Hotel con parcheggio a Sa Pa

Da quando sono arrivato, questo hotel ha superato tutte le mie aspettative da camere di lusso, decorazioni elegante, letti più piccoli e toni tranquilli fatti per un perfetto ritiro. La stanza era pulita e la vista dal balcone era senza parole.  Quello che ha davvero messo a parte questo soggiorno è l’ambasciatore cliente dell’hotel, la signora Alissa, una professionista veramente attenta che ha agito come un concierge personale durante il mio soggiorno, che fornisce aggiornamenti proattivi sulle condizioni turistiche locali e partecipa alle mie esigenze sia Ogni giorno, ho ricevuto in tempo utile informazioni sui modelli e le condizioni meteorologiche nei luoghi turistici vicini. Questa informazione consapevole mi ha aiutato a pianificare i miei esercizi con fiducia. Infine, il GM, Steven Tan era così caldo, assicurando che l'ospite sia confortevole durante il tempo del colazione. Egli è da Singapore per la strada e aveva guidato il resort per 8 anni. Le strutture hanno reso facile da scongiurare, rimanere attive e esplorare il luogo turistico con fiducia. L’atteggiamento attento, quasi personale, dell’ambasciatore del cliente ha sollevato il soggiorno da eccellente a inoltrabile. Ho lasciato con meravigliose memorie e un forte senso di avere sperimentato una vera e propria ospitità e certamente tornerò più tardi quest'anno per esplorare luoghi che non ho visitato.

Mia moglie ed io siamo viaggiatori tedeschi. Abbiamo prenotato il nostro soggiorno facilmente tramite un'app a un prezzo ragionevole. La camera era completamente attrezzata, pulita e molto confortevole: il letto era comodo e il bagno era impeccabile. È sicuramente adatto agli ospiti internazionali. Il personale è stato cordiale, professionale e ben preparato. I proprietari dell'hotel sono una coppia adorabile, molto educati, attenti e accoglienti. Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 giorni e 2 notti. A causa di un cambio di programma di viaggio, siamo arrivati ​​la mattina presto (intorno alle 6:00) con un autobus notturno da Hanoi. Ho chiesto alla reception informazioni sul check-in anticipato e l'hotel ha gentilmente organizzato un cambio di camera per noi con un ragionevole supplemento. Ho apprezzato molto questa flessibilità. Nhân viên làm việc thân thiện, chuyên nghiệp và rất bài bản. Hai voglia di khách sạn cũng vô cùng lịch sự, chu đáo e di mến. Chúng tôi ở 3 ngày 2 đêm. Positives: Immaculate service. Very warm, welcoming, friendly and personalised experience. The team takes the time to speak to each and every guest, always greeting with a smile 💕 Laundry was USD4 /kg. Very nice strong smell for the detergent. Great selection of food and wonderful ala carte breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs were so so good! The beef soup as well 👍 Loved the house pets 💕 Location is great! Not too far from city, yet far enough for peace and quiet. Near the rice fields, amazing views and fresh air. Near the alpine coaster. Massage was great too. A lil pricey but so convenient and worth it. The overall vibe was fantastic and relaxing. Definitely coming back here again despite some of the negatives below. Negatives: Insects everywhere! On the bed too! No bed bugs, that's clean. But due to the location and how each house is built, tons of little flying insects. The mosquito net helps keep most of the insects off the bed so we kept it open over the bed. Not so much privacy as the porch and tub had direct view of another room's porch.. Might have gotten exposed once or twice... we did ask for a private room but were placed right next to the pool deck. The dining place mats were dirty and re-used. They ignored the dirty spots and just placed the utensil on the mats. I had to wipe my utensils clean and placed them over serviettes instead. Too many steps 😅 we checked in after a 2d1n hike up Fansipan so our thighs were screaming with each step up and down within the Hotel compound. Overall, definitely a 9.5/10 stay!

Ho soggiornato due notti al Sapa Bamboo Hotel. La posizione era fantastica, con molti ristoranti e negozi nelle vicinanze. Alcune attrazioni come la Chiesa di Pietra, Sapa Square, il Museo di Sapa, Sun Plaza e Moana sono raggiungibili a piedi (5-15 minuti). La colazione era deliziosa. Il personale era disponibile e cortese. Le strutture sono generalmente pulite e ben tenute, ad eccezione dei bagni della piscina che necessitano di miglioramenti. Ho apprezzato molto il mio soggiorno in hotel.

The hotel is amazing. It had great views and the staffs were very helpful. It had a pool big enough to fit a lot of people but I couldn’t use it. The location is very close to the alpine coaster which was nice since I loved that place. The bed was very comfy and the room was very spacious. The bathroom was really nice because it had glass wall that looks into the bedroom and the balcony which makes me see the view while getting ready.

Vorrei esprimere i miei più sentiti ringraziamenti all’Hotel e al Spa Sapa, che hanno detto di voler fornire “un’abitazione lontana da casa”, e che hanno davvero fatto la promessa. Da quando siamo arrivati a Sapa al mattino, il personale ci ha consentito di controllare in anticipo; dopo un treno di notte, riuscire a riposare un po’ prima di esplorare Sapa era una benedizione. Non appena entrammo nella stanza, ci sorprendeva la sua spaziosa e pulita, e la vista chiara del lago dalla finestra era semplicemente bella. Il ricevitore ha anche suggerito diverse attività locali per noi, e anche se non potevamo unirci a causa del tempo, apprezzavamo davvero le sue conseguenze. Il giorno della partenza, abbiamo preso un autobus di notte da Sapa, e l'hotel ci ha lasciato usare generosamente la loro bagno per rinfrescarsi prima del viaggio. Ci siamo sentiti veramente curati durante tutto il nostro soggiorno, e io consiglio sinceramente questo hotel a chiunque visiti Sapa.

We had a wonderful time in Azalea. The room is exactly as the advertised photos online. It’s very spacious with a good view. You can easily tell that the furnitures are new and of good quality. It’s complete with everything you need from a hotel. The best thing about Azalea is also their cleanliness both in our room and lobby area. It even smells good. I have no complaints about it. Hot shower was also easy to adjust. best hotel with good value for money. Their massage area is also affordable compared to the prices outside. Their sauna and jacuzzi area are clean and spacious. On top of this, the breakfast was really good. Pho and rice yoghurt was amazing and there were a lot of choices to choose from. The highlight of our stay was the friendly staff at the reception area (both the girl and boy). We arrived around 7am, way too early before our checkin but they immediately assisted us, allowed us to stay in the massage area and even offered us towels to have a quick shower. They were very efficient and welcoming.

Hotel molto carino e rilassante. Siamo arrivati ​​la mattina intorno alle 4+ e siamo rimasti sconvolti dal fatto che non possiamo raggiungere l'hotel a causa dei lavori stradali. Le auto non possono circolare, quindi dobbiamo fermarci sul cantiere e portare i nostri bagagli per camminare sulla strada accidentata (fangosa e molte pietre). Abbiamo soggiornato a Valley View e abbiamo avuto una grande esperienza. Conveniente posizione con vista rinfrescante e un luogo tranquillo per soggiornare in vacanza. La stanza è pulita e confortevole con una terrazza migliore se vuoi controllare la vista. La colazione era deliziosa con stile di cucina a casa. In generale, questa è una scelta solida, e mi fermerò di nuovo qui.
