The hotel is just few years old, modern decor with good bed, balcony, fridge, kettle and it is clean.
Next door is a restaurant where breakfast is served as well as lunch or evening meal. It is in a quiet location giving good night sleep. If you prefer to eat elsewhere there are plenty of places nearby.
Based short tuctuc ride from the airport.
Definitely value for money, I will be returning.

The room was magnificent. The pool was small and quaint. The gym is very good. Staff were very kind and helpful. They printed ticket information. I needed for my Tour. I had a very difficult first day in Cambodia, but the Bali hotel staff really helped me through it. Thank you to the staff of the Bali Hotel.

Questa è la seconda volta che sono rimasto qui. Anche se un po' costoso, ma le camere sono state recentemente ristrutturate. Quindi il suo interno è nuovo. Il set back non è una piscina. Non riesco a fare il sole.

Gli appartamenti sono molto ben progettati e moderni e il personale era tutti amichevole qui. Eravamo arrivati tardi e partiti in treno così la posizione degli appartamenti era perfetta per noi. E 'anche vicino a Raffles per un'ora felice di bevanda tra 4-9pm. Abbiamo un appartamento a due camere che ha seguito le camere da bagno e un soggiorno centrale con divano, cucina e colazione stile bar. È stato bello prendere alcuni dolci al minimo locale e avere un colazione ricreativa sul divano dopo tanti buffet durante i nostri viaggi. Tutto era molto pulito e la casa di manutenzione sostituiva ogni giorno l'acqua, il caffè e gli asciugamani, e ci sono due grandi piscine, e anche se non si guardava nessuno intorno, così erano molto gentili per un pomeriggio di relax fuori dal calore. Abbiamo anche mangiato al negozio, che era un po'prezioso, ma mi sono divertito per un pranzo leggero. Oltre a preziosi hotel o piazza di mercato vicini non ci sono ristoranti locali ecc in prossimità, anche se se si cammina attraverso Wat Phnom al fiume consiglio casa Hummus. Non esitate a rimanere di nuovo se arrivate o partete con il treno.

Non male. Molto bello nella trendy 172 strada. Molti bar e ristoranti vicino. Posso immaginare che il lato della strada diventa piuttosto rumoroso alla notte. La camera è grande e confortevole. Un hotel leggermente più vecchio, ma il prezzo è ragionevole.

Das White Mansion ist ein sehr schönes, stilvolles Haus, gut gelegen, aber etwas laut was die Geräusche der Umgebung anbelangt. Die Zimmer sind schön und auch gut ausgestattet. Der Pool liegt leider etwas eingepfercht und bekommt wenig Sonne. Das Frühstück in dem angrenzenden Cafe ist sehr lecker und vielfältig. Der Service im Hotel und im Cafe ist sehr gut und zuvorkommend. Einzig der Lärm der Umgebung war etwas störend, aber die meisten Gäste verbringen ihre Tage ja nicht im Hotel bzw. am Pool, sondern genießen das Stadtleben in Phnom Penh.

JJustanothertravellerHotel Kvl in Phnom Penh stands out for its prime location, nestled directly beside the Royal Palace and the river, making it a prime spot for tourists looking to explore the city's historical and cultural landmarks. The hotel itself is equipped with modern and stylish furnishings, ensuring a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable and the breakfast was a highlight, being both delicious and served à la carte, allowing for a personalized dining experience in the morning.
However, our experience took a turn when it came to the transfer service from Sihanoukville to Phnom Penh. The cost of over $180 for the transfer felt exorbitant, especially given the condition of the vehicle and the service provided. Being transported in an older car, coupled with a driver who was not only unable to communicate in English but also constantly distracted by multiple ringing mobile phones, significantly detracted from our overall experience. Despite attempts to use Google Translate, communication was futile, and the incessant noise became a source of irritation.
Given the high price, our expectations for the transfer service were not met, leading us to conclude that utilizing a service like „Grab“ for a fraction of the cost would be a far better option in the future. On a more positive note, the transfer service from the hotel to the airport was priced at $20, which felt more reasonable and within acceptable limits.
Another significant issue was the noise level in our room. Situated on the top floor directly beneath the hotel's rooftop bar, the sound levels late into the night were intolerable. The booming music and lively atmosphere of the bar, while perhaps enjoyable for some, felt more like being in a nightclub than a hotel room. This was particularly unwelcome as we sought to rest and recover from the exhausting transfer earlier in the day.
In conclusion, while Hotel Kvl boasts an excellent location and modern amenities that contribute to a comfortable stay, the high cost and poor execution of the transfer service from Sihanoukville, coupled with the disruptive noise from the rooftop bar, marred our experience. Future guests would do well to consider alternative transportation options and inquire about room placement to ensure a more tranquil stay.

-Prima di tutto, la posizione è nel centro della città, è molto molto comoda, è troppo comodo prenotare un'auto davanti alla porta.
-Accanto c'è la reception, il bar, la piscina, molti stranieri nuotano in piscina, si crogiolano al sole, molto confortevoli.
-Il design della camera è troppo attento, molto moderno e ha una galleria d'arte, la preferita è la vasca da bagno sul balcone, è troppo comoda e puoi vedere la vista della piscina dal balcone.
-I camerieri dell'hotel sono tutti locali, tutti sorrideranno per te, il servizio è molto, molto buono! Resta qui ogni minuto e divertiti!

Reception staff are always smiling, friendly and happy to help. Cleaning is done well and daily. Room service and Cloud 9 staff are friendly and quick. Staff mostly speak English so not a difficulty at all communicating. Check in and out is so quick and easy!
As always the pool is clean, quiet and well maintained. Room service and food at the hotel is top quality. Certainly, the spa is worth every cent and not that much more expensive than venturing out. Of course, you could get cheaper but the quality and environment at the hotel spa is truly serene, tranquil and top notch luxury!
Convenient shopping and food a plenty around the hotel and close to the riverside. Though it’s located close to the red 🚦 light district, security is exceptional and the area itself is not dangerous (keep your wits about you and valuables close regardless).
The only small drawback is the room lighting, although there are many lights, the yellow lighting can be quite dim especially around the sink area (ladies be warned, not so easy to apply makeup lol 😂) but this is a small thing. Overall, this remains my hotel of choice whenever in Phnom Penh!

UUtente ospiteEsperienza positiva dell'hotel, posizione immaginabile, camera non molto grande, armadio limitato, come era un angolo orientato a sud molto caldo quando arrivavamo ma con 10 minuti di AC avevamo temperatura di comfort. Le viste della camera fantastiche, la colazione molto corretta sul piano 11 e il meglio di tutta la piscina sul lago con vista incondizionata. Il personale molto attento e di servizio, ci siamo lasciati un bus e un'udito all'hotel e da Siem Reap ci hanno risolto efficacemente il problema e in meno di 24 ore abbiamo avuto le proprietà in nostro potere. Il personale molto bene, ci hanno consigliato bene nella scelta dei ristoranti. Certo, se torniamo a Phnom Penh questo sarà il nostro hotel.

She booked me a tuktuk and I paid by cash directly to the driver. Thank you very much. From my memory Reception staff doesn’t work from 3am to 8am. Room is large and things are made from high quality materials. I love the pool on 41th floor. Breathtaking river views and city views up there. The restaurant is on the same floor so we walked pass it to use the pool. No other guests were there when both of us swam. Pool opens from 7am. Small changing room and toilet are near the pool. Fitness Room is on 7th floor. High quality and great services. No one was there when we worked out. After the guest finishes using the walking machine and sweats, a male staff comes to wipe the machine. Very good! Towels are readily available for guests to use both in the Fitness Room and Pool. The checked in and out were smooth. They returned the 50 USD deposit in both USD and Riel. In other cities, a room like this often costs 70 USD. Here the price is very good. The building is Celeste Building opposite Sofitel and AEON and we walked through it to the next building to see SF Hotel table in the corner. Excellent value for money. Btw it was Caesar Hotel before so room amenities and towels have that brand. Room is a bit wear and tear but clean and comfortable. Air con takes a long time to cool the room as they has a cover in front of it to avoid direct air flow to the bed. Carpeted walk way from elevator to the rooms. We enjoyed our stay very much and wish to come back to swim again.

ZzoslynneA nice boutique hotel, clean and friendly staff. Breakfast not a wide spread but definitely sufficient. They also served hot porridge per order. We asked for half boil egg, they gladly do for us. All staff from the front desk to the breakfast, helpful and friendly. Facilities only a pool but that is not what we go for so is fine. We ae happy with this hotel.

UUtente ospiteThis is a cockroach infested hotel in the red light district used by the older men to entertain their ***********. The New Season Riverside Hotel is described as a modern property within walking distance of key attractions. Personally I would describe it as a out dated, run down, cockroach infested flee pit located in the centre of the red light district which caters for elderly white men and their *********** (there is a notice in each room stating *********** are welcome as long as they sign in at reception and are not under age)! We were met by the owner who could not be bothered to welcome us or look up from his computer other than to demand our passport’s. The room was dirty with long black hairs everywhere, including on the sheets. We paid extra for a window. We got a window with glass but when we opened the dirty stained curtains we found the ‘window’ was bricked up on the outside. There was also no fridge or garden as described in the description on Booking.com. Throughout the night we had to listen to the other occupants entertaining their guests and rats running in the void between the ceiling and the floor above. As soon as we turned the lights out at night to get a good nights sleep we found our room (105 located directly above the hotel kitchen) was infested with cockroaches which crawled across the bed as we lay there. We photographed and caught several under glasses. There was no one on duty at night to complain to so we spent the whole night awake sat up in bed with the lights on keeping cockroaches off us. The following morning, when I complained about the window, no fridge, no garden and the cockroaches the manager just laughed. Later that morning I spoke directly to the owner who also laughed. When I insisted that it was not a laughing mater he started to shout at me and became threatening and aggressive. He made some excuse about the fault being with Booking.com who had overbooked his hotel. We saw few other guests so did not believe the hotel was fully booked and did not see what this had to do with the cockroach infection. We had booked for 3 nights, when we said we wanted to leave early, the owner refused to refund the remaining 2 nights. I attempted to cancel the remaining 2 nights on Booking.com but the cancelation policy meant that we would not receive a refund. In addition to the above, the stairs are used as storage areas for cleaning equipment and rubbish. The only way to access the upper floors is by a small lift. This makes the hotel a 5 storey fire trap. There is a 6 inch gap between the bed and wall so during the night the pillows fall on the floor leaving you without a pillow to sleep on but a ladder for the cockroaches to get at you. I’m in my late 50s and have travelled extensively across Asia This is without doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Unless you are an elderly man down on his luck, looking to entertain your ********** on the cheap and don’t mind cockroaches for company I would avoid th

E' anche uno dei migliori luoghi pubblici per l'esercizio come yoga, pilate, boxe, taekwondo, calcio, baseball, bowling, ecc. Vi consiglio di andare lì all'alba circa le 5:30 per l'esercizio fisico.Respirare l'aria fresca, rilassarsi con la natura e lavorare per la vostra preziosa salute.
