Hotel in zona Bãi tắm cộng đồng, Phu Quoc Island

Overall this was a good stay, but I'm going to likely try someplace else when returning to Phu Quoc, mostly to find a better match for the vibe I like out of a beach resort. Staff was pleasant, but not overly memorable. The resort is a lot bigger than I thought and most of the clientele that I saw were couples and families. I had a beachfront bungalow that was very nicely furnished with a king sized four poster bed, a huge bathroom and an outdoor balcony overlooking the beach. You can hear the waves at night once the very loud EDM/hip hop coming from two directions cuts out around 3 am. I took a 'can't beat em, join em' mentality one night and strolled over to the loud beach bar next door at night to realize that all the loud music was playing for exactly six people who were all yelling to hear one another over the music and not even on the dancefloor. Breakfast in the mornings was good, there's a friendly little mouse that comes by to lap up the crumbs as you eat if you dine alfresco. If you're turned off by rodents, Phu Quoc might but be the best place for you fyi. The bar at the hotel was very small with about 10 stools, but the guys that worked there were nice and the vibe was pretty chill.

Absolutely fantastic stay! Gorgeous hotel, very clean and lots of greenery. Right on the beach, which is maintained very well. Breakfast is potentially the best we've ever had, so much choice! Very helpful staff and a great clean pool. Activities like free yoga on certain days, airport shuttle for free and lots of restaurants and laundry places around. 10 min from the city centre by car. We loved it so much, we didn't want to leave and will tell everyone about it!

E'la mia prima visita a Phu Quoc con i miei genitori. Ho fatto una prenotazione perché il mio amico lo raccomandava, ma ero più soddisfatto di quanto mi aspettavo.Personalmente, c'erano molti colazioni, ma ho scelto dei deliziosi. La prossima volta. Se me ne vado, vorrei fare un'altra preoccupazione.

L'isola di Phu Quoc è stata divisa in due hotel per quattro giorni. Ho scelto il Novotel a sud perché era convenientemente vicino alla funivia di Xianghai. You can feel the service the moment you step into the resort!! Front desk staffs are all professional, friendly, and always proactively assist with the luggages. During the stay, we even got the complimentary simple decor and cake for our anniversary. Turndown service also offered although we just stayed for 1 night + free fruits prepared for us👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 In terms of facilities, the swimming pool is super huge and instagrammable for sure!! Mostly importantly, it operates until 10 pm where we can enjoy it until night time. And definitely complimentary airport round trip is offered as long as you informed the hotel 1 day earlier. Highly recommend and hopefully we can visit again!!!

Pros: - good location, walking distance to Grand World - low price, best if you don’t spend much time at the hotel and mostly out and about - clean and modern decor Cons: - no aircon in corridor and elevator, it can be very uncomfortable to step in the elevator on hot days - no room service, no service at pool area, no option to pay for food and beverage at check out. - minibar is empty, instant coffee and tea bags are available yet no milk. When we requested milk for our cup of tea, the reception staff advised we would need to go to the bar (ground floor) to purchase milk at own cost. Milk is essential and it has always been provided free of charge wherever we’ve been (Bali, Singapore, Australia, etc.) - mid-stay ROOM INSPECTION. This is very UNPLEASANT practice to Westerners and should be stopped. Not sure if this is normal in Vietnam, but it is very displeasing and annoying to us (Australians). We often stayed a few weeks to months in Bali and other Asian countries, we’ve never had room inspection where 2 staff entered our room, 1 of them walked around the room pretending to check the skirting board with a screwdriver while the other was casing the room (it was obvious that they wanted to check to room). - poor English proficiency. Only one reception staff can speak English well, the rest of the staff don’t. My husband was quite frustrated during our stay because he couldn’t communicate with staff. We’ve stayed in Bali and other Asian countries, all of their staff are fluent in English including security and housekeeping staff. - lack of attention to food safety. Signage is very small. No cover when the meals bought outside to the pool area. Food was not kept at optimum temperature can cause bacteria to grow to dangerous levels that can cause illness. - lack of knowledge about beverage. Staff didn’t understand my husband’s order of Bourbon + Cola (very common drinks to Westerners) and advised they don’t have Bourbon. When my husband went to the bar with the staff, there was a big Bourbon bottle sitting on the shelf! - lack of customer service. Staff was not attentive to customers, my husband had to walked to the restaurant to get staff attention when we wanted food and drinks while we were at the pool. Staff should walk around and simply check in with customers. Staff didn’t greet customers when they walk past, again when we were in Bali and other Asian countries, their staff (everyone including housekeeping staff) always said good morning, good afternoon or good evening. - FACIAL BIOMETRICS RECOGNITION was an entry requirement to enter buffet breakfast. This should be disclosed in booking description including third-party websites like Agoda, Booking.com, etc. No information on Facial Biometrics Recognition are found anywhere or has ever been communicated to us prior to checking in. If we have known, we would stay elsewhere for sure (we will request that our data are permanently deleted from their system and we suggest that you do the sam

Sono rimasto molto colpito dal servizio dell'hotel. Le camere sono esattamente come descritte. All'interno dell'hotel ci sono molte attività da fare. Personalmente siamo andati alla jacuzzi e alla sauna e l'abbiamo trovato molto rilassante. La camera da letto era pulita e gli addetti alla reception erano tutti gentili. Hotel carino vicino al mare con vista sul mare.e un piccolo balcone. Bed comodo buon doccia e buon WiFi. L'ascensore è un po' annoiante come si pinge alti ogni volta. Non necessario in un piccolo hotel, ma altrimenti tutto bene. Il personale è fantastico e molto utile. Starbucks 2 minuti a piedi sulla promenade è fantastico e noleggiato scooter dall'hotel che davvero avete bisogno e un divertente modo di esplorare questo posto quiet. Sarà tornato un giorno

L'hotel si trova a Sun Set Town, una piccola città ispirata da vista storica, bella ma ancora vuota, sicuramente ci sono alcuni hotel e ristoranti più piccoli e alcuni piccoli negozi di prodotti alimentari. Nell'acqua c'è un bazooka alimentare con stalle e un sacco di cibo e bevande, ma aprirà a partire dalle 16:00, l'accento della città era accanto alla bella architettura il fuoco quotidiano (eccetto martedì) L'hotel dispone di una bella piscina con vista sul mare e anche di accesso alla spiaggia attraverso alcune scale. Quando è appena aperto non era occupato. Come Hilton Diamond Member abbiamo un canape gratuito con due bevande in serata e una bella suite aggiornata con vista sul mare. Per i pompieri si può anche accedere alla terrazza superiore del tetto per una migliore vista. Durante il controllo ci ha preso qualcuno che è venuto a aiutarci con i nostri bagagli. Anche c'era una certa confusione su cosa sono i nostri bagagli quando li hanno portati nella nostra stanza. Questo processo dovrebbe essere migliorato in qualche modo, soprattutto quando l'hotel si occupa. La zona Cabana dovrebbe essere più separata dal pubblico Scali, poiché spesso ci sono persone che prendono foto della piscina e anche di voi se siete vicino a questa zona. Anche vicino a questa zona con le cabane, dovrebbero installare una scala per entrare nella piscina, perché si deve camminare intorno alla metà della piscina per entrare nell'acqua. In generale, abbiamo goduto il nostro soggiorno molto, soprattutto la piscina è un'accentuazione.

Il Roma Hotel è molto nuovo. La stanza è spaziosa, pulita, il personale è buono, ha molte belle viste e può guardare il sole e il risalto dal balcone. Sono state fornite strutture in camera e la posizione è conveniente per negozi e attrazioni nelle vicinanze. Questa è stata una splendida e piacevole esperienza in Phu Quoc. La colazione è diversa e ha molti piatti nuovi. Mi piace davvero tutto qui!
