Hotel con colazione a Quezon City

Il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel ci piaceva molto, e uno degli evidenti punti di vista della nostra esperienza è stato quanto il personale fosse alloggiabile e vicino durante la nostra visita. Ci sono stati particolarmente colpiti dai pensieri di benvenuto preparati nella nostra stanza, completati con rose e un biglietto di compleanno scritto a mano. Questo piccolo ma significativo gesto ha davvero fatto il nostro soggiorno speciale e ha mostrato quanto il personale valuterà i loro ospiti, che noi apprezziamo davvero. Poiché viaggiavamo come famiglia, era anche meraviglioso che l'hotel potesse organizzare le prime due camere come camere di connessione per noi, rendendo il nostro soggiorno molto più conveniente e confortevole, soprattutto quando viaggiava con i familiari. Le camere stesse erano molto pulite, ben mantenute e rilassate, che rendevano facile sentirsi a casa durante il nostro soggiorno. L'hotel dispone anche di una piscina che gli ospiti possono godere, che è un grande accesso. Sebbene comprendiamo che non vi sia alcuna guardia di vita, speriamo che in futuro possano considerare di avere una guardia aggiuntiva o almeno qualcuno che controlla regolarmente gli ospiti utilizzando la piscina, In generale, ci piaceva assolutamente il nostro soggiorno. La combinazione di eccellenti servizi, camere pulite e un’atmosfera accogliente rendeva la nostra esperienza davvero memorabile. Ritorneremo certamente e consiglieremo molto questo hotel, perché sia il personale che il posto stesso sono semplicemente sorprendenti.

We had a good experience stay at this hotel . The hotel is affordable and offers spacious rooms If you book the Premier Room, it even comes with a small kitchen, microwave, which is very convenient. The breakfast provided by the hotel is simple if you book with breakfast deal , but if you book without breakfast and order from the menu instead, there are more choices. The veggie cheese omelette is especially delicious and reasonably priced. There is also a nail spa next to the hotel where you can enjoy foot wraps ,body scrubs and massages . The service is very good and relaxing after a long day. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay with friendly staff and good value for the price.

Seda Vertis North is a gem in QC. It is the perfect staycation destination in this area — it’s close to the malls, the location is quiet, the facilities are well maintained. You get the perks and conveniences of a Shangri La like slippers, bath robes, an ironing board in the room, verbena and lemon scented toiletries, super comfortable bed and excellent staff, all at a reasonable price. Kudos to Ms. Monday San Miguel, Asst Director of Rooms for taking really good of us.

We absolutely loved the vibe and ambiance of the hotel, which makes it even more disappointing to say that our entire experience was ruined by the poor service. We arrived early to ask if early check-in was available. We completely understood when we were told that check-in starts at 3:00 PM, so we left for lunch and came back exactly at 3:00 PM. Since we had already completed the check-in process earlier, we expected to receive our room key without any issues. Instead, we were told that our room was still not ready. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing other guests who were just checking in receive their room keys while we continued waiting. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were finally given our key card—only to discover that it didn't work. We couldn't even enter our room and had to return to the reception, where we waited for almost another 30 minutes while the staff tried to figure out what was wrong. The most disappointing part was that I had to follow up multiple times before anyone offered us another room. There was very little communication, no sense of urgency, and no apology that made us feel our time was valued. We booked this hotel specifically because we were attending a concert and wanted a comfortable place to rest and freshen up beforehand. Instead, because of the delays, we had no opportunity to shower, change comfortably, or even rest. We ended up going straight to the concert feeling exhausted and frustrated, which completely defeated the purpose of booking the hotel in the first place. Our room was at Richmond Eastwood. While I understand it may be managed separately, the staff from Richmond were the ones assisting us. Unfortunately, it genuinely felt like guests who booked directly with Richmond were given better treatment and priority than those who booked through this property. Whether or not that was actually the case, that was certainly how the experience made us feel. When we checked out, the staff gave us a complimentary cake, which we appreciate as a kind gesture. However, by that point, the damage had already been done. The delays, inconvenience, and frustration had already ruined our mood and our overall experience. While the cake was a nice attempt to make up for what happened, it couldn't undo the time we lost or the experience we were hoping to have. It's unfortunate because the hotel itself has so much potential. The ambiance is wonderful, but great facilities mean very little when the service falls far below expectations. We left feeling disappointed and would think twice before staying here again.

Ho avuto un soggiorno davvero sorprendente a Astrotel Cubao! La sua posizione principale è invincibile diretta vicino a tutte le principali opzioni di trasporto di massa, il Gateway Mall con i suoi fantastici ristoranti, e il Coliseo Araneta. Tutto quello che ti serve è in facile raggiungimento. Le camere sono tranquille, permettendo un riposo tranquillo senza alcuna perturbazione acustica. Il cibo è decente e soddisfacente, e le camere stesse sono pulite e ben mantenute. Sorridendo agli eccellenti amici della stanza, i giovani Junior, Rainier, cristiano e Brice, che fanno un lavoro eccellente e sono molto vicini e amichevoli.(Non riuscivo ancora a catturare i nomi del personale del lobby, perché sembravano un po' meno attraenti con gli ospiti, ma questo è minore.) In generale, questo hotel è una scelta migliore per i viaggiatori, amici o familiari. Prenota non sarai deluso!

Recentemente sono rimasto all'Hotel Harts e ho avuto una fantastica esperienza. Il processo di check-in è stato veloce e fluido, e il personale è stato incredibilmente benvenuto e utile durante la mia visita. La posizione era anche molto conveniente, rendendo facile andare in giro e esplorare la zona. La mia stanza era pulita, moderna e molto comoda, assicurando un buon sonno notturno. In generale, l'eccellente servizio e le grandi attrazioni sono state realizzate per un soggiorno perfetto, e consiglierei molto questo hotel a chiunque cercasse un confortevole posto per soggiornare.

La posizione è per questo inverno. L'hotel è ok. Il prezzo è ragionevole, puoi ottenere ciò per cui hai pagato. L'ascensore è disponibile, la palestra e la piscina si trovano al 9° piano dove ogni ospite può utilizzare i servizi. Quando si tratta di pulizia, darei 7/10. Chiedi alla reception per la pulizia giornaliera. Se mangerai in camera, assicurati solo di buttare fuori i rifiuti. Non in camera, altrimenti alcuni amici con le ali occuperanno anche la stanza. Se vuoi avere una bella vista, quando fai il check-in, chiedi al bancone di avere camere con finestra perché la maggior parte delle camere non ha finestre. Usa la TV via Internet (Youtube). La zona era vicino alla vita notturna. Il parcheggio è molto limitato. La stanza è molto vecchia e fa sentire vecchia in un buon modo. Mi sento come tornare in vibe negli anni '90.

Un piccolo tipo di finestra A/C non è sufficiente per lo spazio enorme dell'unità, non può rendere la stanza abbastanza fredda per un buon sonno. La posizione è fuori dal tratto principale.Se cammini verso la proprietà, passi attraverso i profumi delle vie posteriori. La colazione è media e servito freddo (TOCILOG, VOCE DISPONIBILE ) Il personale del ristorante è amichevole.
