The location is excellent for entertainment quarters and shopping, the staff friendly and helpful and the room spacious and clean. While not an avid TV watcher there was no channels due to a tech Italy issue. Four days later nothing resolved and no acknowledgement for the inconvenience. Ah well.

Some amenities are not available and in your description it has a bathtub but there is none. There is no towel and other amenities so you need to make a follow up. I also suggest that the Housekeeping Department needs an improvement because it plays a vital role in delivering excellent service.

Excellent hotel as it’s in a pretty quiet location. Hassle-free check in and, friendly staff, super convenient location with malls and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended! 👍🏻

Have stayed at this location a few times. Experience has always been great. Everyone on the staff are always courteous and willing to assist. Rooms are always clean and location is great, with several restaurants all within walking distance.

The view from the upper floors was great. At night, i can see the fireworks from the direction of SM Mall of Asia! also can walk to the surrounding area. Recommended!

Hotel was very nice but both rooms we booked had a strange smell. Not sure what it was. Staff was kind and the beer was cold.

Simple basic room. no bottled drink provided. will be provided with a huge gallon of water for your in-room refill and consumption, similar to office pantry kind. Ok for short stays!
