Hotel con parcheggio a Quezon City

Perfect as always. Rooms are clean, bed and pillows are comfy, nice interior and perfect breakfast, price is reasonable too! Location is perfect in quezon city. I just hope the noise reduction will be improved cause I can hear everything from food steps on floor above to knocks and voices from other rooms.

Had a not-so-good experience with their customer service when we first stayed here a few years ago but they’ve improved so much this time around! They went extra with a printed bday greeting for our mom in her room and a special room delivery of a slice of cake with a bday song. I like that they now have a water dispenser on every floor. We also appreciated that they allowed a late check out for both our rooms. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. The room tho was not as squeaky clean particularly the floor. We had to ask for robes and towels a couple of times. There’s was also no dedicated staff in the pool area. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider booking again.

We absolutely loved the vibe and ambiance of the hotel, which makes it even more disappointing to say that our entire experience was ruined by the poor service. We arrived early to ask if early check-in was available. We completely understood when we were told that check-in starts at 3:00 PM, so we left for lunch and came back exactly at 3:00 PM. Since we had already completed the check-in process earlier, we expected to receive our room key without any issues. Instead, we were told that our room was still not ready. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing other guests who were just checking in receive their room keys while we continued waiting. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were finally given our key card—only to discover that it didn't work. We couldn't even enter our room and had to return to the reception, where we waited for almost another 30 minutes while the staff tried to figure out what was wrong. The most disappointing part was that I had to follow up multiple times before anyone offered us another room. There was very little communication, no sense of urgency, and no apology that made us feel our time was valued. We booked this hotel specifically because we were attending a concert and wanted a comfortable place to rest and freshen up beforehand. Instead, because of the delays, we had no opportunity to shower, change comfortably, or even rest. We ended up going straight to the concert feeling exhausted and frustrated, which completely defeated the purpose of booking the hotel in the first place. Our room was at Richmond Eastwood. While I understand it may be managed separately, the staff from Richmond were the ones assisting us. Unfortunately, it genuinely felt like guests who booked directly with Richmond were given better treatment and priority than those who booked through this property. Whether or not that was actually the case, that was certainly how the experience made us feel. When we checked out, the staff gave us a complimentary cake, which we appreciate as a kind gesture. However, by that point, the damage had already been done. The delays, inconvenience, and frustration had already ruined our mood and our overall experience. While the cake was a nice attempt to make up for what happened, it couldn't undo the time we lost or the experience we were hoping to have. It's unfortunate because the hotel itself has so much potential. The ambiance is wonderful, but great facilities mean very little when the service falls far below expectations. We left feeling disappointed and would think twice before staying here again.

Cleanliness is excellent, room make up is in the afternoon -1400 hr. Two days no house keeping bcoz l needed to rest in the afternoon but clean tower is provided. Bring your own tooth brush. Location is average, near to residential area. 7/11 just next door, restaurants/foods very convenient.

La posizione molto accessibile e il personale del desk front are friendly and accommodation. In generale, il soggiorno era conveniente. La mia unica preoccupazione era il forte odore disinfettante come il cloro nell'altoparlante fuori dalla stanza, che potrebbe essere migliorato. Altrimenti, buon valore per un soggiorno rapido.

A Astrotel ho avuto un piacevole soggiorno. La stanza era pulita, comoda e ben mantenuta. Il personale era amichevole, gentile e veloce per aiutare ogni volta che mi serviva aiuto. L’iscrizione e l’iscrizione erano pulite e senza problemi. La stanza è confortevole, con facile accesso ai negozi e al trasporto vicini. La stanza ha un buon aria condizionata, un comodo letto, e ha fornito un'atmosfera rilassante dopo un lungo giorno. In generale, ho trovato un grande valore per il prezzo. Rimanerei certamente a Astrotel e lo consiglierei a chiunque cercasse un posto conveniente, pulito e confortevole per soggiornare.

Ho avuto un piacevole soggiorno in questo hotel 3-star. La stanza era pulita, comoda e ben mantenuta. Il personale era amichevole, accogliente e sempre disposto ad aiutare ogni volta che avevo domande. La posizione era conveniente, con facile accesso ai ristoranti, negozi e trasporto vicini, le strutture erano semplici ma sufficienti per un soggiorno confortevole, e il valore complessivo per il prezzo era eccellente. Sebbene non sia un hotel di lusso, ha superato le mie aspettative per una proprietà 3-star. Lo rimarrei sicuramente qui e lo consiglierei a chiunque cercasse un posto conveniente, pulito e confortevole per soggiornare.

Questo hotel colpisce il segno di un soggiorno di base, pratico, e trascina le frittelle di lusso degli hotel di alta qualità, ma offre pulizia, posizione e accessibilità. Perfetto per viaggi brevi o viaggiatori consapevoli del bilancio che hanno solo bisogno di un posto affidabile per dormire e ricarrare.

Può essere il miglior posto che io abbia soggiornato a Manila come è un hotel apartment così si ottiene tutto e un palestra. Buono valore. Intorno all'angolo dalle stazioni di autobus di Cuba e dal centro commerciale.. area occupata e un po' sporca
