Hotel con parcheggio a Distretto di Abuta

The location is far away from the lake ( fireworks) main area. You need your own car for accessibility. Parking is free on site. Smaller establishment as compared to the main hotel accomodation in the main area where main shops/ bakery/ restaurants are located. Amenities given are ample and neatly arranged in the wooden box. Onsen room is useful and good for private moments. Water pressure in the bathroom is great Dressing area with table and drawer is in an ideal layout. Aircon unit is good and working. Bedding and pillows need improvement. Ventilation in the toilet bowl area need to have better airflow so the humid and smell will remain in that little section. Breakfast staff need to be more attentive before serving breakfast set to guests as they missed out one sashimi dish and had to be alerted when we cross checked with each other. Staff had to give a puzzled expression and it was totally unnecessary as the rest of us took the Japanese set as well and we can see what is missing if it's missing. They replaced the missing item after deliberating with their kitchen or back end. And with the new accommodation fees and taxes or onsen fees implemented on non-resident of Japan. We feel that it should be informed during check in time. And not during check out time and spring us with surprise as we have a schedule to work on and we are in a hurry. It felt very unpleasant and due to limited language efficiency had to even check with another friend who is a Japanese . And has to be clarified why there are three charges . This causes unnecessary stress, inconvenience and unpleasantness for visitors who expect a certain standard based on the reviews posted by other users. Unfortunately, the situations in the restaurant, check out and experience on the final day ruined the stay.

Si tratta di un viaggio in famiglia per due adulti e due bambini. Abbiamo soggiornato in hotel per 7 notti, colazione e cena incluse. Nella prenotazione è chiaro che avremmo avuto bambini, eppure Trip.com/hotel ci ha addebitato i pasti per 4 adulti per l'intero soggiorno. Abbiamo finito per pagare MOLTO di più e sprecare MOLTO cibo perché i bambini non sono riusciti a finire il menù fisso. Eppure l'hotel si è rifiutato di modificare/rimborsare. Questo è stato un grave errore commesso da Trip.com/hotel. L'hotel ha fornito un servizio navetta per la stazione sciistica. È positivo che ci fosse un servizio navetta anticipato intorno alle 8:15, MA il servizio navetta di ritorno era troppo presto (16:00) per qualsiasi sciatore esperto. L'hotel dovrebbe offrire più opzioni. Non c'era una palestra in hotel ed era difficile fare un po' di esercizio fisico completo. L'onsen era bello, pulito e ordinato. L'onsen pubblico non è stato molto utilizzato, quindi alla fine è stato trasformato in un grande onsen privato per noi. Ci piace la cucina tradizionale giapponese, ma siamo rimasti molto delusi dal fatto che lo chef abbia apportato poche modifiche al menu durante il nostro soggiorno di 7 notti. Abbiamo trascorso più o meno lo stesso numero di notti altrove a Niseko e il menu era decisamente migliore. Il personale in generale è stato molto disponibile e cordiale, e alcuni di loro parlavano inglese e cinese. L'hotel era a corto di personale, a mio parere. Li vedevo correre in giro per l'hotel. Il deposito per l'attrezzatura da sci avrebbe potuto essere dotato di un sistema migliore per asciugare scarponi e guanti. Il servizio navetta era disponibile solo per Niseko, ma non per la stazione di Kutchan, che comunque non era troppo lontana. La camera era pulita e ben tenuta. Anche la posizione dell'hotel era ottima. È a 10 minuti dalla stazione di Niseko e a 5 minuti dalla pista da sci di Annupuri.

Se vi piacciono gli hotel costosi e sovraffollati con scarso servizio personalizzato, siete nel posto giusto! Pagate un supplemento per fare il check-in da soli e scansionare i vostri passaporti in autonomia! L'unico aspetto positivo di questo hotel sono le camere: una vista mozzafiato sul lago Toya! Si può anche ammirare il monte Yotei in lontananza, così come la splendida isola di Nakajima al centro del lago. Le camere sono spaziose e si possono ammirare i fuochi d'artificio serali comodamente dal balcone. Sia la colazione che la cena a buffet vengono servite nell'ampio ristorante Le Vent, dove la scelta è piuttosto vasta ma, a mio parere, un po' deludente. Ho forse dimenticato di menzionare la penale di 11.000 yen (avete capito bene) per la chiave magnetica smarrita? Per me è un 7 su 5 e, se dovessi soggiornare di nuovo sul lago Toya, cercherei delle alternative.

Il servizio dell'hotel e le strutture sono standard di Hilton. La vista sulla montagna è solo mesmerizzante. La posizione è molto privata e tranquilla. Ci siamo rimasti lì durante la stagione esterna, quindi l'ascensore è stato chiuso. Tuttavia, si può ancora camminare intorno al monte Yotei che è un'esperienza piuttosto.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso al Niseko Grand Hotel! Io e la mia amica ci siamo davvero godute il nostro tempo lì. Uno dei punti forti è stato sicuramente il centro termale privato dell'hotel: assolutamente fantastico. Ci sono aree separate per sole donne e aree miste, il che è stato un'ottima opzione. Il personale è stato incredibilmente gentile e sempre pronto ad aiutarci per qualsiasi necessità. La loro ospitalità ci ha fatto sentire davvero benvenute. In effetti, soggiornare qui è stato più come essere in una residenza di campagna che in un hotel: caldo, tranquillo e accogliente, proprio come a casa. Ci torneremmo sicuramente se dovessimo tornare a Niseko, e speriamo di farlo! Abbiamo alloggiato in una camera in stile tradizionale giapponese, il che ha reso l'esperienza ancora più speciale. Ci sono stati forniti anche yukata e yuami (costume da bagno). L'hotel offre anche un servizio navetta gratuito per le piste da sci, che ci ha permesso di goderci la montagna in tutta comodità. Il giorno della partenza, l'autista dell'hotel ci ha gentilmente accompagnate alla stazione ferroviaria più vicina. Un altro punto forte è stato il ristorante dell'hotel. La colazione era inclusa nel nostro soggiorno e abbiamo anche cenato lì diverse volte. Ogni piatto che abbiamo assaggiato era delizioso e preparato con cura. Il buffet offriva un'ampia varietà di piatti sia asiatici che occidentali, e la scelta era davvero notevole sia per la colazione che per la cena. Abbiamo provato anche un paio di altri ristoranti a Niseko, ma eravamo entrambi d'accordo sul fatto che il ristorante dell'hotel fosse di gran lunga il migliore. Consigliamo vivamente questo posto!

Overall a Great Stay, Though Service Left Room for Improvement. We recently completed a 3-day, 2-night stay at this hotel, booking a package that included both breakfast and dinner—which I highly recommend. While many local guests opt for day trips or single-night stays, staying two nights allowed us to fully enjoy the experience. Property & Amenities: The property is a traditional, slightly dated onsen hotel in terms of room amenities, but the public areas are well-maintained and clean. The location is also extremely convenient. Service Experience: Most of the staff—including the male receptionists, buffet team, and bar staff—were wonderfully welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately, our interaction with one front desk staff member, Ms. Morikawa, was disappointing. Although she understands English, her attitude towards us was noticeably cold and distant. Having traveled extensively throughout Japan and internationally, the contrast in hospitality was clear, particularly when we observed her interacting warmly with Japanese guests right after being dismissive with us. We felt compelled to bring this matter to the attention of the Front Desk Manager. While we rarely feel the need to raise service concerns in Japan, we felt it was important to share our experience regarding being treated differently as foreign guests. Aside from this incident, we enjoyed our time and appreciated the efforts of the rest of the team.

We had a great stay in Toya! The hotel is conveniently located near both the bus station and the train station, which made traveling very easy. The location is definitely one of its best features. The staff were very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Just a heads up — there is no private bath in the room, so be prepared to use the public bath/onsen. But honestly, the onsen was very good and relaxing, so it was a great experience. Getting a taxi early in the morning (before 7 AM) can be quite difficult in Toya, so it’s better to arrange your taxi the night before. A taxi from the station to the hotel costs around 2,000–3,000 yen. Overall, a comfortable, relaxing, and convenient place to stay!

We got a Japanese room and this was clean. It's an older ”luxury” hotel that is showing it's age with wear on carpets, walls and bathroom. Hotel would add lots value just replacing hallway carpets. It's selling point is the waterfront view of fireworks and the rooftop onsen which provided a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. We stayed during foggy weather, and the view from the natural mineral water filled onsen was magical. Despite all the guests, Onsen was always empty when visited so nice unlike other hotels on this trip. Breakfast buffet quality was ok, and built for masses. Bus stop is right in front of hotel but buses run infrequently to jr station or to crater. Overall good memorable stay.

Review: 5-Night Stay at One Niseko Hotel, Japan We recently stayed five nights at One Niseko and overall enjoyed our stay, but there are some important things future guests — especially skiers — should know. The rooms were spacious, generally clean, and had very comfortable beds and linens. A few small maintenance issues could use attention, but nothing that seriously affected our stay. Breakfast was decent but fairly repetitive, with mostly the same offerings each day aside from a few rotating dishes. Transportation logistics are probably the biggest consideration. The hotel only offers one daily pickup from the Grand Hirafu bus terminal, and it requires advance reservation. The hotel shuttle itself runs only to Annupuri and Moiwa and does so infrequently, often not aligning well with lift closing times. If the upper mountain lifts close early 3:30pm if they open at all  and may unexpectedly close due to wind or snow.Yyou can easily end up far from the hotel in this situation. Without the shuttle, taxis are limited and cost around $30 USD, or you may face a crowded 1.5-hour bus ride — skis included. The hotel is also quite far from Grand Hirafu, and there aren’t many restaurants within walking distance. We even walked back from Moiwa one day in the rain because the shuttle wouldn’t return for another hour — not ideal after skiing. On the positive side, ski rental prices at the hotel were actually better than many shops in the surrounding area. The hotel restaurant is flexible too — if it’s not full, you can usually walk in without a reservation. The onsen itself is nice, but etiquette enforcement could improve. Some guests were not following standard onsen rules and wearing underwear in the baths, which created an awkward atmosphere (I felt like an exhibitionist!). Management may want to either enforce rules more clearly or consider alternative policies to maintain guest comfort (allow swimsuits). Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but unless you have a rental car, I would strongly recommend considering accommodation in Niseko Village or closer to the lifts for convenience. One Niseko is comfortable but somewhat isolated, and transportation can become challenging quickly depending on weather and lift operations.
