Hotel con balcone a Distretto di Abuta

This was my first stay at Sanu Niseko. Although it was a short one night stay, I was very happy with the experience. The property was extremely well designed, amenitized, and fitted out. Although the space was not very big, it was right sized and very comfortable. The various appliances and equipment (sound, video projector) were great touches and set up the visitor for a full experience. This was not just a hotel or villa property, but a getaway resort experience, or glamping plus plus. Everything worked, and was designed and placed logically. The sauna arrangement was perfect, and the skylights a delightful addition. I look forward to returning with my family.

The location is far away from the lake ( fireworks) main area. You need your own car for accessibility. Parking is free on site. Smaller establishment as compared to the main hotel accomodation in the main area where main shops/ bakery/ restaurants are located. Amenities given are ample and neatly arranged in the wooden box. Onsen room is useful and good for private moments. Water pressure in the bathroom is great Dressing area with table and drawer is in an ideal layout. Aircon unit is good and working. Bedding and pillows need improvement. Ventilation in the toilet bowl area need to have better airflow so the humid and smell will remain in that little section. Breakfast staff need to be more attentive before serving breakfast set to guests as they missed out one sashimi dish and had to be alerted when we cross checked with each other. Staff had to give a puzzled expression and it was totally unnecessary as the rest of us took the Japanese set as well and we can see what is missing if it's missing. They replaced the missing item after deliberating with their kitchen or back end. And with the new accommodation fees and taxes or onsen fees implemented on non-resident of Japan. We feel that it should be informed during check in time. And not during check out time and spring us with surprise as we have a schedule to work on and we are in a hurry. It felt very unpleasant and due to limited language efficiency had to even check with another friend who is a Japanese . And has to be clarified why there are three charges . This causes unnecessary stress, inconvenience and unpleasantness for visitors who expect a certain standard based on the reviews posted by other users. Unfortunately, the situations in the restaurant, check out and experience on the final day ruined the stay.

Molto conveniente se si prevede di fare uno sci in Niseko, un grande menu da pranzo e una sala fantastica con un posto in fiamme e vino complementare. Il colazione è stile giapponese senza alternative, il personale è bello ma chiamare un taxi è missione impossibile e tutti sono abbastanza dismissibili con gli ospiti, come non c'è un taxi e che’ non è il nostro problema, In un hotel così costoso dovrebbe essere il vostro problema, che si goda o no.

L'appartamento è molto confortevole e pulito, con una vista fantastica e una posizione fantastica.L'appartamento ha una cucina ben attrezzata, con spazio per rilassarsi con amici nelle nostre notti. Il personale della reception è stato molto utile e amichevole e la vicinanza a Yama Sports è stata molto conveniente.

a great hotel to stay in for its price point. everything was clean except for the bugs that fell out from the blinds near the tub. the view from the room and the hotel entrance was amazing, but we could not really see the fireworks from our room and the hotel is located in a secluded area, so it would be quite hard to access if you are not driving. service was quite average, nothing outstanding. please note that there is no lift in this hotel, but there are really only 2 levels. we also could not wear our shoes around the common areas of the hotel, which we were not accustomed to. wifi was quite spotty as well. nonetheless, we had a good sleep as the beds and room was spacious and comfortable.

We got a Japanese room and this was clean. It's an older ”luxury” hotel that is showing it's age with wear on carpets, walls and bathroom. Hotel would add lots value just replacing hallway carpets. It's selling point is the waterfront view of fireworks and the rooftop onsen which provided a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. We stayed during foggy weather, and the view from the natural mineral water filled onsen was magical. Despite all the guests, Onsen was always empty when visited so nice unlike other hotels on this trip. Breakfast buffet quality was ok, and built for masses. Bus stop is right in front of hotel but buses run infrequently to jr station or to crater. Overall good memorable stay.

Questo hotel è stato assolutamente fantastico!! Tutto il personale è stato incredibilmente gentile, salutandomi ogni volta che entravo o uscivo dall'hotel. Ho rischiato di non riuscire a fare il check-in per un errore: non avevo selezionato il numero corretto di ospiti, ma l'hotel è stato molto disponibile e ha risolto il problema. Sono stati gentilissimi e grati! La camera si affaccia sul Monte Yotei, offrendo una vista mozzafiato! La posizione è eccellente! C'è una sorgente termale al piano B1, e non era affollata. Anche i prodotti da bagno erano ottimi! Ci tornerò sicuramente la prossima volta che sarò al Lago Toya.

Hinzan è stato fantastico per le nostre vacanze sciistiche a Niseko! La posizione è super centrale, ma hanno anche una navetta che può portarti agli ascensori e intorno a Hirafu, quindi non devi andare con le tue attrezzature. La sala da sci e la sala da bagno con riscaldatori per le scarpe erano molto comodi. Il tempo di servizio frontale era limitato, ma era molto flessibile organizzare che il personale si ritardasse/arriva presto per il check-in e check-out. Tutto il personale era sorprendente, andando fuori dal loro modo per assicurarsi che abbiamo un buon soggiorno! Sarebbe sicuramente rimasto qui!

Review: 5-Night Stay at One Niseko Hotel, Japan We recently stayed five nights at One Niseko and overall enjoyed our stay, but there are some important things future guests — especially skiers — should know. The rooms were spacious, generally clean, and had very comfortable beds and linens. A few small maintenance issues could use attention, but nothing that seriously affected our stay. Breakfast was decent but fairly repetitive, with mostly the same offerings each day aside from a few rotating dishes. Transportation logistics are probably the biggest consideration. The hotel only offers one daily pickup from the Grand Hirafu bus terminal, and it requires advance reservation. The hotel shuttle itself runs only to Annupuri and Moiwa and does so infrequently, often not aligning well with lift closing times. If the upper mountain lifts close early 3:30pm if they open at all  and may unexpectedly close due to wind or snow.Yyou can easily end up far from the hotel in this situation. Without the shuttle, taxis are limited and cost around $30 USD, or you may face a crowded 1.5-hour bus ride — skis included. The hotel is also quite far from Grand Hirafu, and there aren’t many restaurants within walking distance. We even walked back from Moiwa one day in the rain because the shuttle wouldn’t return for another hour — not ideal after skiing. On the positive side, ski rental prices at the hotel were actually better than many shops in the surrounding area. The hotel restaurant is flexible too — if it’s not full, you can usually walk in without a reservation. The onsen itself is nice, but etiquette enforcement could improve. Some guests were not following standard onsen rules and wearing underwear in the baths, which created an awkward atmosphere (I felt like an exhibitionist!). Management may want to either enforce rules more clearly or consider alternative policies to maintain guest comfort (allow swimsuits). Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but unless you have a rental car, I would strongly recommend considering accommodation in Niseko Village or closer to the lifts for convenience. One Niseko is comfortable but somewhat isolated, and transportation can become challenging quickly depending on weather and lift operations.
