozione del corpo, torni dentali

Well done I must say I was surprised with the lack of stuffing around the book in five rooms the staff were quick and courteous something that I find frustrating in the Philippines how long things take there was never an issue they were easy to deal with hotel looks fantastic the rooms are renovated to a high standard very happy was certainly be a repeat customer

Il posto è bello, ma non ha abbastanza parcheggio. Esso è vicino a alcune strutture come i centri. La stanza stessa è molto bello e pulito, ma non sono ammessi animali domestici. Esso serviva per quello che devo fare a Manila. Secco costoso per un hotel medio. Abbiamo lasciato presto invece di rimanere un giorno extra perché abbiamo finito di ottenere un cane che ci è stato dato inaspettatamente e non ci permetterebbero di portarlo nella nostra stanza per almeno la notte, dal momento che andiamo il giorno successivo. Non si sarebbero mai ingannati, quindi abbiamo lasciato e pagato per una notte extra per nulla, perché non la rimborsano.

Uno dei pochi hotel che permette animali domestici a QC. Buono personale!! cibo medio.. Menu costoso... ma le camere sono spaziose e pulite... l'unica cosa che non mi piaceva era che ci hanno letteralmente buttato fuori dal loro lobby perché avranno una fotografa. Nessun avvertimento, nessuna considerazione... letteralmente “Mi scusi per lasciare o muoversi al caffè che stiamo facendo un tiro” sì. Non importa se non abbiamo finito di mangiare i nostri patatini e le nostre frittelle. E come introvert non ci piacciono le confrontazioni. Ecco la nostra recensione. Big NO. potrebbe non tornare.

Here are the comments for our 1 night stay at Luxent. Front Office: Krys and Jason was very friendly but at the same time very professional. They even upgraded my room to the Prima Club Room that has access to the lounge as well. Aljon was also very efficient and helpful he even went to the parking area to assist my husband with our baggage. That same evening Aljon assisted me with the cake delivered to me and have it kept at the Kitchen. Prima Lounge: Dana greeted me with e smile through her eyes (all staff are wearing facemasks) when I went to the the Prima lounge to explore. She mentioned to me the perks of the lounge such as drinks and appetizers available that day. Later that evening my husband and I went back to the lounge to experience what Dana mentioned earlier, I was very excited because I was actually celebrating my birthday yesterday and what a better way to celebrate it with free food and drinks. haha There were alcoholic drinks like red and white wine, scotch, and beers too. if you dont drink you can have sodas or juices. As for the food they have appetizers like canapes, meatballs, fruits and nuts and as well a few choices of cheeses too. Edren was very attentive and very friendly, I forgot the name of the chef but that gave me a mini birthday cake and greeted me too. I would say it was a happy birthday indeed and I thankful I spent it at Luxent. Vertigo Pool/ Bar: Jason and Dixie attended to all our needs during our dinner time at the pool, very accurate in taking our orders and assisted with our every need. Breakfast: I was not able to get the names of the staff who assisted us but everyone is very attentive and helpful, food selection is very decent I loved everything except for the chicken sausage, it tasted weird, and the texture is weird too. Check out was smooth and quick. Dana once again offered us drinks before we go, which I appreciate. The hotel itself is very nice, the room interior is very cozy, it felt vey luxurious as well We loved the bed and the pillows are super soft. Pool is huge and water is nice, 17th floor is clean and very spacious. I loved the cabanas it felt as if i was out of town and not in the middle of Timog/ Morato Area. All in all the Luxent experience was indeed very memorable and enjoyable. You guys made my birthday extra special. Kudos to the employees who work hard and make sure to take the extra mile just to assist the guests and provide the best service.

The location was good for the reason why I was traveling. If shopping is your thing, it was also connected to the Galleria Mall and a short walk from the giant SM Mega Mall. The staff was friendly and helpful (as they should be) and the breakfast buffet was typical (although avoid the pastries since they were very dry). The rooms are not modern. The furniture seemed to be from the early 00s or late 90s, so it was not as nice as I would have preferred. Probably the main thing I didn't like was the strange smell in the room. It wasn't bad, just an old, musty smell that was constant. I also killed a small cockroach on the side table. Not a big deal for me, but may be an issue for other travelers. The gym (with good and plentiful equipment) and swimming pool are shared with the Holiday Inn next door. The Crowne Plaza is okay, and I would recommend it, but it's an old place and some parts feel like a 3-star establishment.

Sequoia Hotel Upon checking in, I was asked how many will be staying in the room and I said 3. The receptionist pointed out that breakfast is just for 2 of which, I didn’t have a problem with. He asked for payment for 2 nights which I paid using my card and asked for Php 2000 cash deposit which I said I’s rather be put on hold from my card. Oddly enough, we were only given 1 key. I thought maybe there was already a card placed in the card switch socket in the room but when we got there, there was none. So, was the assumption is that we each one of us open the door every time someone goes out and comes back? I requested for an extra key which took time so I made another follow up. After a couple of mins wait, someone knocked and I don’t know if they were trying to be funny but 2 staff were holding out 2 keycards when I opened the door. Seriously? Room was small but nice. There was an electric kettle and cups, the usual hotel set up but they didn’t have complimentary coffee and tea set up. A small thing for Php 4200 per night rate. On our second night, when we came back from a wedding, it was so upsetting to discover that our keys didn’t work when we came back to our room. I asked reception why and she said the key expired. Again - seriously? You get 2 nights room payment but cut the key for 1 night??? The lady didn’t even apologize but rather, said she will check on the person on duty when I checked in. Then - no updates already. After the key incident, imagine finally being able to access our room and discovering that it wasn’t cleaned. I called reception, spoke to a guy and again, I was told that “he will check on Housekeeping”. When asked if my assumption is correct that all our rooms remain uncleaned, he said “most probably, yes.” WHAAAAAAT? Waited and waited to nothing so I called again and a lady answered. She told me yes that they are already checking on what happened………….. so I asked her what I should do - am i waiting for someone to clean? Am i waiting for their feedback on what happened? Ang labo. Also reported na din our AC that doesn’t cool and is noisy. In fairness, Maintenance people went up right away. But they just told us that “every so often, when the AC / room reaches it’s max temp, the AC goes to eco mode”. What are they talking about? The AC never reached a cool mode since we checked in 24 hours ago. Room attendant finally arrived and cleaned our rooms one by one. Of course, we have to do room hopping while cleaning was on going. Convenient right? Not. Cleaning was so-so - used cups were not replaced. You’d still see a paper on the floor. Bathroom sink wasn’t wiped. But then, at least the room was “refreshed” for the night. Too many on duty on a Saturday at the front desk - apart from the 2 ladies (there was a 3rd too) at the desk. There were 2 gentlemen walking around the lobby, doing nothing. There was a time they were just standing with the bellman talking. When a lady (guest) asked for taxi assistance, all
