Hotel con colazione a Distretto di Abuta

The location is far away from the lake ( fireworks) main area. You need your own car for accessibility. Parking is free on site. Smaller establishment as compared to the main hotel accomodation in the main area where main shops/ bakery/ restaurants are located. Amenities given are ample and neatly arranged in the wooden box. Onsen room is useful and good for private moments. Water pressure in the bathroom is great Dressing area with table and drawer is in an ideal layout. Aircon unit is good and working. Bedding and pillows need improvement. Ventilation in the toilet bowl area need to have better airflow so the humid and smell will remain in that little section. Breakfast staff need to be more attentive before serving breakfast set to guests as they missed out one sashimi dish and had to be alerted when we cross checked with each other. Staff had to give a puzzled expression and it was totally unnecessary as the rest of us took the Japanese set as well and we can see what is missing if it's missing. They replaced the missing item after deliberating with their kitchen or back end. And with the new accommodation fees and taxes or onsen fees implemented on non-resident of Japan. We feel that it should be informed during check in time. And not during check out time and spring us with surprise as we have a schedule to work on and we are in a hurry. It felt very unpleasant and due to limited language efficiency had to even check with another friend who is a Japanese . And has to be clarified why there are three charges . This causes unnecessary stress, inconvenience and unpleasantness for visitors who expect a certain standard based on the reviews posted by other users. Unfortunately, the situations in the restaurant, check out and experience on the final day ruined the stay.

Best in class resort for design and hardware. Exceptional personal touch by managers and senior team. Terrific on-site dining options. Love the Italian, Chinese and Japanese restaurants. Ski in ski out. Beautiful indoor pool and jacuzzis. Equipped gym. Private onsens available in certain room types. Bit of a indoor bug infestation problem and general staff need more training, given hotel rate class. Otherwise the nearest to perfection stay in any ski resort anywhere in the world!

Tutto bene La camera è molto pulita, socializzante e molto gentile per i bambini, anche perché ci sono alcuni ristoranti, quindi anche il suo posto migliore per avere ataycation!

Ho avuto il piacere di rimanere all'Hotel Windsor, e devo dire che ha superato le mie aspettative in ogni modo. Dalla mia arrivo, il personale mi ha fatto sentire davvero benvenuto con il loro servizio caldo e attento. La stanza era ben mantenuta, pulita e concessa con pensiero, offrendo conforto e un senso di lusso tranquillo. Tutti i dettagli, non importa quanto piccolo, riflettevano un alto livello di cura. Quello che mi ha colpito più è l’esperienza generale, l’esperienza, il relax, e veramente piacevole. Non è solo sulle strutture, ma le persone e l’atmosfera che creano. In tutta onestà, ho soggiornato in molti hotel ben noti in tutto il mondo, ma il livello di servizio qui si presenta in modo unico. Windsor Hotel è sicuramente un posto che ritornerò di nuovo.

Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno in questo hotel e lo consiglierei assolutamente a chiunque visita il lago Toya. L'accento della stanza era certamente la stanza e la vista. La posizione è eccellente, con splendide viste sul lago Toya e la scena circostante. Svegliarsi verso la vista del lago e godere dell'atmosfera tranquilla è stata una esperienza memorabile. Una delle mie parti preferite dell'hotel è stata la sauna e il tetto. Prima di mattina, ho potuto godere della sauna e della primavera calda all'aperto, mentre guardavo il sole sopra il lago, con il monte Yotei visibile a distanza, una delle esperienze più rilassanti e memorabili di tutta la mia viaggia di Hokkaido. Non è spesso che si gode di una sauna, una primavera calda, e un risalto del sole spettacolare allo stesso tempo. Il servizio era anche molto buono, il personale era amichevole, professionale e benvenuto per tutta la mia permanenza. Il cibo era divertente con una vasta gamma di opzioni disponibili, gli ingredienti erano freschi e di buona qualità, e c'era qualcosa per tutti. Mentre non descrivo l’esperienza di mangiare come un lusso o un pranzo eccellente, la qualità complessiva era molto buona e mi sono soddisfatto di ogni pasto. In generale, questo hotel offre una ottima combinazione di posizione, vista, comfort, servizi caldi di primavera e servizio. Era uno dei punti di forza del mio viaggio a Hokkaido, e sarei felice di rimanere qui in futuro.

The service was top ! We are extremely satisfied with the Vale this hotel. The room was spacious and had a pleasant surprise with its large floor-to-ceiling windows offering a wide and high view that allowed us to enjoy a snowscape. The facilities in the room are also very comprehensive, including a kitchen, a washer, and a dryer, which we are very satisfied with. Patricia (sweet smiling lady) knew that there were three of us and prepared an extra third chair so that we could all sit together to eat.  Melanie and Liam provided impeccable service. Despite the booking only two nights at The Vale, and we needed to move to Rusutsu resort ( no available in the Vale for the rest of our holiday) they assisted us to deliver our 7 luggage’s to Rusutsu resort(that hotel service is very so so) This led us to The Rusutsu Resort hotel where our luggage was handled very well. Despite the extremely cold , Melanie and Liam were there to help us load our luggage onto the car, and Liam ensured that our belongings were safely delivered to the other Resort.  Honestly , the price in the Vale is value for money for this truly wonderful experience. Rusutsu Resort hotel is overpriced with the such quality service . Thank you again Patricia, Melanie and Liam

In generale - amo l'hotel! Situazione - è un'area sciistica in un resort sciistico, a soli 1 minuto a piedi dall'ufficio biglietto e affitto. Gli autobus sono anche disponibili per trasferirsi in altri resort. In generale, è una zona più tranquilla rispetto a Hirafu Servizi - Il personale era molto amichevole e attento, c'è un valet sci all'hotel, quindi rende le cose molto più facili per noi. Alberghi - c'è un negozio di catena al lobby, che serve anche come negozio di comodità. Poiché non c'è negozio di comodità intorno al villaggio di Niseko, il negozio viene in modo conveniente. Amore il centro di onsen, anche perfetto per incollare il giorno dopo lo sci Camera - camera dell'hotel è leggermente più piccola e indossata di quanto previsto, ma la vista fuori dalla stanza è sorprendente Avrei consigliato molto Hilton NV!

Il servizio è stato eccellente da check-in a check-out da parte del personale meraviglioso di Chatrium Niseko, che erano sempre qui se avessimo bisogno di qualcosa e aiutava a organizzare trasferimenti all'aeroporto e da e via taxi. Siamo stati a pochi minuti a piedi dall'ascensore di famiglia Ace, dove potremmo poi esplorare intorno a snowboard e utilizzare molte gondole e ascensori da lì. Molti camion alimentari e negozi di comodità sul ritorno all'hotel che era super conveniente. Arigato per una splendida esperienza!

Saen è così inaspettato che la stanza è grande all'hotel giapponese, e la piccola sala d'albergo offre anche un panino di mais. Una stanza può sentire due stili. Il caldo naturale dell'hotel è anche molto comodo. Il caldo della stanza non è stato usato. Dopo aver scivolato la neve e volato in caldo, è molto comodo.Puoi comprare il pannolino di hotel al primo piano, con un caldo e un caldo, molto efficace. Review: 5-Night Stay at One Niseko Hotel, Japan We recently stayed five nights at One Niseko and overall enjoyed our stay, but there are some important things future guests — especially skiers — should know. The rooms were spacious, generally clean, and had very comfortable beds and linens. A few small maintenance issues could use attention, but nothing that seriously affected our stay. Breakfast was decent but fairly repetitive, with mostly the same offerings each day aside from a few rotating dishes. Transportation logistics are probably the biggest consideration. The hotel only offers one daily pickup from the Grand Hirafu bus terminal, and it requires advance reservation. The hotel shuttle itself runs only to Annupuri and Moiwa and does so infrequently, often not aligning well with lift closing times. If the upper mountain lifts close early 3:30pm if they open at all  and may unexpectedly close due to wind or snow.Yyou can easily end up far from the hotel in this situation. Without the shuttle, taxis are limited and cost around $30 USD, or you may face a crowded 1.5-hour bus ride — skis included. The hotel is also quite far from Grand Hirafu, and there aren’t many restaurants within walking distance. We even walked back from Moiwa one day in the rain because the shuttle wouldn’t return for another hour — not ideal after skiing. On the positive side, ski rental prices at the hotel were actually better than many shops in the surrounding area. The hotel restaurant is flexible too — if it’s not full, you can usually walk in without a reservation. The onsen itself is nice, but etiquette enforcement could improve. Some guests were not following standard onsen rules and wearing underwear in the baths, which created an awkward atmosphere (I felt like an exhibitionist!). Management may want to either enforce rules more clearly or consider alternative policies to maintain guest comfort (allow swimsuits). Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but unless you have a rental car, I would strongly recommend considering accommodation in Niseko Village or closer to the lifts for convenience. One Niseko is comfortable but somewhat isolated, and transportation can become challenging quickly depending on weather and lift operations.
