Big comfortable bed and more. In fact everything is perfect! The receptionists , Dung and the lady whose name I didn’t know, were super helpful. Help us book a driver for the day to bring us to various locations.

Super friendly stuff, helped out with restaurant recommendations, directions and great sharing about Vietnams history - Thank you!:) Also like the rooftop bar, perfect to watch sunset and also sunrise.

So far so good, near everything in city center.

非常滿意， 老闆，服務員都挺好的 早餐在頂樓可以環視高平全景。體驗感滿滿，河粉也做的很好吃。新賓館。房間設施沒的説，很棒👍🏻

We had a very brief overnight stay after a Ha Giang Motorbike Loop Tour - The room was very clean, the bed was a godsend and the bathroom looks recently renovated - Bottled water and good quality toiletries provided - Helpful and happy staff, they even packed our breakfast to go for a very early morning checkout - Roughly 10 minutes walk to the river Esplanade - Didn't try the roof top bar but the views were excellent - Good value for a quick stay

A beautiful hotel. The best bed we have slept in so far. Rooms are gorgeous. Breakfast was tasty. But the most outstanding part of this hotel is its amazing staff! The staff at our hotel treated us like family ordering us local speciality food to try and organising one of the best tours we have had this trip. Hoang (bartender)& Dung (Receptionist) were our easy riders for our trip and we had such a fabulous time. We wish we had more time here. The roof top bar is excellent with Hoang making delicious cocktails! Thao (Receptionist) met every need we asked of her with a huge smile, what a great team they are. Great location, close to town.

This new hotel is perfect 👌 very clean, customer service friendly and helpful, the rooms are well equipped everything you need is there. The top roof bar /restaurant is cool. Near everything and quiet. I highly recommend this hotel 🤩

An amazing hotel. I stopped over on my way to Ban Gioc Waterfalls. The staff made all the difference at this hotel, especially Thao, the receptionist. She went above and beyond with aiding any questions or queries I had. Her warm welcome and attention to detail made me feel like a valued guest from the moment I walked in. Thao’s exceptional service even extended kindness, she went out of her way to help clean my motorbike visor. A must stay. I can’t wait to return to this hotel on my next trip!

Extremely comfortable hotel, lovely service and the staff are so genuine and friendly, nothing was a bother. Will definitely stay here again. The beds are the most comfortable in the whole of Vietnam! P.S. Make sure you go to the rooftop bar.

Definitely the most comfortable hotel in Cao Bang - especially the beds ! Everything you need, spacious room and a nice cocktail to enjoy after a day a sightseeing on the rooftop ! The staff is extremely nice and will do everything they can to make your stay easier. The weather was a bit capricious however they always did their outmost to adapt to the change of plans.

Great place to stay. This town has a fantastic market nearby, wonderful spa locations, and close day trip access to the north and huge waterfalls (Ban Gioc Falls). Great place to make a base camp in this area. If your driving around yourself, make sure you ask Dam Thao about where to go, there are some amazing side trips you can take to the Nam Tra Waterfalls, or Cổng Trời Ngũ Lão. I have never been able to find the locations on google maps with any sort of tourist name. But the hotel staff pointed us to some gems to see!
