Ji Ling apartment is an apartment building above Sha Tin Central Shopping Centre. It is located in a busy business circle. There is a Mr. Zero supermarket on the first floor and a variety of restaurants/tea shops on the first and second floors. The 4th floor is the gym and the constant temperature swimming pool! Comfortable, quiet, warm, simple living space is our guest room dedicated to you to create a lifestyle, we look forward to your frequent visit, waiting for you to go home Oh!

房間的牆發黴掉灰，進去有股味道，陰暗潮濕，還有隱翅蟲爬出來，要不是發現了，不知道什麼時候都被咬了，客服態度也沒有，跟他説了也不解決，就敷衍的回個表情包，這價格環境真的太差了，同樣價位能找到比這好的

衞生很乾凈，老闆服務也棒棒噠！投影很清晰哦！比去看一場電影划算多了！推薦樓下也是非常方便的商場和超市在！購物很方便！晚上宵夜的也多，這家店的性價比還是值得入手的！

入住很方便環境很棒乾淨整潔裝修也很有風格大屏幕躺着看電影感覺真愜意..樓下就是商區吃喝玩樂一應俱全

總體一般般。衞生：表面的衞生都挺乾淨。雖然有浴巾的消毒櫃，但是消毒櫃並不乾淨有灰塵。拖鞋的臭味非常的大！積着的臭味！服務：相對不錯，服務員的響應時間比較短，能快儘快的回覆，即使是晚上12點也可以即使回覆信息。但是説好的免3小時停車，每超過一小時就收費3元。我從下午4點多開始停車到晚上12點離開，一共8小時，減免後，停車收費20元。服務員自己也不知道收費的標準，和物業對接無果。罷了。安全：密碼鎖，藍牙按電梯，這些都挺安全的，就是有點高科技一時搞不太明白。密碼鎖有點傻，有時候按不了。
