Special shout-out to Ms. Marina at the front desk — her passion for hospitality is unmatched, and she’s always willing to go above and beyond to assist with guest requests. Moreover, the room had noticeable dust, the duvet was not clean, and I found some insects. The facilities feel outdated and could benefit from better maintenance and cleaning.

I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel is located in a convenient location, just a short walk from public transportation options. Upon arrival, the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they efficiently checked me in and provided me with all the information I needed about the hotel's amenities and the surrounding area. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed would highly recommend it to anyone. The combination of its prime location, beautiful historic ambiance, and excellent customer service make it a true gem in the city.

Wonderful Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and Kangaroos! We had an amazing time at this resort! The place was spotless and very well maintained – you can really tell the staff take pride in keeping it clean. Speaking of the staff, they were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready with a smile and local tips. One of the highlights was getting to meet kangaroos up close – such a unique and unforgettable experience! The resort is also very comfortable, with cozy rooms and peaceful surroundings that made it easy to relax.
