È stata una mancata comunicazione tra il nostro personale. Non è la sicurezza, è il nostro personale della reception ed è andato nella tua stanza perché un altro ospite gli aveva chiesto di controllare il canale TV e ci ha dato il numero di stanza sbagliato. Dal momento che ci ha permesso di entrare nella stanza mentre lui era uscito per fare shopping, non ci siamo accorti che ci aveva dato il numero di stanza sbagliato finché non abbiamo sbloccato la porta. Faremo in modo che questo tipo di errore non si ripeta nel nostro hotel. Cordiali saluti, WH HOTEL 310
