WWan SuwanThe apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too. The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay. The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself. Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open. The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc. In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

UUtente ospiteQuesto è un fantastico resort, proprio nello stile che mi piace. Nel cortile dell'hotel si trovano una caffetteria e una sala da tè, consigliate sia alle famiglie che ai viaggiatori singoli. Ci sono molte piante nel cortile, tra cui un piccolo giardino botanico. Il proprietario è molto cordiale e ha una solida esperienza nell'estetica del design degli spazi. Ha creato un hotel dall'atmosfera fantastica, rilassante e confortevole, molto borghese e romantico. Anche la camera è pulita e ci sono biscottini e acqua purificata da bere. Anche il personale è molto entusiasta e ha consigliato itinerari turistici nei dintorni e alcuni pasti sfiziosi. Vale la pena consigliarlo.

UUtente anonimoQuesto posto merita un 10/5 basato solo sul servizio - un desk front assolutamente amichevole che spesso ha fatto il miglio extra. Per assicurarmi di poter prenotare i biglietti di trasporto a Gulangyu, mi hanno offerto diversi numeri locali di Hp per provare ciò che è necessario quando prenotare i biglietti via Alipay. Quando la mia consegna non è arrivata in tempo, hanno aiutato a chiamare e cacciare. Nessuna denuncia, solo un aiuto molto amichevole. Non hanno nemmeno venduto niente. Le camere sono grandi, comode, decente e sonoro-protette per il prezzo, e hanno accolto la nostra richiesta di regolare invece di asciugamani disponibili. L'hotel è situato sul 20° piano dello stesso edificio dell'hotel Mercure e condivide lo stesso punto di raccolta. In generale, un soggiorno meraviglioso, sarebbe tornato!

BBlindSmileQuesta è la mia seconda volta che sono rimasto qui, e ho scelto la suite Deluxe. La stanza era spaziosa, pulita e più come un appartamento servito con un divano enorme che poteva facilmente sedersi 6–8 persone, un'area di soggiorno adeguata, e un comodo letto re che rendeva facile ottenere un buon riposo. L'hotel dispone di un lobby dedicato per la uscita e il pick-up, che ha reso le arrivi semplici e senza problemi. Il personale era amichevole e attento.Mi fu offerto colazione gratuita, e anche aiutarono a lavarmi i vestiti, passando dal lavastoviglie al secchiere, e mettendoli al contatore per il pick-up, lasciandoli sapere in anticipo. Il cibo era grande, con una combinazione di opzioni occidentali e cinesi che erano sia deliziose che soddisfacenti. La posizione è conveniente, soprattutto se si partecipano eventi al Centro di Conferenza e Esposizione Internazionale di Xiamen, e si può facilmente raggiungere la zona. In generale, un soggiorno tranquillo e piacevole. Tutto è stato gestito con cura. Io sarò certamente indietro. Questa è la seconda volta che ho soggiornato in questo hotel, questa volta ho scelto una suite di lusso.La stanza è molto spaziosa e pulita, più come un appartamento di servizio con un divano enorme, può sedersi tra sei e otto persone, e spazio per soggiorni indipendenti. Il personale è molto amichevole e felice di aiutare.Mi hanno fornito colazione gratuita e mi hanno aiutato a spostare i vestiti nella lavatrice al secco, e poi metterli alla reception finche'non glielo dirò prima di prendere il cappello. Centrally located and within a short walking distance to attractions like Zhongshan Road, 8 Market, Shapowei, Overseas Chinese Museum (well worth visiting if you are Hua Qian) and Nanputuo. Unfortunately the room we checked in smelled of stale smoke. The reception is kind enough to switch room for us.

Given the late hour and festive season, we were concerned that nearby restaurants might already be closed. To our pleasant surprise, several small eateries within 50 meters of the hotel were still open, allowing us to enjoy a proper late dinner. It was a reassuring start to our stay. The hotel’s environment is comfortable and welcoming. The lobby features a bright, clean design with warm wood tones and soft lighting that create a calm, relaxing atmosphere. A tasteful display area and cozy seating space add a subtle blend of business functionality and artistic charm. The front desk staff were professional and courteous, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient despite the late hour. We stayed in the Premier Themed Room (Japanese Style with Sakura), which was truly one of the highlights of our trip. Upon entering, we were greeted by a beautifully designed Japanese-inspired interior. Warm lighting, wooden flooring, and delicate sakura (cherry blossom) wall art created a serene and elegant ambiance. Wooden partition panels and subtle decorative details added refinement, giving the space an artistic yet tranquil feel — almost like a small ryokan-style retreat in the heart of Xiamen. The room was thoughtfully designed, spacious, and impeccably clean. A charming feature was the private balcony, which allowed fresh air in. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, dressed in crisp white linens. The mattress offered excellent support, and the pillows were soft yet supportive, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. All essential toiletries were generously provided, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dental kits, slippers, and towels. Everything was neatly arranged and well-maintained, reflecting attention to guest comfort. The complimentary breakfast was another pleasant surprise. It offered a good variety of well-prepared options, making it a satisfying way to start each day. The location is highly convenient, close to the Xiamen International Convention & Exhibition Center, with California Plaza Shopping Mall next door offering numerous dining choices. Whether for business or leisure, the hotel is an excellent option. Most importantly, the nightly rate was very reasonable and offered excellent value, especially considering the themed décor, balcony, full amenities, and included breakfast. The stay exceeded our expectations. We would gladly choose this room again on our next visit. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Highly recommended!

UUtente anonimoIn generale il soggiorno è davvero buono perché il prezzo è ragionevole, la posizione è molto conveniente per camminare e mangiare strada. Tuttavia, è un po' difficile da trovare, perché ha solo un piccolo contatore in costruzione.. Le camere sono decente pulite anche se la vista è costruita sul tetto e il tappeto della piscina d'acqua è in fuga, rendendo la stanza un po' bagnata ... Potrebbe aver bisogno di portare una tovagliola se non è stata usata per eliminarla. In conclusione, è una camera decente e si', rimarremo n raccomandare questo soggiorno a altri..

Booked ji xin room type and expected room not worse than photos and size and furniture as advertised in trip.com It's the first time I encounter staff kept telling me my room is a ”special offer” room at check in process when I didn't ask anything about the room. She was very friendly and even offered to usher us to our room. When we exit lift at level 9, she led us to a hidden stairs behind the lift. So no wonder she has to led us because the ”special offer” room was hidden. The wall and corridor looked different from the normal rows of rooms from lift level. When we went in the room, we realised it's very small but didn't immediately check trip.com photos and booking details. We put our bags and left quickly for dinner. When we returned I don't think the room matched what I booked here so I went to the counter and inform the same staff. At this moment, I understand why she kept using the words ”special offer room” when I checked in. Advertised pictures of the room type showed several different designs but all have space for table and chair. The room given to me only has leg space around the double bed and a low cabinet (height of stool) near the door. Shower and toilet are in the same space which means toilet will be wet when u shower. This room is 902. At the counter, the staff said I should have rejected the room at first glance and she doesn't have other rooms which looked more like the advertised rooms because I rejected too late. Her colleague besides her said the hotel has many different rooms. She said my room is ”special offer room” and they don't bother to look at my phone to see trip.com photos and listed space and furniture provided. I made the colleague look at trip.com room photos and tell me the type of room they belong to. To my horror, the staff sad those are Yi yue rooms and not yi xin. So I asked them if they are telling me that the hotel used yi yue room photos as advertisements to sell yi xin rooms. Then she became quiet and the girl suddenly has other room for me to change. Although the new room (also level 9) still didn't have the table and chair as per listed in trip.com booking details and photos but at least it is far more decent. Please be careful if you have already booked this hotel!

FFoodTravelLife88This is an apartment located a 6 min drive to the port to kinmen. The area itself is enclosed in like a yacht club boating area. Depending on the season many things maybe closed but it's good if you want to walk along the pier enjoy nature, have a ferry or plane to catch. I am going to review this as an Airbnb style apartment. Since it is an actual apartment your renting. They were a little confused at check in giving us two rooms and having us find our visa in our passport for them to take the photos. The apartment overall is very good for a short stay with a nice view, great TV and quite a lot of space. My husband's phone was able to connect to the internet and it was very good my phone however wouldn't connect. Typical problem with non Chinese phones. Bathroom is also very updated and nice. The bed was also very nice. So as this is an apartment somethings could be improved for longer stays. 1) while there is a huge fridge they don't provide you a second key so the fridge will actually stay on when you leave. Typically I leave one key in and turn off everything manually but they said not possible. So if your staying for awhile everytime you leave your fridge will go off. 2) While there is a stove which is great there isn't any way to cook no small pot pan plate nothing. Which is strange because why is there a stove then. This is clearly an apartment which could be better supplied like an Airbnb. 3) While there is a washer which is amazing and washing powder which is a huge plus there is no way to dry the clothes. There is no drying rack, no fan and the two windows don't provide enough air for drying. There was only 6 hangers as well. 4) While it was quite clean the cabinets in the kitchen, the insulation inside the fridge were not clean at all. You could tell they had recently mopped and we arrived nearly 8pm. The ceiling in certain areas had visable black mold which could be a bigger problem. The faucet in the bathroom also was very loose. However the apartment is great and could be able to accommodate longer stays if these areas are fixed. Modeling more of an Airbnb type stay. As someone who's lived in Airbnb the past 7 years I'm just trying to help. So it you are going for a night or a week and these things don't bother you I can recommend it. For me it was great for short stay.
