Hotel in zona Catholic Church, Phnom Penh

Io soggiorno questo hotel con il mio amico durante le nostre vacanze, E 'un posto molto sicuro e bello hotel, Usiamo per soggiornare con un'esperienza inoltrabile e sorridere 😊 del personale dell'hotel sono molto utile soprattutto il manager è gentile. Puoi guardare l'hotel vicino sono molte cose ....shop ... vicino.

Non abitate di solito con il marchio Hyatt, ma i Hyatt in Asia sono stati sorprendenti! La stanza qui era grande. E 'stupendamente situato - vicino al fiume, al palazzo, ecc. Vorremmo che tutti i nomi fossero stati appresi, ma siamo felici di averla collegata con alcuni: il buffet di colazione giornaliero era con il bellissimo mareagioung e la vergogna di Srey - grazie per averci curato così bene ogni mattina; Sotheary era il nostro bellissimo compagno di pranzo; Sofa, una piccola cosa dolce dall'Attico; Yem dal Regency Club, grazie per il nostro senza fondo Prosecco; Staff di cena da 55, carina Leakana e la sua squadra; Finalmente, ma certamente non meno, Fariza, carina dolce, grazie per averci cantato canzoni romantiche; Eric, uno dei manager, ama la tua energia contagiosa. Cinque stelle di alloggio e di attrazione sono molto le stesse, che li separano è la squadra di persone che migliorano il tuo soggiorno. Per i recensori/visitatori che si aspettano perfetto inglese.... Come sta il tuo cambogiano? !

Come sempre HM Grand Hotel, uno dei miei hotel preferiti a Phnom Penh. Questa volta hanno offerto alcuni sconti perché avevano un certo manutenzione in alcuni piani. Ho un grande servizio, camera, jacuzzi e un massaggio gratuito di 30 minuti 💆as un regalo aggiuntivo. 🎁 Very safisticed!

Location - Well placed in the city. From the pool and bar area you can see the independent monument and the tops of the palace complex. There are some distance views of the river as well. Easy to walk out from to the monument, palace and the river. Just be warned that if you walk you constantly get hassled by tuk tuk's looking for business. Crossing the road can be challenging as it is very busy. Rooms - Basic clean and all that you need in a hot country. The only downside is that it can be noisy due to the stone floor that echo's the sound of chairs being moved. Staff - Polite and speak good English. Big shout out to the petite young women (sorry don't know name) who served us breakfast and during the day, evening drinks - always had a big smile and very helpful. Food - Nice selection at breakfast of fruit and cereals, pastries. A selection of cooked breakfast representing many cultures (noodles, soup, western eggs etc). Lunch/Evening they had a good selection of small bites (burritos, veg and dips) and western and Asian dishes (steak, noodles, rice) Amenities - Good wifi signal throughout. Restaurant and bar clean and mixture of seating available. Pool table. Pool was gorgeous on the roof with great views. Big enough to have a little swim about. Seating can get crowded in the afternoon when people return from touring around. Recommend the hotel as we didn't find or have any negatives.

An unfortunate experience, I found myself in the worst situation dealing with M Residence, as on the day of my check-in, the Sale Manager Vincent neglected to inform the receptionist about my booking, and instead of booking online for a fair rate, they wanted to charge me 50 USD per night, when it was only 24 USD online. Because the receptionist was new and unfamiliar with the process, she had to validate each step with her manager. It took me 45 minutes to check-in. The whole thing felt sketchy because I had to pay 130 USD with tax instead of 72 USD online with Airbnb small tax it would have cost max 86 USD if I recall. Anyway, I paid and received a very small room with hardly working air conditioning and filthy elevator. The swimming pool was breaking apart, and it appeared that the structure was inadequately maintained. There was no pool attendant, and no PH and CL analysis of the chemicals in the pool was available. The entire establishment is a shambles, and they definitely lack hospitality skills. Anyway I shared some information about my experience with the Manager who told me “The staff are so bad” I wanted to react and tell him that he should invest in training them but I could see there was no point in telling him has he clearly do not hold any sense of hospitality skills… The day before my departure I contact the “Receptionist Supervisor” and asked if I should do my check out now to collect my deposit back as I leave at 5:50 am and she informed to not to worry there is 24/7 staff at the lobby. Of course, the day of my check out there was no staff at the lobby to proceed my check-out so now they are ghosting me over 30 USD refund. In addition to all of this I intended to do a collaboration with the Sales manager upon my arrival a discount or free stay over some pictures which they gladly receive but never gave me proper feedback nor a compensation. M Residence is a disgrace to the hospitality industry in Cambodia. Their unethical practices and scams are not the way to conduct business.

Questo posto era eccellente. E' stato superiore alle mie aspettative. Sono grato che avessero spazio per un ultimo minuto di prenotazione. Ho potuto prenotare una camera unica, che era comoda. Il decoro dell'ostello risona con una vibe a casa. Con una piscina e un bar c'erano possibilità di incontrare altri viaggiatori. Il personale è amichevole e accogliente. Il personale può anche parlare un po' di inglese, quindi il servizio è stato buono durante il mio soggiorno. Questo ostello è vicino al monumento nazionale, al Palazzo Reale e al Museo Nazionale.

We went to Phnom Penh for business trip and decided to stay in this hotel. The location of the hotel is great and convenient. Many restaurants and entertainment activities are available nearby. The only downside of this hotel was that the room is quite small. Everything else is good for me.

Sembra si trova in una sorta di zona di club, in funzione del lato che il tuo viso può essere buono o può essere un orribile soggiorno. Ho prenotato l'hotel due volte e il mio primo soggiorno non era problema, ma il mio secondo soggiorno mi ha fatto incontrare i club e non potevo dormire fino alle 4 quando la musica si fermò. Quando si rimane lì, si accerta di avere una stanza sul lato tranquillo. Anche in questo secondo soggiorno c'era un allarme di fuoco, sembra che alcuni ospiti fumino nel corridoio o qualcosa del genere. Ho aperto la mia porta e il personale mi ha chiesto di tornare in camera.

The unit was big. 👍👍👍And the buffet breakfast was good and price was very reasonable for this deal. Nice deal will be coming back again 😀😀😀
