UUtente anonimoWe truly loved our stay at this hotel, and one of the highlights of our experience was how accommodating and approachable the staff were throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and well taken care of. We were especially touched by the thoughtful welcome greeting prepared in our room, complete with roses and a handwritten birthday note. This small but meaningful gesture really made our stay extra special and showed how much the staff values their guests, which we genuinely appreciated.
Since we were traveling as a family, it was also wonderful that the hotel was able to arrange the first two rooms as connecting rooms for us. This made our stay much more convenient and comfortable, especially when traveling with family members. The rooms themselves were very clean, well maintained, and relaxing, which made it easy to feel at home during our stay.
The hotel also has a swimming pool that guests can enjoy, which is a great added amenity. While we understand there is a reminder that there is no lifeguard on duty, we do hope that in the future they might consider having one available for added security, or at least someone who regularly checks on guests using the pool, just to ensure everyone’s safety. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay here. The combination of excellent service, clean rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere made our experience truly memorable. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel, as both the staff and the place itself are simply amazing.

UUtente ospiteLa posizione è eccellente, solo 3-5 min a piedi alla stazione MRT di Nord Edsa e alla zona di Trinoma e SM North Edsa Mall, dove sono disponibili molte opzioni alimentari e shopping. Solaire North e Seda Vertis sono un po' meno di 10-15 min a piedi per alcune opzioni di gioco e di bar di classe mondiale e di cena. Perfetto anche per un fermo per chi utilizza l'aeroporto di Clark International, dal momento che il terminal di servizio di autobus Premium Point-to-Point è situato accanto al centro commerciale Trinoma.

UUtente anonimoIf it’s not directly connected to the mall I would have not stayed here. Generally dirty. Walls are dusty. The elevators are dirty, crowded and really slow. It such an inconvenience that it hosts events as well. During our stay there were lots of people in formal attire with entourage. Truly a headache to use the elevator for a good number of hours. The pool was crowded this time too. The food during breakfast was good though. Simple but satisfying and there’s good selection. The service at the restaurant was exemplary. The same is true for the front desk. The bed was sooo uncomfortable. The pillows are paper thin. Bring some toiletries. The have very basic ones. For shaver which when I inquired about was sold for PhP100 according to the frontdesk.

What an amazing escape at Astrotel Cubao! My brother traveled all the way from Romblon Province for a 3-day business trip to Metro Manila. The journey left him drained—stuck in that infamous traffic, utterly exhausted by the time he arrived.
I booked him a room, and it was pure magic. He stepped in and instantly felt a wave of peace wash over him: a spotless room with all the essentials, blazing-fast WiFi, and zero disturbing noise for the soundest sleep of his trip. The secure location is a gem—24/7 fast food and a convenience store right outside, plus a nice, welcoming ambiance.
The cherry on top? The manager and supervisor personally checked in on him, making us feel truly valued. And the spot couldn't be better: a short walk to Farmers Plaza and Gateway Mall, where we unwound with delicious dinners. My brother was so thankful—he left refreshed and ready to conquer his meetings. Highly recommend for anyone needing a serene reset in the city!

UUtente ospiteIl personale e i ricevitori erano gentili e accoglienti, ma ci sono stati due casi in cui abbiamo cercato di comprare i cubi di ghiaccio durante il check-in, ma nessuno era disponibile. Alcuni camere avevano anche unità di aria condizionata che non erano molto forti. Il loro approccio era ancora buono e professionale quando ci informavano che non c'era ghiaccio disponibile, e erano disposti anche a trasferire gli ospiti in un altro locale se ci fossero denunce in merito al condizionamento d'aria.

UUtente anonimoQuesta è la seconda volta che abbiamo prenotato a Sentinel Residence. Ci piaceva davvero il nostro soggiorno. Ci piace come possiamo cucinare. Ci sono anche utensili che possiamo usare e un mini frigorifero. Ci piaceva davvero l'interno dell'unità che abbiamo dentro. Solo il bagno era in acqua, ma, in parte, ci piacerebbe stare qui per un po' più presto.
