La stanza era molto, molto sporca... C'erano segni sul divano e la finestra del balcone sembrava non essere mai stata pulita... Se entravi nella stanza a piedi nudi, le piante dei piedi diventavano nere... era così sporco che elencare tutto era troppo fastidioso. Anche il check-out non è sistematico. Mi è stato detto di aspettare 10 minuti per il controllo della camera, quindi sono andato 10 minuti dopo e non è successo niente. Il design generale dell'hotel è buono. La piscina è grande e ben tenuta... ma non sembra essere stata mantenuta affatto da quando l'hotel ha aperto. Questo è il posto dove andare solo per la piscina.

Una brutta esperienza con un hotel a 5 stelle con standard internazionali e anche la categoria di camera più alta, Villa con 3 camere da letto con piscina privata. Ho pagato una tariffa per l'upgrade della camera di 18 milioni, ma sono passato a una stanza con gli scarichi danneggiati e un odore terribile. Dio, ho prenotato 3 notti. Inizialmente, poiché la mia famiglia ha bambini piccoli, ho pensato che fosse perché l'igiene dei bambini non pensava ad un hotel a 5 stelle che le strutture fossero così degradate. Quando ho informato il personale, sono stati accusati del ritardo nella notifica, quindi non hanno avuto il tempo di cambiare stanza. È così che i 5 stelle trattano gli ospiti che prenotano camere di alta classe?

Hotel is located well near the night market. Dining and shopping are in gand. Hotel reception is very good. Ms Tran at the front desk is very helpful and nice.

It’s a nice experience, everyday after the house keeping there will be two delicious cookies. We are glad to have this, the swimming pool is beautiful and the breakfast is delicious.

Room was spacious and clean. Good service overall, most staff understood and spoke some English. Few pools around the hotel. There was a night market and some shops opposite the hotel. Breakfast spread was good, they even have a pho and banh mi station!

Overall, the hotel offers a good price-quality ratio. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the restaurant where it was served had a pleasant atmosphere. The beach was good and convenient, making for a relaxing stay.

1. Room is very clean with nice view. 2. Breakfast is many choice with good taste. But seems no enough staff to tidy up the table due to many customer. 3. Hotel facilities are very amazing. Large swimming pool, pool bar, beach, playground and live band restaurant at night.

The room is clean and tidy, but i dont like the glass wall of the bathroom. If the TV has the built in Netflix, that would be fantastic Facilities Gym room is small, with limited equipment. But i guess it is fine, as not many people were there during my stay swimming pool and beach There are two and both are good. there are always some staff cleaning the pool, so i am not worried about the water quality. Beach is right next to the hotel and water activities are there for you to choose breakfast is good, with lots of choices. we were asked to have breakfast in the function room as they said the restaurant was full. i could imagine the hotel was fully booked that weekend Hotel provides airport pickup and the staff is friendly and helpful. The price is higher than other local brands, and you can see the difference from the service quality. One more thing, the night market is just opposite to the hotel and this one is clean and tidy. Definitely i will stay in this hotel again

We booked a 2 bedroom unit and it comes with a dining area, living area, 2 bathrooms and even a kitchen space ( no cutleries tho). Unit was also well equipped with a coffee machine. Breakfast was great and had a lot of variety and staff were also polite and attentive. There was even a small Christmas party while we were there and all guests were invited to join the mini buffet. In room dining was expensive but there wasn't a need to really order from them as there is a night market opposite the hotel which has very good food options. The best part was the pool area - massive pool and it leads you to the sea! It's a private beach and really a good view ! I will definitely be coming back to this hotel if I head to Phu Quoc again !

The buffet breakfast is nice with variety of selection; however, the location is remote and surrounded with other resorts, if you would like to stay at the hotel most of the time, it would be fine, but if you would like to walk around, there’s nothing much nearby, only the night market and the scale is small. Vinbus #19 bus stop is near, but the schedule is not friendly, you may have to wait an hour or more for the next bus. The facility is older than expected and cleanliness to be improved. The gym room is equipped with several equipment and the pool isn’t as nice as seen in the picture. For the beach, it takes 5 mins walk and it’s nice.
