Not impressed. It’s ok to stay for a night or two.

Прекрасные апартаменты в европейском стиле. Мы жили в номере 404: две спальни, гостиная-кухня и балкон. Уборка качественная и ежедневная. Персонал быстро решал любые вопросы. Хороший быстрый Wi-Fi. На кухне много посуды, было удобно готовить. Отдельное удовольствие - большое количество источников света во всех комнатах. На верхнем этаже есть сауна, тренажерный зал и бассейн. Стоит предупредить, что в бассейне очень хлорированная вода. Настолько, что впервые полинял купальник. Стоит взять сюда тот, с которым не жаль расставаться. Удобное расположение, тихая улица, но близко к центру, рядом уличная еда, заведения и супермаркет. В тайском кафе справа великолепный том ям. Обязательно остановлюсь здесь снова в следующий приезд.

Our family had an excellent experience staying here. Room is spacious, comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well-equipped. The swimming pool was nice. Staffs were very friendly, helpful, and professional. They always made us feel welcome and taken care of. Thank you for everything!

Wonderful apartment, great for a family stay. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, so our kids had a separate bedroom. The kitchen was well-equipped, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean, the pool was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Let’s start with the good The rooftop swimming pool was a welcome relief from the heat and humidity. Now the not so good - why do we give this 1-5 rating? Very poor customer service We stayed two nights and our main issue was no extra linen for the sofa bed. We called reception on the first day to ask for linen and none was forthcoming. On the second day we asked directly at reception, and again no linen arrived. This meant our youngest child had to share bed with parents. On reflection, the money we thought we were saving (a few USD per night) by being a little further away from the centre, was offset in the cost of tuk tuk back and forth. A tuk tuk was $2USD each way. And we had 4 tuk tuk each day. Also, it’s a small thing but irritating - no washing up liquid.

It's a lovely property, though a bit dated. We arrived late but checked in with no hassle. The street is quite busy and noisy, especially on the balcony. The apartment was well set out, with a separate bedroom and living area—good wifi, a nice comfortable bed and a full kitchen, which we never used but was handy. The rooftop swimming pool was a bonus. The staff were super helpful and spoke English. Transportation to tourist sites was not an issue; we used Grab taxis and tuk-tuks a lot, which were cheap. Just be aware that Cambodia uses USD alongside its currency, Riel. Currency conversion can be a pain, but the locals were honest and warm. No one tried to rip us off.
