Quezon City: hotel con bar

Il check-in è stato un brindisi, come è stato fatto alla reception sul piano del Club. Il personale della reception mi ha aiutato a controllare senza saldatura e a organizzare che il mio bagaglio sia inviato alla suite angolare che ho prenotato per il mio soggiorno. La suite era grande e i mobili erano piuttosto nuovi. La camera da letto era particolarmente confortevole e spaziosa. La camera da letto aveva un cubicello separato e una doccia a parte di un bagno. Ha anche una passeggiata in guardaroba. Era anche tesa e pulita. Il personale di accoglienza sul piano del club è stato eccellente e ha soddisfatto tutte le mie esigenze e ha accolto le mie richieste durante il soggiorno.L'hotel è in un po' di posizione riservata, ma è conveniente come si accanto a un piccolo centro commerciale. L'unico negativo era che la vista della mia suite non era del tutto piacevole, poiché si guardava in un quartiere poveroso, tra i prossimi blocchi di appartamenti e uffici della zona. Nel complesso, ero molto soddisfatto del mio soggiorno e tornerò all'hotel al mio ritorno a Manila nel mese o due successivo.

Il loro servizio tratta bene i loro ospiti. C'è qualcosa che non si può negare che hanno una carenza. Come il drain del bagno non funziona. Il loro condizionatore d'aria è un po' debole.Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel a causa delle strutture. Non l'abbiamo usata perché la piscina era stata riparata. Era un po' triste e deludente, ma nel complesso il mio gf e mi è piaciuto. Grazie comunque.

pros great, functional hotel :) overall excellent overnight stay v close to concert venue comfy bed lots of sockets for remote work the gelato at indulge was SO good con arrived at 4pm, and yet my room was not ready for check-in released by 5 pm :S front desk explained they were at 100% occupancy fully understand but management will need to look into housekeeping perhaps ?? front desk advised me to ask for late check out to compensate the delay was offered comp late check out until 1 pm only next day i had to kindly ask if they could extend until 2pm and they agreed on another note, in-room dining bit slow ordered bottled drinks and cutleries at midnight and was advised it will take 45-60 mins! i offered i will just get it from the restaurant downstairs as i could not wait that long but they insisted it will be delivered and they managed to get it down to 20 mins -fine by me also ordered in the morning, took them almost half an hour to deliver 2 bottles of water..

We booked two rooms using Trip.com. I’m happy this is the platform I used as the price doubled when you book directly with hotel. Plus, I chose room with breakfast, and guest what, it is a buffet breakfast and my family enjoyed so much.

Il personale ha superato il proprio cammino nel fornire un servizio di qualità e una grande esperienza all'hotel. Grazie! Apprezzi tutto il vostro aiuto! Da buffet di colazione alla CASA dove siamo stati molto vicino alloggiato dal personale e check-in sul nostro bambino di tanto in tanto per assicurarsi che si sta godendo il suo cibo al personale del front desk che hanno fatto il loro meglio per fornire tutti i nostri bisogni durante il nostro Resta (soprattutto il bagno del bambino!). Grazie mille!

Well done I must say I was surprised with the lack of stuffing around the book in five rooms the staff were quick and courteous something that I find frustrating in the Philippines how long things take there was never an issue they were easy to deal with hotel looks fantastic the rooms are renovated to a high standard very happy was certainly be a repeat customer

Uno dei pochi hotel che permette animali domestici a QC. Buono personale!! cibo medio.. Menu costoso... ma le camere sono spaziose e pulite... l'unica cosa che non mi piaceva era che ci hanno letteralmente buttato fuori dal loro lobby perché avranno una fotografa. Nessun avvertimento, nessuna considerazione... letteralmente “Mi scusi per lasciare o muoversi al caffè che stiamo facendo un tiro” sì. Non importa se non abbiamo finito di mangiare i nostri patatini e le nostre frittelle. E come introvert non ci piacciono le confrontazioni. Ecco la nostra recensione. Big NO. potrebbe non tornare.

Here are the comments for our 1 night stay at Luxent. Front Office: Krys and Jason was very friendly but at the same time very professional. They even upgraded my room to the Prima Club Room that has access to the lounge as well. Aljon was also very efficient and helpful he even went to the parking area to assist my husband with our baggage. That same evening Aljon assisted me with the cake delivered to me and have it kept at the Kitchen. Prima Lounge: Dana greeted me with e smile through her eyes (all staff are wearing facemasks) when I went to the the Prima lounge to explore. She mentioned to me the perks of the lounge such as drinks and appetizers available that day. Later that evening my husband and I went back to the lounge to experience what Dana mentioned earlier, I was very excited because I was actually celebrating my birthday yesterday and what a better way to celebrate it with free food and drinks. haha There were alcoholic drinks like red and white wine, scotch, and beers too. if you dont drink you can have sodas or juices. As for the food they have appetizers like canapes, meatballs, fruits and nuts and as well a few choices of cheeses too. Edren was very attentive and very friendly, I forgot the name of the chef but that gave me a mini birthday cake and greeted me too. I would say it was a happy birthday indeed and I thankful I spent it at Luxent. Vertigo Pool/ Bar: Jason and Dixie attended to all our needs during our dinner time at the pool, very accurate in taking our orders and assisted with our every need. Breakfast: I was not able to get the names of the staff who assisted us but everyone is very attentive and helpful, food selection is very decent I loved everything except for the chicken sausage, it tasted weird, and the texture is weird too. Check out was smooth and quick. Dana once again offered us drinks before we go, which I appreciate. The hotel itself is very nice, the room interior is very cozy, it felt vey luxurious as well We loved the bed and the pillows are super soft. Pool is huge and water is nice, 17th floor is clean and very spacious. I loved the cabanas it felt as if i was out of town and not in the middle of Timog/ Morato Area. All in all the Luxent experience was indeed very memorable and enjoyable. You guys made my birthday extra special. Kudos to the employees who work hard and make sure to take the extra mile just to assist the guests and provide the best service.

The location was good for the reason why I was traveling. If shopping is your thing, it was also connected to the Galleria Mall and a short walk from the giant SM Mega Mall. The staff was friendly and helpful (as they should be) and the breakfast buffet was typical (although avoid the pastries since they were very dry). The rooms are not modern. The furniture seemed to be from the early 00s or late 90s, so it was not as nice as I would have preferred. Probably the main thing I didn't like was the strange smell in the room. It wasn't bad, just an old, musty smell that was constant. I also killed a small cockroach on the side table. Not a big deal for me, but may be an issue for other travelers. The gym (with good and plentiful equipment) and swimming pool are shared with the Holiday Inn next door. The Crowne Plaza is okay, and I would recommend it, but it's an old place and some parts feel like a 3-star establishment.
