- La posizione era buona - Check in, atmosfera, esperienza e personale gentile - La colazione aveva un'infinità di scelte e selezioni tra cui scegliere - Il letto era comodo e gli asciugamani erano morbidi - La cosa brutta è che il mio soggiorno è stato di 3 giorni, ma il primo giorno c'era una fessura per le lettere nella mia stanza che indicava che il secondo giorno l'aria condizionata elettrica sarebbe stata interrotta dalle 8:00 alle 17:00, ma il primo giorno ho provato a chiamare la reception dell'hotel per il ventilatore portatile per prepararmi. non c'era nessun ventilatore disponibile perché i bambini con priorità vengono prima -.-" Ho con me anche persone anziane - La stanza è diventata molto calda e calda il 2° giorno e non ci è rimasta altra scelta se non quella di aprire ampiamente la porta della nostra camera in modo da ventilare l'aria e senza privacy per noi, le persone che camminano attraverso il corridoio possono vederci - Il cibo del servizio in camera era decisamente ragionevole e il cibo è delizioso e buono - Ho provato a chiedere alla reception perché l'acqua della nostra vasca da bagno è sempre gialla e l'ingegnere è venuto e indovina come sembra che tutta l'acqua della stanza sia GIALLA - Infine durante il giorno del check-out abbiamo visto una CUGICE nella nostra CAMERA! Ho provato a dare loro un feedback anche durante il check-out Puoi vedere la foto e, a dire il vero, questo hotel è carino e la posizione è buona, solo che spero che l'acqua del rubinetto + la pulizia del letto + la camera e il disegno sul muro possano essere puliti e sistemati

This place was way better than expected! A great location, they have bike rentals available, free airport transfer (and if your flight is extra early like ours, they even pack your breakfast for you! it saved us). The staff are helpful...only weird thing is we had to wait until 15h to check-in :( But many things to do around. Try the EGG coffee at AROMA coffee around the corner. U don't need plan ahead - the staff can recommend good things to do around the island. many diving and day tours available. GET SEAVIEW with Bath ! :D PS go to Khem beach for the real vibe.

We loved our stay here, and our Ocean View room is amazing. Good location, just walking distance to Nite Market woth lots of shops. The hotel breakfast is so yummy with lots of selection. Highly recommended!

Hotel is located near to night market. Pool is ok, but beach is small. Breakfast spread is ok.

Location of hotel were good, with night market, harbour n many local stalls n restaurants nearby. Room price is reasonable. Service staff are very helpful n English speaking too. Checking-in n out was fast but the check-in time at 3pm is too long. Lucky I got my room earlier. Food prices at the hotel restaurant were reasonable too. Love the clean beach n swim pool. Over all our first experience in Seashell hotel was a great one. We will come back for our next trip n we highly recommend the hotel to our friends n family. Thank U very much.👍🙏

Had 5 nights booked here. Breakfast was fantastic, pool and pool bar brilliant. Location near night markets was very good but not a lot else around. If you like to go to a bar for a drink after dinner then only a couple of places but, that would not put me off.

Amazing experience at the hotel. Hotel staff is extremely friendly and the sea view is spectacular. Love everything here and will be back again 😍

Very clean hotel with good breakfast everywhere is kept clean and tidy.The swimming pool is very big and has beautiful views over the sea but there are nowhere near enough sunbeds for the size of the hotel. We would stay again though as the position of the hotel in town is good for us.

The hotel is in a great location-neae the city center and night market. They have their own beach where one can swim, but don't expect too much as there is no nice white sand but some rocks. They have a big pool though with a bar which offers drink deals in the afternoon. The breakfast is pretty okay. There's just not big option for cold cuts and cheese if you only eat those. The room was beautiful and spacious, with a balcony where one can watch the sea and the sunset.

The hotel is located in the downtown area right next to the beach, so the location is excellent. The check-in starts at 3 PM, just like another hotel; however, there is no warm service, and the room booked from trip.com has been arranged on the lower floor. The results were noisy on the lower floor because we reserved an ocean view, and the hotel swimming pool is just below the balcony. So we asked to change the room to a higher floor after several negotiations with the receptionist and added additional costs. There are no highlights about the hotel facility and average five-star rating. We swim more by the swimming pool than at the beach because the seawater quality is not that good. For the morning breakfast, there are many options, but nothing outstanding. Overall, it's a good hotel.
