WWan SuwanThe apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too.
The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay.
The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself.
Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open.
The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc.
In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

UUtente ospiteI was looking forward to this hotel after seeing the pictures and reviews on trip.com, but it left a lot to be desired.
-They don’t provide large towels by default. I assumed they forgot my towels, then when I asked they brought me a set but showed me the disposable ones that were sitting in the room. I couldn’t believe they offer the tiniest, thinnest packets and think that’s an acceptable replacement for normal towels. At this price point, that shouldn’t be a reality anywhere in the world— after countless dozens of hotels I’ve stayed at in China that’s the first time I’ve witnessed such a thing.
-They leave the toilet scrubber in the bathroom too, which I also never saw after countless hotels in China; clearly that’s an antiquated practice and doesn’t inspire confidence in the cleanliness of a room. Cleaning tools like that shouldn’t be stored in the guest rooms.
-The city view was okay but the window was filthy
-The room is no-smoking but they leave an ash tray
My booked room says the 20th floor— when I arrived, I lugged my heavy bags to the 20th floor, but they immediately redirected me; we went back down, exited the building to another one nearby, then they checked me into an old room on a 10th floor. I didn’t understand why they did this (that room reeked of smoke too), then we packed everything up and went right back to the original building, to the 20th floor like I booked. Clearly that could have been avoided if they communicated to me the reason for the switch (they said afterwards they were upgrading me to a bigger room? But it was nearly the same size and the 10th floor one was just older, smellier and clearly a downgrade. Odd decision on their part). I’m not sure if this hotel does the delivery robot like most others, I doubt it.
Luckily I came to town a day early, so the extra day I booked allowed me to see the condition of the hotel and I was able to cancel the rest of the stay I had booked— but for a fee of over 500rmb. The vast majority of Chinese hotels on this site offer free cancellations but this one was costly. I switched immediately to a brand hotel to be safe— there are countless other options in Xiamen at similar prices, I’d have to recommend looking elsewhere.

UUtente ospiteHo avuto un soggiorno eccezionale all'Hotel Mercure! Dalla mia arrivo, il servizio era impeccabile. Il personale si è alzato e si è allontanato per assicurarmi il mio comfort, offrendo raccomandazioni personalizzate e assistenza immediata quando necessario. La stanza era spaziosa, pulita e bellamente progettata con le moderne strutture che mi rendevano incredibilmente rilassante.
La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta, offrendo facile accesso alle attrazioni vicine. Il personale mi ha anche dato gentile coupons per colazione. Il colazione era delizioso e vario. Cambiano il menu ogni giorno e forniscono le specialità di Xiamen.
In generale, la mia esperienza non era incompleta, e certamente tornerò nel mio prossimo viaggio a Xiamen. Molto consigliato!!!

GGMM’s diaryThe location is very nice not far from the airport and the subway with good price. The staffs are so lovely and kind. The room is clean and good. Breakfast is quite small choice but it’s not bad. It has a laundry room for free. You can keep your luggage and get them back. The bathroom is clean too. Overall I recommend this hotel.

Il Millennium Harbourview è una scelta fantastica per un soggiorno a Xiamen. Il suo punto di vendita più grande è certamente la posizione; amavamo poter camminare nelle vicinanze delle aree commerciali e dei ristoranti senza alcuna difficoltà. Il servizio era anche di prima classe, il personale era attento, gentile, e ci ha fatto sentire molto benvenuti.

位置真的太方便，樓下就是加州商業廣場，吃飯、購物一站式搞定，旁邊還有BRT洪文站，出行去會展中心、市區都很便捷。房間乾淨整潔，隔音也不錯，住得很安心。前台服務熱情周到，細節很貼心。性價比在線，不管是旅遊還是出差都很合適，下次來廈門還會選這家！

UUtente anonimoL'hotel ha un'ottima posizione e il trasporto è molto conveniente. La strada pedonale Zhongshan Road è proprio davanti alla porta. È molto comodo uscire a fare una passeggiata la sera, godersi il fresco, fare shopping e mangiare. Il servizio della reception dell'hotel è buono, ma il servizio dell'addetto alle camere non è abbastanza buono. Gli asciugamani non vengono cambiati ogni giorno e il lavandino non viene pulito. Spero che l'hotel possa rafforzare la gestione del servizio degli addetti alle pulizie e non trascurare i dettagli.

UUtente anonimoOverall the stay is really good as the price is reasonable, location is very convenient to walking and eating street.
However, it's a bit difficult to locate as it only has a small counter in building..
The rooms are decently clean though the view is building rooftop and the water basin tap is leaking, making the room a bit wet...
U may need to bring own towel if u r not used to disposable ones..
In conclusion, it's a decent room and yes, we will stay again n recommend this homestay to others..

UUtente ospite酒店前台小姐姐態度超級好，爸爸媽媽從北方來，十一點多到了還沒到入住時間，房間沒退房，小姐姐提前安排其他房間提供休息和換夏季衣服。房間有洗衣機，下水的濕衣服清洗方便，距離帆船碼頭步行五分鐘。提前買了好幾個快遞都直接放在酒店前台保管，體驗感超級好，很開心。
