Hotel romantici a Distretto di Abuta

"The place was very good overall. Service was great, free shuttle to Niseko everyday, nice onsen, good facilities outside the room. There's a convenience shop next door and also a large supermarket. The only issue was that the curtain in the cabin has an open space above it so it's quite bright when you want to sleep. Also I had bad luck to have a noisy neighbor for a couple of days."

"Overall a Great Stay, Though Service Left Room for Improvement. We recently completed a 3-day, 2-night stay at this hotel, booking a package that included both breakfast and dinner—which I highly recommend. While many local guests opt for day trips or single-night stays, staying two nights allowed us to fully enjoy the experience. Property & Amenities: The property is a traditional, slightly dated onsen hotel in terms of room amenities, but the public areas are well-maintained and clean. The location is also extremely convenient. Service Experience: Most of the staff—including the male receptionists, buffet team, and bar staff—were wonderfully welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately, our interaction with one front desk staff member, Ms. Morikawa, was disappointing. Although she understands English, her attitude towards us was noticeably cold and distant. Having traveled extensively throughout Japan and internationally, the contrast in hospitality was clear, particularly when we observed her interacting warmly with Japanese guests right after being dismissive with us. We felt compelled to bring this matter to the attention of the Front Desk Manager. While we rarely feel the need to raise service concerns in Japan, we felt it was important to share our experience regarding being treated differently as foreign guests. Aside from this incident, we enjoyed our time and appreciated the efforts of the rest of the team."

"Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno meraviglioso nella vostra proprietà a Niseko. Tutto superava le nostre aspettative. L'alloggio era molto pulito, comodo e bellamente mantenuto. Apprezziamo in particolare i complimenti e i rinfrescamenti che ci sono stati preparati, che ci hanno fatto sentire molto benvenuti. Grazie per l'eccellente ospite, e vorremmo assolutamente restare qui in futuro."

"a great hotel to stay in for its price point. everything was clean except for the bugs that fell out from the blinds near the tub. the view from the room and the hotel entrance was amazing, but we could not really see the fireworks from our room and the hotel is located in a secluded area, so it would be quite hard to access if you are not driving. service was quite average, nothing outstanding. please note that there is no lift in this hotel, but there are really only 2 levels. we also could not wear our shoes around the common areas of the hotel, which we were not accustomed to. wifi was quite spotty as well. nonetheless, we had a good sleep as the beds and room was spacious and comfortable."
