The staff at the reception speaks fluent English, which is good. Sth dramatic happened after I checked in. Somehow my suitcase cannot be unlocked,though I knew the key number. So I had to call reception for help, luckily they do have the tool to open the suitcase, but I was told to wait because someone else were using it and I was supposed to be called after the reception got the tool. Waited whole night long, with no phone call, and had to check out the next morning with my broken suitcase. So if you find your suitcase cannot be opened, go find reception immediately or u might not get the chance to use the tool, haha

Il personale indiano è molto brutto e irritante. Non abbiamo fatto nulla, ma sono minacciati come persone dal continente. Solo i bambini sotto i 6 CAN STAY FOR FREE!!! Abbiamo prenotato due camere con 2 piccoli letti matrimoniali ma dobbiamo pagare all'arrivo per i nostri bambini di 8 anni, come lei è considerata adulta. Qualunque sia la necessità di aggiungere letti o non devi ancora pagare ...
Dovresti dichiarare chiaramente che il bambino è considerato adulto nella tua politica. Ho prenotato più di 10 hotel e tu sei l'unico hotel problema 🤢

Wished we could stay longer. Beautiful view and not too far to walk to attractions. Lawsons right next door. Room is so spacious and comfy bed. Did not try the onsen as it's just normal hot water

Mi è piaciuto davvero stare qui. Ho lasciato la stazione JR di Otaru e l'hotel è, lungo la strada. La stanza era pulita e funzionale. Ero al 9° piano e la vista della finestra era un grande bonus. Ci sono un po' di merda, ma l'ho perso a causa della mancanza di tempo. L'hotel è vicino al canale e alle negozi e devo menzionare il Mercato Triangolare. , dove ho avuto uno dei miei migliori pasti - pesce grigliato. Controlla la mia vista della finestra. Questa è una buona base per esplorare i famosi negozi e mangiare buona cibo marino.

Molto bel hotel, il lobby è grande e bello, ci permette di check-in alle 2:00. Ci sono alcuni staff di ricezione che possono parlare anche mandarino. Prenotamo una stanza per 3 persone con 3 letti singoli. La stanza è più grande di quanto si aspettasse e il bagno è più spazioso rispetto ad altri che ho soggiornato prima.
Pros è vicino al canale Otaru, da un hotel a piedi a piedi, tutto il percorso raggiunge il canale Otaru.
Cons è leggermente lontano dalla stazione JR e avrete bisogno di camminare circa 10 minuti.

Omggg we love this place so so much !! We were amazed by how pretty this place was and the service was 100% too! They walked out to the entrance to help us carry the luggage in and sent to our room directly. The dinner was served in the room so you don’t need to get out from your room! and the dinner was amazing too! They even came in and made the bed for us right after the dinner was served. There’s a pantry providing free snacks and drinks at the lobby from 9am-10pm. I will sure come back again for this !! Love everything here ❤️❤️❤️

La posizione geografica dell'hotel è molto eccellente, proprio sulla testa della montagna sul bordo del rotolo, il paesaggio è grande e si trova direttamente sul mare.A causa dei lunghi anni, le strutture dell'hotel sono più vecchie, ma sono ben mantenute. La zuppa privata della stanza gode della vista del mare e fa dimenticare la gente. Il servizio dell'hotel è molto vecchio e molto disponibile.Se c'è qualcosa di insufficiente, la qualità del pranzo mattino e sera deve essere ulteriormente migliorata.

L'hotel è stato molto situato in prossimità del canale Otaru e a pochi passi da shopping e pranzo, nonché della stazione ferroviaria (anche se le condizioni neve lo rendevano un po' difficile). Mentre il lobby dell'hotel sembrava moderno, l'interno della stanza si sentiva obsoleti. Nota che il check-out tardivo viene con un canone di 2000 JPY all'ora, quindi pianificate di conseguenza. In generale, è stato un soggiorno decente di una notte.

Fantastic location overlooking the canals in Otaru.
Best thing about the hotel was having a separate bathroom and a separate toilet… Especially useful when travelling with families!
Gorgeous stained glass window and you can see the amazing sunset from the top floor as well 
Reception was large and the front desk folk were very friendly and helpful.
Overall would highly recommend this hotel

The breakfast is very nice, and the price is reasonable. The staff is helpful and sincere as well. The room space is good, with the toilet and bathroom separate. I love the lounge with traditional decoration and music boxes.

Quindi possiamo fare il bagno in bagno.

KKVaiIt’s around 13 minutes walk from JR Otaru Station, if you have luggage, just get a taxi to go there, only take around 5 minutes. This hotel is just too cute, a vintage vibe, lovely welcome drinks in classical lobby. My room is for single person, small but it’s fine. Japanese breakfast is amazing. You can have a canal view while you’re having breakfast. They provide free onsen or paid private onsen (2500 yen for 50 minutes). It’s a good stay.

Ovviamente, la ricerca e la prenotazione sono state effettuate da 4 adulti e 2 bambini, ma 2 bambini sono scomparsi e sono stati costretti a spendere 200.000 dollari di più.
Anche altri hotel hanno perso 4 adulti e 2 adulti e 1 bambino????? Il bambino ha anche perso il bambino pagato, e anche se sono venuto qui, penso di aver speso un altro 400.000 vincitori. Qual è il caso di prenotare una camera doppia uno per uno????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? Non userò più questo sito.

IInn SIAA boutique style heritage building with high end art deco architecture designed hotel. Style, class of its own with high-tea style breakfast. The chef was of top-notch with well-balance crafted menus. The taste was exemplary good. I enjoyed the wine tasting too and love the OTARU dry white wine and OTARU beer. Lightings and ambiance atmosphere and helpful and friendly staff. Walking distance to heritage financial street and OTARU canals.

負責人是個老奶奶，你和她交流你會發現她的幽默熱情感，前台如果沒有人你可以按鈴，退房你需要把鑰匙放在前台。
二樓可以連接到一樓的浴場（我沒去 因為好像是獨立開的營業浴場，我的舍友特別喜歡去）；
如果你被分配到了如圖的二人間你很幸運 因為你會住的很舒服，我的舍友是同國同性 我們聊出了朋友的感覺；
如果你被分配到了四人間那麼你就體驗到了豐富的青旅生活，舍友們男男女女來自世界各地，狹窄的環境很容易產生交流，大家都很自覺的安靜，你不用擔心你的睡眠問題。
但確實住的兩天都有一股不像🦶氣的🦶氣味，我無法分變，房間裏都有一個燒火的東西（好像是空氣凈化器）它能解決這個味道。
這個青旅有意思的地方就是它像個盲盒 你不知道你會遇到什麼。

KKaidelunyangwenguang特別好，就是位置不滑雪的話不太方便，去市區要坐公交車，酒店服務特別説一下，前台入住的時候發現包落在JR上了，立馬跟前台交涉，幫我們聯繫了列車和警察，第二天包就找回了，特別感謝！！酒店温泉是公用的，因為是天然的泡完身上有點不適，室外的女湯泉因為維修沒能泡上，下次來還會選擇這家，不錯！！

SStripedPumpkinHotel facilities were dated but mostly well-maintained. After spending 2 nights in Sapporo's small hotel room, it was good to have more space to spread out.
Outdoor hot spring was fantastic and the onsen is open till late night - giving guests enough time to enjoy it even after a full day out.
If you've a rental car, the location poses no problem. There is a large, 24-hour market nearby and it's only a quick 15-min drive to Otaru.
The staff were kind and provided ready assistance whenever we needed it.
Only issue I had was noise from the room above us. For some reason, the guests were running around in the room and it was very noisy.
Overall, it's a quaint, old-fashioned hotel with good ambience.
