Il desk front mi ha consigliato di chiedere un checkout tardivo per compensare il ritardo è stato offerto comp check-out tardi fino alle 1 pm solo il giorno successivo Ho dovuto chiedere gentilmente se potevano prolungarsi fino alle 2:00 e hanno accettato su un'altra nota, la cena in camera è un po' lento bevande e cutlerie in bottiglia ordinate a mezzanotte e è stato consigliato che ci vorrà 45-60 min! Ho offerto di prendere il ristorante in basso, perché non potevo aspettare così tanto, ma hanno insistito che sarebbe stato consegnato e hanno riuscito a abbassarlo a 20 minuti - bene da me e ordinato anche al mattino, li ha preso quasi mezz'ora per consegnare due bottiglie d'acqua.

Location is great, very close to Eastwood Mall, so lots of retail stores and restaurants. The hotel is a no frills place. Very basic. No tea and coffee making facilities. The safe was broken but other than that it's clean and good for a short stay. There was free breakfast which the menu is changed daily. Very average food and very understaffed. It was passable though. The nonsense about the staff asking about vaxx status was ridiculous and unnecessary as its not required by the govt.

The location was good for the reason why I was traveling. If shopping is your thing, it was also connected to the Galleria Mall and a short walk from the giant SM Mega Mall. The staff was friendly and helpful (as they should be) and the breakfast buffet was typical (although avoid the pastries since they were very dry). The rooms are not modern. The furniture seemed to be from the early 00s or late 90s, so it was not as nice as I would have preferred. Probably the main thing I didn't like was the strange smell in the room. It wasn't bad, just an old, musty smell that was constant. I also killed a small cockroach on the side table. Not a big deal for me, but may be an issue for other travelers. The gym (with good and plentiful equipment) and swimming pool are shared with the Holiday Inn next door. The Crowne Plaza is okay, and I would recommend it, but it's an old place and some parts feel like a 3-star establishment.

The Good 1. Staff - Thanks Ms. Erika for the pleasant check in experience and for the quick assistance on our bathroom issue, and Ms. Meek for the swift check out. 2. Room is HUGE - Got plenty of space to sleep, eat, work, exercise, relax, etc. 3. Great sleep - We loved the massive and comfortable mattress. 4. It's situated on top of one of the best malls in Quezon City. Accessibility and convenience is definitely not an issue. The Bad 1. Room smells bad, foul odor is coming from bathroom - Definitely not a great welcoming touch. Managed to report this right away. Air freshener was able to somehow mask the smell but sadly, it's not the best solution to a favorable outcome. 2. Corridors are in dire need of deep cleaning. There were paper bits and other kinds of dirt on the carpets. Neither Good Nor Bad 1. PARKING. - complimentary parking is offered to hotel guests. - hotel guests share parking area with mall goers, so there will not be a shortage of parking spaces. - there is no direct access / lift from parking to hotel lobby and vice versa, so this might be a slight inconvenience. 2. No food and beverage outlets in the hotel - but do you really need one? I mean, hotel is located on top of a mall. There are plenty of food establishments in Robinsons Magnolia. The Verdict The hotel needs to improve on its cleanliness issues to attract more quarantine and leisure guests. It would be a waste if they are not able to capitalize on their strengths (staff, room size, location, rates, etc), just because CLEANLINESS is pulling them back.

ACL Suites was one of the few hotels I wanted to stay from time to time even though it is old and outdated. But nowadays, I really don't care too much about what to expect inside the hotel (as long as I can comfortably rest and sleep well. lol). What really amazes me when I go back here is the Customer Service I am experiencing when I visit here since it is a plus factor for me when choosing a hotel. Actually before, (before the pandemic) I am staying already here but their staff was very unprofessional and got a feeling that they are lazy doing things. But now, everything is different. From the greetings I received upon arrival, down to my stay, and until I check out, (even though they are all in their mask) I saw the smile within their eyes and the sincerity of their service. I will surely be coming back more often here in ACL Suites. PS: By the way, Thanks for the free Wi-Fi Access you are offering now. Unlike before, it is only at the lobby and in rooms were an add-on. Hoping for a faster and more reliable free Wi-Fi in the future. :) and bidet also - they promise this to me actually. hahaha

Il loro condizionatore d'aria è un po' debole.Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel a causa delle strutture. Non l'abbiamo usata perché la piscina era stata riparata. Era un po' triste e deludente, ma nel complesso il mio gf e mi è piaciuto. Grazie comunque.

Come raccomandato dal mio amico, ci siamo fermati qui per quasi una settimana mentre andiamo in qualche posizione vicino a Cubao durante la mia vacanza. Non ho alcun problema con l'appartamento, la camera, il bagno, e le strutture sono grandi. Se stai fermando, prendi sempre nota delle tempeste con smaltimenti di spazzatura. There's a 7-Eleven at the building's entrance. È molto conveniente comprare le cose e portarle nella vostra stanza. L'accesso alla piscina ha un numero limitato di persone. Non ho avuto la possibilità di prendere una foto della nostra stanza, ma era spazioso.

Overall stay was good. My girlfriend liked the room set up and the toilet even for me it needs deep cleaning. She said it is better than getting a condo for a week stay since we don't need to mind about breakfast everyday. Breakfast was good backing options on their bread part but we managed to just get from nearby store. And also during the night, it is very accessible to many stores via Grabfood.

Personalmente la dimensione della camera è decente. Ci sono abbastanza spazio per muoversi. Layout pratico e forniscono asciugacapelli, tavolo studio, grande TV, pendenza di vestiti, specchio di parete grande e un letto molto comodo. Molte uscite elettriche! Negativi: 1. La copertura più confortevole è molto vecchia. È possibile vedere l'angoscia sentire che è bruna. Senti attento! 2. Forniscono caldaia e due muffole, ma senza tazze di tè. 3. Le coperte di distributore di zuppa/shampoo continuano a cadere. In generale, rimarrei qui se non con la famiglia che richiede strutture ecc. Perfetto per il viaggio d'affari e la velocità di Internet è molto veloce. Puoi collegare più dispositivi senza problemi.
