Hotel con parcheggio a Città del Messico

Un problema come tutti i Holidayyinn, è che la gestione dell'hotel ha un grande spazio di miglioramento.Quando la stanza è pulita ogni giorno, ci saranno anche molte volte e continuamente chiacchiere sulla porta per chiedere se c'è una stanza pulita. Questo è molto cattivo per la gestione. La posizione di questo hotel è in un luogo più prospero nel centro della città, il traffico è molto conveniente e il viaggio quotidiano è conveniente.Il pranzo è più sicuro intorno.

Molto buon posto per ospitare; pulito, ordinato, comodo, facile accesso e con personale molto gentile, certamente tornerò. :)

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a good experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U.S. Embassy, so it felt very safe even though there were some peaceful demonstrations happening nearby related to rent increases and the current situation in Mexico. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it did feel a bit old and outdated. The bathroom floor had some cracks, which wasn’t a big issue but worth mentioning. It could definitely use some renovation in the future. On the bright side, the breakfast was really nice. Good variety, fresh options, and great service. If you care about being in a central, secure area with decent amenities, this hotel is a solid choice—just don’t expect a modern, freshly renovated space.

L'hotel era buono in generale. La stanza era pulita e organizzata, pulita, senza problemi. La doccia era bella e calda, comoda letto e una cassaforte, tutto bene. Tuttavia, nessun minibar o frigo, che forse è un po 'sottomarino per un hotel 4 stelle, ma era buono per me. La posizione era buona, relativamente vicino al centro della città e con diverse opzioni di trasporto pubblico vicino. (Anche se ho trovato il trasporto pubblico molto confuso in Città del Messico) L'unica domanda che ho fatto era che ho prenotato inizialmente attraverso un altro agente e quando sono arrivato all'hotel mi ha informato che la prenotazione era stata cancellata lo stesso giorno che l'ho prenotato, e non mi offrirebbero la stanza o il prezzo corrispondente alla prenotazione originale, Perciò, la seconda prenotazione era di circa 8 euro più costosa, non molto, ma irritante, ma ho contattato l'altra agenzia e mi ha informato che era dovuto a un fallimento della conferma che si stava per passare alla fine, quindi non la colpa dell'hotel.

Prezzo accettabile per la stanza.Il personale è amichevole e utile. Suggerire di aggiungere caldaia elettrica per ogni camera. Meglio mantenere il prezzo della stanza stabile nei giorni di settimana e nei fine settimana.

Bello hotel in una grande posizione in Città del Messico. Apprezzo il colazione complementare. Tutti i giorni puliti asciugamani. Solo in basso è che le pareti sono un po' sottili, può essere consigliabile portare le pendenti come si può sentire i vostri vicini

Ho finito di pagare in anticipo con l'app, ma ho detto che non potevo confermarlo, quindi gli ho chiesto di pagare di nuovo, quindi ha anche confermato il numero di prenotazione memorizzato sul suo telefono cellulare e il contenuto del pagamento, ma ha detto che non lo sapeva. Dopo un lungo periodo, non mi scusai per confermare che fosse un'app trip.com, ma la stanza era anche rotta. È stata presto sostituita di nuovo. La stanza era pulita e le strutture erano buone, ma la condizione non era buona, quindi ho messo la temperatura del condizionatore d’aria in piedi e sono andato a letto, ma qualcuno ha forzato la stanza a metà della notte. Gli intrusi erano del personale e dissero di venire a controllare perché la temperatura era strana. Ma so che il cliente è nella stanza, ma ero molto imbarazzato e spaventato perché sono entrato senza chiamare o colpire. Il personale era amichevole, ma non c'era alcuna considerazione per gli ospiti. Hotel che non voglio andare di nuovo due volte. In Asia sudorientale, il servizio era inferiore a 30.000 vincitori.

I checked in 2-3 days late due to emergency and they said all 4 nights bookings were cancelled, even I still have two more nights to stay. They refused to refund as well, so I just paid for an half day stay cause I was supposed to have a flight at night and they charged almost full, receptionist was never kind to tell me that difference is just little for an overnight stay. So decided to stay overnight cause I re-scheduled my flight the next day, cause I had a meeting and I won’t catch my flight, then when I returned back to the hotel, bought a water they asked for the room number and new receptionist told me that I should have checked out cause there’s a note that I can only stay until 6 or 7PM, I checked in at 2PM, lol. Paid almost 70USD for that, then I told them to extend until next day at 2:00PM, then they charged me for another almost 80USD. No consideration at all, will definitely ask the booking app to ask for the 4 nights stay refund that was unused that they refused to refund, they said it’s no show already even I showed up on the 3rd day. Lol. Kinda scam tactic. And I hate it. I just let it go.

We loved staying here although we did have a few hiccups. We arrived before check-in but we could leave our luggage at the hotel which was a relief. Unfortunately we lost our luggage ticket while out, but the front desk employee Grecia made it seem as if it were a huge problem and that we would not be able to retrieve our luggage at all. She did not reassure us even after we expressed confusion and concern. However once we had already gotten very stressed about this, another employee simply asked for our identification and quickly resolved the problem (which was their standard protocol). The stress was avoidable. When we arrived to the room we had to call to request robes and slippers, and there was only one water bottle even though we were two guests. In the bathroom, there is only one hook for the towels, which was inconvenient. The shower also leaked water all over the bathroom which is an architectural problem and can’t really be helped but was annoying as the bathroom floor was wet. The lighting in the room was also very dim, but that might just be a personal preference. Multiple times when requesting towels or water from room service, we had to call several times to remind them of our needs (we even once went personally to remind them at the front desk after 3 times of calling). On our last day we were eager to enjoy one final breakfast, which is listed as being from 6am-11am. However the food was not set up until 6:20-30, so we had to rush to eat before checking out to make it in time for our flight. Also at breakfast there is no self service tea or water station, and although the staff are attentive, it’s too much for them to be able to meet everyone’s needs at rush hour breakfast. However despite all of this we are left with a great memory of staying here. The food at breakfast was delicious, and most of the staff were very kind despite the delays in service. The location is convenient and the room was comfortable. I do not regret staying here although for ~300 USD a night I might expect a little bit more attention to detail.

È un hotel abbastanza confortevole. Il personale è cordiale e attento. Hanno risposto rapidamente ai miei messaggi. La posizione è buona. Solo la doccia è un po' piccola. Una persona di corporatura robusta potrebbe sentirsi a disagio mentre si fa la doccia.
