Stavo qui per 2 notti, l'esperienza era quasi perfetta. Servizio e cibo erano fantastici. Lo consiglierei molto ai miei amici e alla mia famiglia e tornare. Pros: - Alimento, servizio non era altro che eccezionale. Da quando entrate, siete trattati come vogliono voi lì. - L'hotel offre una camion a shuttle gratuito per i pompieri del lago Toya che si verifica ogni giorno. Lavora bene per coloro che non guidano. - Salone, mini-arcade disponibili per gli ospiti al secondo piano. - Il hotel dispone di 22 camere, il punto di vendita è piccolo, perché l'attenzione agli ospiti può essere mantenuta alti. Coni: - Le opzioni di mangiare erano simili in entrambi i giorni, anche se la cucina ha cercato di variarle. Sarebbe bello se si potesse includere più varietà per gli ospiti che soggiornano ＞ 1 notte. - L'opzione TV intelligente non era disponibile. Se l'hotel potesse aggiornare la TV in una intelligente, sarebbe meglio l'esperienza in camera.

L'hotel è situato in cima a una collina, offre una vista molto bella. Tuttavia, la questione della sostanza e la sua opinione non sono state così impressionanti come si prevedeva. Se si intende cenare fuori dall'hotel, si prega di notare che si dovrà guidare verso il basso, che richiede circa 30 minuti per raggiungere i ristoranti più vicini.

Per un hotel con strutture calde, è stato sorprendente che non fosse stato fornito un cestino per portare i prodotti al bagno, e c'era una chiara carenza di asciugamani nella stanza. L'esperienza generale, considerata l'elevato marchio di prezzo, non si è sentita proporzionale a quello che abbiamo pagato. Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno meraviglioso nella vostra proprietà a Niseko. Tutto superava le nostre aspettative. L'alloggio era molto pulito, comodo e bellamente mantenuto. Apprezziamo in particolare i complimenti e i rinfrescamenti che ci sono stati preparati, che ci hanno fatto sentire molto benvenuti. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso al Niseko Grand Hotel! Io e la mia amica ci siamo davvero godute il nostro tempo lì. Uno dei punti forti è stato sicuramente il centro termale privato dell'hotel: assolutamente fantastico. Ci sono aree separate per sole donne e aree miste, il che è stato un'ottima opzione. Il personale è stato incredibilmente gentile e sempre pronto ad aiutarci per qualsiasi necessità. La loro ospitalità ci ha fatto sentire davvero benvenute. In effetti, soggiornare qui è stato più come essere in una residenza di campagna che in un hotel: caldo, tranquillo e accogliente, proprio come a casa. Ci torneremmo sicuramente se dovessimo tornare a Niseko, e speriamo di farlo! Abbiamo alloggiato in una camera in stile tradizionale giapponese, il che ha reso l'esperienza ancora più speciale. Ci sono stati forniti anche yukata e yuami (costume da bagno). L'hotel offre anche un servizio navetta gratuito per le piste da sci, che ci ha permesso di goderci la montagna in tutta comodità. Il giorno della partenza, l'autista dell'hotel ci ha gentilmente accompagnate alla stazione ferroviaria più vicina. Un altro punto forte è stato il ristorante dell'hotel. La colazione era inclusa nel nostro soggiorno e abbiamo anche cenato lì diverse volte. Ogni piatto che abbiamo assaggiato era delizioso e preparato con cura. Il buffet offriva un'ampia varietà di piatti sia asiatici che occidentali, e la scelta era davvero notevole sia per la colazione che per la cena. Abbiamo provato anche un paio di altri ristoranti a Niseko, ma eravamo entrambi d'accordo sul fatto che il ristorante dell'hotel fosse di gran lunga il migliore. Consigliamo vivamente questo posto!

L'hotel dispone di una posizione meravigliosa e una vista perfetta. C'è un buon caffè con vista sul lago e collegamento diretto all'esterno. La ricezione mi ha dato una camera di sopra piano che permette una bella vista ai pompieri. Purtroppo, l'agente di servizio di fronte, Nanami Tori, mi ha detto di immagazzinare il mio bagaglio ”sulla terra” dopo avermi lasciato.

Trip.com has always been my go to for travel bookings. Similarly this time to Niseko, decided to extend for an additional week and MyEcolodge came up in the search. I have to mention the checkin was seamless, but what I thought i booked, vastly differ from what was allocated for me. I thought what i booked was a room to myself however it turns out as a shared room. Its not a big deal but the feeling of misinterpretation leaves an awful taste. (Trip.com CS stepped in and helped to clarify things but theres nothing that could be done. peak season, and everywhere else is fully booked or without paying a premium) That said, the stay was good. MyEcolodge sits in a very convenient location just couple stops from Hirafu. Theres various buses including free shutters so thats really an ease off the mind) 7eleven, a small cafe, hotpot/shabushabu restaurant just sits across from you. The hostel also has their own cafeteria though ive never eaten there (food looks good though). They have a huge storage room for your gears, pretty safe so no worries. pantry, laundry room, washroom are pretty spacious and kept tidy. The room itself is fine, nothing to wow about. nothing to complain either. Towels are free and clean. Everything else you need to pay. Overall good stay. Pray hard you get nice room mates if youre sharing!

I loved how this hotel is surrounded by nature. However i found the toilet a bit small, but its ok. The view of the lakeside room is so pretty, we could see the lake and watch the fireworks at night. The staff could speak English and are welcoming. If you need a hairdryer, you will have to request it from the front counter and they can bring it up to your room. We had breakfast n dinner included. there was a variety of food to eat and i enjoyed the food but it was nothing to write home about, maybe there are some better restaurants outsid

Review: 5-Night Stay at One Niseko Hotel, Japan We recently stayed five nights at One Niseko and overall enjoyed our stay, but there are some important things future guests — especially skiers — should know. The rooms were spacious, generally clean, and had very comfortable beds and linens. A few small maintenance issues could use attention, but nothing that seriously affected our stay. Breakfast was decent but fairly repetitive, with mostly the same offerings each day aside from a few rotating dishes. Transportation logistics are probably the biggest consideration. The hotel only offers one daily pickup from the Grand Hirafu bus terminal, and it requires advance reservation. The hotel shuttle itself runs only to Annupuri and Moiwa and does so infrequently, often not aligning well with lift closing times. If the upper mountain lifts close early 3:30pm if they open at all  and may unexpectedly close due to wind or snow.Yyou can easily end up far from the hotel in this situation. Without the shuttle, taxis are limited and cost around $30 USD, or you may face a crowded 1.5-hour bus ride — skis included. The hotel is also quite far from Grand Hirafu, and there aren’t many restaurants within walking distance. We even walked back from Moiwa one day in the rain because the shuttle wouldn’t return for another hour — not ideal after skiing. On the positive side, ski rental prices at the hotel were actually better than many shops in the surrounding area. The hotel restaurant is flexible too — if it’s not full, you can usually walk in without a reservation. The onsen itself is nice, but etiquette enforcement could improve. Some guests were not following standard onsen rules and wearing underwear in the baths, which created an awkward atmosphere (I felt like an exhibitionist!). Management may want to either enforce rules more clearly or consider alternative policies to maintain guest comfort (allow swimsuits). Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but unless you have a rental car, I would strongly recommend considering accommodation in Niseko Village or closer to the lifts for convenience. One Niseko is comfortable but somewhat isolated, and transportation can become challenging quickly depending on weather and lift operations.
