Hotel is very accessible as it is located in a shopping mall. I would very much recommend this hotel because of the hotel staffs are very well trained and very attentive to their guest. I booked one of our visitors from mainland China and after he checked out, I have him picked up by our truck. Funny thing our driver was not able to picked him up because the hotel guard thought it was a kidnapping incident. So they kept my visitors with them, so I called the hotel. Even the front desk or reservation are well trained as they verify all the details before they handed my visitor to our driver. Take note, my visitor only speaks mandarin that's why their's a language barrier between them. Yes, might be a hassle but this means security if you are a foreigner visiting Philippines. Thank you I very much appreciated your duties and responsibilities in your work place, I hope all hotels are like your staffs.

Siamo molto felici soprattutto nostro figlio ci siamo davvero goduto di seda vertis nord abbiamo avuto solo 3 notti sa pag soggiorno pero nag extend pa kami 😊 il personale è anche super bello sempre sorridente e utile. Yung colazione super duper wiestuhan namin. Ci hanno anche dato una torta per il nostro compleanno. E la stanza che abbiamo chiesto ci hanno dato 🙂 Grazie Seda vertis nord 10/10 . Buon lavoro !!!

The front desk staff who checked us in, Queenie, was super friendly, warm, and efficient. Everyone actually was very hospitable. We love staying here not only because of its prime location and amenities, but also because of the impeccable hospitality. We usually don’t encounter any issue, but during this stay, we were surprised by a cockroach in our room! It surely didn’t dampen our stay since we were checking out when we saw this, but hopefully we don’t see anything like this in the future.

La stanza dell'hotel era pulita e accogliente. Il personale era molto bello e accogliente. Abbiamo anche portato il nostro cane e il posto è davvero carino. Ti prelevano un canone per animali, ma vale la pena. :)

We love the hotel. Everything exceeds our expectations. My kids love staying here. Everything smells so fresh. Far way different to all the hotels we have been to. Staffs are so hospitable, all willing to help and assist. We couldn't ask for more. I would just like yo special mention Daryl from the housekeeping department he always extends his helping hands to us specially me who has two children, always asking me and us if we need anything else and help he can gives us.
My kids are so happy staying here and we would definitely coming back. Thank you so much Solaire North.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Citadines Roces hotel, and I must say that the service was top-notch from start to finish. The reception team was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable.
The breakfast spread was also impressive, with a wide range of options that surpassed what I've experienced at other hotels in the same price range.
The only minor issue I encountered was with the in-room internet, which was a bit slow at times. However, this was a small blip on an otherwise excellent stay.
Overall, I would highly recommend Citadines Roces hotel to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay. The staff's commitment to providing exceptional service truly sets them apart.

Celebrated our anniversary here, the room was so clean and very spacious, room service was approachable but quite slow on requests. Our stay came with a free breakfast, the restaurant was an international buffet, the food served were all great and freshly cooked. It was a very nice experience.

I viaggiatori di bilancio sogni. Le camere sono belle e confortevoli cadono come nelle dimensioni delle camere europee. È stata una bella esperienza per noi di soggiornare in Sequoia hotel a causa del suo bel posto di soggiorno, buona posizione perché è vicino a tutto come andare a chiesa, a un negozio di prodotti alimentari, se si vuole mangiare in un bel ristorante e accessibile per ottenere il trasporto per taxi, jeepney e triciclo. Ho consigliato l'hotel per il vostro viaggio alle Filippine. Ho anche voluto rimanere in quell'hotel al mio ritorno a Manila dopo le mie vacanze dalla provincia, andare a tornare negli Stati Uniti.

La hall è bellissima, le camere sono accettabili. Ci vuole più di un'ora per raggiungere il centro in taxi. Il ristorante (se così si può chiamare) è al 1° piano, è molto scomodo. La colazione è così così, nessuna scelta. La piscina e il centro benessere non sono molto buoni, bisogna pagare tutto in più compreso un asciugamano in piscina.
Il verdetto per le Filippine va con una birra, ma se risparmiate tempo cercate un albergo in centro per non passare un'ora di strada solo andata.
Non lo consiglio.

MMonaliza ElizagaIt was a great stay at Brentwood Suites! We needed a place to spend the night for the kids to relax from face to face classes. Its location is also best for the next day not to get late from traffic jams. The place is nice, courteous hotel staff, nice selection of food for breakfast buffet and the rooms are clean. Probably would prefer to stay here again in our next overnight!

MMarcky AkiHo avuto un soggiorno eccezionale a Ibis Styles! Da quando sono entrato, il vibrante e moderno decoro ha posto il tono per una piacevole e relaxante esperienza. Il personale era incredibilmente amichevole e attento, andando sempre oltre e sopra per assicurarsi che le mie esigenze fossero soddisfatte.
La stanza era senza spot, spaziosa e progettata con comfort. Ho apprezzato in particolare il letto accogliente e i dettagli che hanno reso il soggiorno speciale. La colazione era un accento una abbondanza di opzioni deliziose per iniziare il giorno giusto.
La posizione dell'hotel è stata anche un grande plus, con facile accesso al centro commerciale e al trasporto. In generale, non avrei potuto chiedere una migliore esperienza. Raccomando molto Ibis Styles per chiunque cerca comfort, comodità e eccellente servizio.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a one-bedroom suite at the Eastwood Richmonde Hotel, and while it wasn't perfect, it certainly provided a comfortable and convenient base for my trip.
The Highlight Reel:
* That View! My suite offered stunning scenic views, which really elevated the overall experience. Waking up to that each morning was a definite plus.
* Shower Power: The shower was fantastic - great water pressure and a unique see-through glass wall option for those who dare!
* Service with a Smile: The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and valued.
* Eastwood Convenience: The hotel's location in Eastwood City is unbeatable. With shops, restaurants, and entertainment options all within walking distance, I had everything I needed right at my doorstep.
A Few Minor Hiccups:
* Time for an Update? While my suite was spacious and comfortable, some of the facilities felt a bit dated. stained sofa, cigarette smelling carpets. A little refurbishment here and there would go a long way.
* Magnetic Mayhem: A heads-up for fellow travelers in the digital age: the hotel still uses old-school magnetic keycards. It seems my phone has a strong magnetic field, and I kept accidentally demagnetizing my keycard! This meant a few extra trips down to the front desk for replacements. A minor inconvenience, but something to be aware of. Perhaps it's time for the hotel to consider upgrading to a more modern RFID system, which wouldn't be susceptible to this kind of interference.
Overall:
Despite the slightly dated facilities and the keycard quirk, I enjoyed my stay at the Eastwood Richmonde Hotel. The combination of a great location, friendly service, and that incredible view made it a worthwhile experience. If you're looking for a relaxing stay in the heart of Eastwood City and prioritize convenience and a great view, this hotel is definitely worth considering. Just be mindful of your phone's magnetic prowess if you're carrying your keycard nearby!

EEndless JourneyThe hotel is clean and still new, just fine and the basics are there. It's budget friendly so don't expect too much. Cignal TV channels, Fast internet and hot shower, liquid soap are there. no bottled water but there is water dispenser at the corridor per floor. no dental kit and slippers provided. there's 7 11 below near the hotel so you can just buy there. Overall, great experience.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at HopInn Hotel in Manila! The hotel itself felt brand new and was impeccably clean throughout our 5-day stay.
The location is unbeatable - it's right near two major malls, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Moreover, being within walking distance to the MRT line was a huge plus for getting around the city effortlessly.
I'm already planning my next trip back to Manila just to stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and convenience in the heart of the city.

We almost didnt want to leave the hotel! We loved the aesthetic of the rooms and the attention to detail in all of the little tiny design decision that the hotel made for the lobby and the rooms. Being an eco-friendly hotel made the stay even more worthwhile. Lastly was the staff, incredible customer service, from the way they greeted us, helped us with our stuff, our amenities, from opening doors and elevators, and the warm voices and smiles. We truly had a luxurious experience with this and will highly recommend will come back again for another stay.
Few things to note, although the room itself was spotless, there was nothing to note that was filthy, heck the sheets and the room smelled really nice when we first entered, the shower area looked a bit dirty, should definitely need a wall and floor scrub every now and then due to the build up of moisture. Other than that, the whole hotel was beyond my expectations and was truly remarkable.
Again thanks a lot for the service sir dj! And to all of the other staff that were there during that time. Thanks for the small talks during our time there, these small things really made our stay the best!

UUtente ospiteThe location is very accessible to SM north edsa and to MRT. Great view as well since I pick with window access. However, they need to train more their front desk. When I arrived at the property there was a line so I waited my turn but they assisted those 2 other groups came after me and I was assisted late (very poor assistance was initially given to me) 2nd was that they gave me a small room without wifi when I asked the font desk if there’s a wifi connection inside the room, they responded yea and the password is indicated sa card but I cant connect, so I called them and what surprised me is tgat they said wala daw internet access dun sa room ko. (Like what the hell they instructed me sa receiving area that makaka connect ako, lol funny)
Then, I noticed na walang window access sa room and super liit ng space, so mali pala yung room na binigay sakin it was a premier room wherein fact I book deluxe. It really triggered me more, good thing was that they sent someone like after 5-10 mins and helped me to transfer room. Yun tama na sya. Overall, amenities were fine. I just hate the customer service that was provided, they better get more training specially the girls in blue attire.

EEjgrl90Il personale era molto amichevole, ma ci sono stati molti servizi descritti qui che non erano disponibili, come la piscina e la palestra. Il nostro AC in camera non si sarebbe rotto neanche all'inizio, e ho dovuto chiedere a qualcuno di entrare per farlo iniziare (a quanto pare non c'erano abbastanza batterie nella telecamera AC!)
Inoltre, il fronte dell'hotel era in costruzione, quindi non potevano fornire un parcheggio, che era scomodo. In cima a questo, ho chiesto di checkout tardi la notte prima, che la persona del desk front ha detto che sarebbe possibile perché l'hotel era un po' vuoto, ma la mattina dopo, la persona sul desk front ha insistito che dovevamo pagare PHP 450/hour per checkout tardi. In generale, tuttavia, mi piaceva la stanza e il divano di fronte della notte e vorrei sicuramente visitare di nuovo una volta completata la costruzione.
