Hotel con balcone a Distretto di Abuta

This was my first stay at Sanu Niseko. Although it was a short one night stay, I was very happy with the experience. The property was extremely well designed, amenitized, and fitted out. Although the space was not very big, it was right sized and very comfortable. The various appliances and equipment (sound, video projector) were great touches and set up the visitor for a full experience. This was not just a hotel or villa property, but a getaway resort experience, or glamping plus plus. Everything worked, and was designed and placed logically. The sauna arrangement was perfect, and the skylights a delightful addition. I look forward to returning with my family.

Il nostro secondo giorno rimane qui. Il servizio è ancora eccellente. Il personale dell'ufficio di fronte Ponny è entrato anche alle 6:30 per condurci alla stazione ferroviaria, perché temeva che non ci fossero taxi disponibili che prima da quando è iniziato la Settimana d'oro. In generale, il Niseko è ancora un posto invernale!

The location is far away from the lake ( fireworks) main area. You need your own car for accessibility. Parking is free on site. Smaller establishment as compared to the main hotel accomodation in the main area where main shops/ bakery/ restaurants are located. Amenities given are ample and neatly arranged in the wooden box. Onsen room is useful and good for private moments. Water pressure in the bathroom is great Dressing area with table and drawer is in an ideal layout. Aircon unit is good and working. Bedding and pillows need improvement. Ventilation in the toilet bowl area need to have better airflow so the humid and smell will remain in that little section. Breakfast staff need to be more attentive before serving breakfast set to guests as they missed out one sashimi dish and had to be alerted when we cross checked with each other. Staff had to give a puzzled expression and it was totally unnecessary as the rest of us took the Japanese set as well and we can see what is missing if it's missing. They replaced the missing item after deliberating with their kitchen or back end. And with the new accommodation fees and taxes or onsen fees implemented on non-resident of Japan. We feel that it should be informed during check in time. And not during check out time and spring us with surprise as we have a schedule to work on and we are in a hurry. It felt very unpleasant and due to limited language efficiency had to even check with another friend who is a Japanese . And has to be clarified why there are three charges . This causes unnecessary stress, inconvenience and unpleasantness for visitors who expect a certain standard based on the reviews posted by other users. Unfortunately, the situations in the restaurant, check out and experience on the final day ruined the stay.

Very convenient if you are planning to do some skiing in Niseko, great dinner menu and amazing lounge with a fireplace and complementary wine. Breakfast is Japanese style with no alternatives, the staff is nice but calling a taxi is mission impossible and everyone is quite dismissive with the guests, like there is no taxi and that’s not our problem, in a hotel this expensive it should be your problem whether you like it or not.

Purtroppo il ristorante dell'hotel richiede prenotazioni ma senza preavviso. Il ristorante è occupato solo da 3 tavoli. Non capire perché il ristorante dell'hotel non permette agli ospiti di usare. Non ci sono molte opzioni alimentari intorno alla proprietà. Finire a camminare al negozio di comodità per il cibo. Rimanere in un hotel molto bello e mangiare sandwich freddi non mi aspettavo.

L'appartamento è molto confortevole e pulito, con una vista fantastica e una posizione fantastica.L'appartamento ha una cucina ben attrezzata, con spazio per rilassarsi con amici nelle nostre notti. Il personale della reception è stato molto utile e amichevole e la vicinanza a Yama Sports è stata molto conveniente.

Un ambiente fantastico proprio davanti a un ristorante sciistico con vista stupenda. Buon parcheggio per gli ospiti. E'stato solo che sta nevendo e la vista è come un paradiso. Le camere sono al piano 1 sopra, chiedere aiuto dal personale utile per aiutarvi. Tutti i membri del personale sono amichevoli, carini e bellissimi. Cerca di offrire cibo giapponese come ci aspettavamo, per colazione e cena. Il caffè è bellissimo, ha bisogno di più esposizione commerciale.

Hinzan è stato fantastico per le nostre vacanze sciistiche a Niseko! La posizione è super centrale, ma hanno anche una navetta che può portarti agli ascensori e intorno a Hirafu, quindi non devi andare con le tue attrezzature. La sala da sci e la sala da bagno con riscaldatori per le scarpe erano molto comodi. Il tempo di servizio frontale era limitato, ma era molto flessibile organizzare che il personale si ritardasse/arriva presto per il check-in e check-out. Tutto il personale era sorprendente, andando fuori dal loro modo per assicurarsi che abbiamo un buon soggiorno! Sarebbe sicuramente rimasto qui!

”Questa era una casa di vista sull'oceano che abbiamo affittato per un giorno per visitare Chikyu Misaki (Cape Chikyu) e il lago Toya prima di andare a Sapporo e Otaru con un gruppo di otto persone.Come si aspettava, la vista sull'oceano era sorprendente, Ci sono stati molti posti per dormire, e tutte le strutture erano ben attrezzate. Tutti pensavano che fosse una vera vergogna che potremmo rimanere solo per un giorno. Offre grande valore per il prezzo. Nota: non ci sono molti ristoranti vicino, e la maggior parte di essi si chiude circa 7–8 PM, quindi ricordatelo.”
