Hotel location was very convenient, staff was friendly, accommodations were clean. One disappointment was excessive addition of fees and taxes on my credit card. I booked through a third party booking sight for convenience and cost. I did anticipate the additional fee of using the hotels parking garage, however I was verry displeased with all of the other additional charges added. I knew parking was $50 a day, I did not used any other amenities through the hotel, i.e.: breakfast, television, room service, however I was charged an additional $277 for an accommodation fee, occupancy fee, destination fee, ect... I did address this numerous times with the front desk, and was assured only necessary charges would be added, the rest would drop off. Overall, the accommodations were pleasant. However, we will not be returning due to excessive additional fees

In generale amo l'hotel. Il letto è ok. Il colazione è stato eccellente! Quello che non mi piace è pagare $20 al giorno per il parcheggio e dover pagare $4.95 al giorno per il Wi-Fi.

Ho prenotato una notte qui solo per il beignet, e è stato rimosso dal menu. Ho anche avuto persone nella prossima stanza che esplodono musica alle 3:30. Ho chiesto alla sicurezza di riferire, non sono mai venuti a scendere e a chiedere di nuovo, e finalmente la sicurezza è arrivata al ben ospite.

La suite, la porta chiusa, la camera da letto è molto tranquilla.Il colazione è buona, c'è salata di verdura, anche se semplice, ma basta.Il parcheggio è l'hotel, molto sicuro.Si dice che altri hotel siano parcheggio pubblico, e i veicoli sono stati sgombrati.

The only negative thing I would say is that the parking situation was a little confusing. Apparently, the parking garage is not owned by the hotel, and if you don't go to the counter to have them add the fees to your room card, you have to pay to both get in AND out. This was later brought to our attention at the front desk after we had difficulty getting out (the parking assistant was no help). She told us that someone was supposed to let us know that information upon check-in, but no one ever did. I understand it was a busy weekend because a concert was in town, but I feel like that information should be more readily available and obvious for people. I'm not sure if the guy doing the check-in forgot or what, but perhaps it should be more clear on the app/website or a sign on the counter pointing this information out. That way, I wouldn't have spent an extra $30.

I booked this hotel for a weekend getaway and I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, bathroom was a bit dated there were some loose fixtures but still nice. Keys didn’t work for the gate but front desk clerks were very helpful. I may book again!

I was in Buckhead area for a conference. And I booked this hotel to stay with a couple of friends. This hotel is new and modern. I accidentally went to a ”wrong” Hampton Inn which is down the street. When I came to the right Hampton Inn, I was very pleased with the service, the cleanliness and the modern vibe of the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a hotel in Buckhead area.

Clean, E'divertente avere una cucina. La colazione sembra dover essere migliorata un po'. (È la stessa cosa)
