Positives: Immaculate service. Very warm, welcoming, friendly and personalised experience. The team takes the time to speak to each and every guest, always greeting with a smile 💕 Laundry was USD4 /kg. Very nice strong smell for the detergent. Great selection of food and wonderful ala carte breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs were so so good! The beef soup as well 👍 Loved the house pets 💕 Location is great! Not too far from city, yet far enough for peace and quiet. Near the rice fields, amazing views and fresh air. Near the alpine coaster. Massage was great too. A lil pricey but so convenient and worth it. The overall vibe was fantastic and relaxing. Definitely coming back here again despite some of the negatives below. Negatives: Insects everywhere! On the bed too! No bed bugs, that's clean. But due to the location and how each house is built, tons of little flying insects. The mosquito net helps keep most of the insects off the bed so we kept it open over the bed. Not so much privacy as the porch and tub had direct view of another room's porch.. Might have gotten exposed once or twice... we did ask for a private room but were placed right next to the pool deck. The dining place mats were dirty and re-used. They ignored the dirty spots and just placed the utensil on the mats. I had to wipe my utensils clean and placed them over serviettes instead. Too many steps 😅 we checked in after a 2d1n hike up Fansipan so our thighs were screaming with each step up and down within the Hotel compound. Overall, definitely a 9.5/10 stay!

Okay Stay, But Definitely Not a 4-Star Experience My daughter and I stayed at Azure Sapa Hôtel and, overall, it was a decent experience, but there were several letdowns that made it feel more like a 3-star hotel at best. First off, if you're considering booking an executive room thinking it’ll be more spacious or better equipped—don’t bother. I paid an extra £29.00 expecting better amenities, but the executive and double rooms are exactly the same size, with the same features. The only difference is the type of bed in the room. That’s it. Both room types have identical amenities. Another disappointment was the balcony. While the room technically had one, there were no balcony chairs or table provided. This made it pretty pointless. It’s especially noticeable when you look at other hotels in the area—many have visible balcony furniture, making the space usable and enjoyable. The other surprise was that the hotel charges for basic services that are usually complimentary elsewhere. Need an iron or ironing board? That'll be 10,000 VND per item. Want to take a quick shower after checking out? That'll cost you too. The nickel-and-diming was disappointing. The food situation was also underwhelming. The wide variety of food advertised on their website simply didn’t exist during my stay. It felt misleading. What truly made the stay better were the staff—they’re friendly, helpful, and honestly the highlight of the hotel. Their service and warm attitude stood out and made an otherwise average stay more pleasant. In short: decent hotel, great staff, but don’t expect four-star standards. Stick to a double room—there’s no point paying more. I’d rate it 3 stars at most.

Vorrei esprimere i miei più sentiti ringraziamenti all’Hotel e al Spa Sapa, che hanno detto di voler fornire “un’abitazione lontana da casa”, e che hanno davvero fatto la promessa. Da quando siamo arrivati a Sapa al mattino, il personale ci ha consentito di controllare in anticipo; dopo un treno di notte, riuscire a riposare un po’ prima di esplorare Sapa era una benedizione. Non appena entrammo nella stanza, ci sorprendeva la sua spaziosa e pulita, e la vista chiara del lago dalla finestra era semplicemente bella. We had a wonderful time in Azalea. The room is exactly as the advertised photos online. It’s very spacious with a good view. You can easily tell that the furnitures are new and of good quality. It’s complete with everything you need from a hotel. The best thing about Azalea is also their cleanliness both in our room and lobby area. It even smells good. I have no complaints about it. Hot shower was also easy to adjust. best hotel with good value for money. Their massage area is also affordable compared to the prices outside. Their sauna and jacuzzi area are clean and spacious. On top of this, the breakfast was really good. Pho and rice yoghurt was amazing and there were a lot of choices to choose from. The highlight of our stay was the friendly staff at the reception area (both the girl and boy). We arrived around 7am, way too early before our checkin but they immediately assisted us, allowed us to stay in the massage area and even offered us towels to have a quick shower. They were very efficient and welcoming.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed the experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful from check-in to check-out. Breakfast every morning was delicious with a good variety of options, and we really enjoyed starting our day there. The view from the hotel was also beautiful and made our stay even more relaxing. We were especially grateful for the kind surprise of a complimentary one-night upgrade from our Superior Room to a Suite Room. It was a lovely gesture and made our stay feel even more special. Thank you for the excellent hospitality and memorable experience. We would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.
