Hotel con parcheggio a Otaru

Nessuna quantità di parole può esprimere come mi sento su questo resort. Il soggiorno includeva cena più colazione. Il bagno privato al giardino è così rilassante. Non devi preoccuparti di vedere altre persone e puoi andare a qualsiasi momento. Molto raccomandato per tutti i viaggiatori che vogliono massimizzare l'esperienza

We booked the best room on the top floor and spent 7 nights at this high end and extremely expensive ryokan/hotel. Here are the pros and cons: PROS: The food is amazing in terms of presentation, gastronomy and service. The place is immaculately clean. The views a fantastic! We got comfortable Yukatas and overall the place has a very nice traditional vibe.  CONS: They seem to be completely inapt in hosting people who don’t speak Japanese. No one speaks English at this place. None at all! They write that we can “press 9 and call the reception”, but once you do it – you can’t have any conversation with anyone at all. Even when you get down in person to the reception, no one can really communicate with you, even with Google Translate.  They exhibit zero flexibility. The approach is – it’s our way or the highway. All is extremely polite, but no left, no right! Can we have a laundry service arranged? The answer is “no!”. Can we communicate with you via WhatsApp or email? – No! Can we come later to breakfast? No. Can we have dinner at a later time, since we can’t come earlier just this one day? No! Basically, if you want to sleep a bit later during your vacation – forget it! Either show up at 8 or 8:30 am for breakfast, or go hungry! Can we buy your Yukata? – No! Also, we were asked to indicate every day what time we intend to go out – something that adds pressure, as  on vacation one may want to improvise, rather than plan ahead their outings.  Given that this place charges exuberant prices, the lack of the most basic hospitality features (communication, laundry, customer-focused flexibility) is astounding! We now staying at another Ryokan, 90 minutes away and see that everyone can speak some English and the place is much more focused on the needs of a foreign traveler, as opposed on preserving the holy rigidity of an existent system. 

We stayed here for 1 night before driving to Biei. The hotel, housed in an art deco building is very charming. It is modern yet preserving its old school charm. The check-in staff was very attentive. We were parked in the driveway to unload our luggage and he came out to help bring our luggage into the reception. We booked a Superior King Room and it was spacious, comfy. Relatively clean, although I wished it was less dusty. I had rashes in the morning from my dust allergy. Free flow drinks, including local wines, were served in the bar in the evening. Breakfast was delicious, presented in a high tea set and served to the table. Coffee, tea, juices were available too.

Abbiamo avuto un tempo così bello qui, anche se noi solo Le camere erano pulite e il servizio era davvero buono. È un po' a piedi dalla stazione di Otaru, ma ritengo che la posizione sia conveniente, perché è a pochi passi dal canale di Otaru e può andare a molte altre visione e ristoranti. In generale, abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno in questo hotel e saremmo sicuramente rimasti qui quando visitaremo Otaru di nuovo in futuro.

Great hotel for families! The absolute highlight of our stay was the excellent location—it made traveling with the family so much easier. The cleanliness of the rooms, the service from the staff, and the overall facilities were all good and met our expectations. We had a comfortable stay and would consider coming back.

It's an interesting experience as the hotel is situated at the outskirts. The onsen in the room is perfect, with a perfect seat view. Room is pretty old school and big. As the location is pretty remote, there isn't much night activity around. It is pretty kind of the hotel to offer shuttle service to Otaru JR.

free parking, nearby grocery supermarket within walking distance. Room is big & easier for check-in & check out process. price is valuable.

Quando si richiede informazioni dettagliate e interviste televisive per l'alloggio, non c'è un po'di problemi, l'alloggio ha un parcheggio, ma il primo parcheggio è più adatto per il parcheggio di un auto o richiede alcune tecnologie.

Si sentirà confortevole e rilassato, come seduto e uccidere a casa sua. Siamo 4 pax e sono rimasti 1 notte, ma si sente omaggio e umile in tutto qui. La nostra camera può adattarsi 4-6 pax. Pls gode qui se ti piace lo stile inglese del paese!!

Positivo: 1. Grande posizione camera decente di dimensioni con letti doppiamente dimensioni con grande spazio per spostarsi intorno rispetto alla maggior parte degli altri hotel giapponesi 2. ama il parcheggio interno al garage, specialmente durante l'inverno nessuna pulizia di neve necessaria ogni mattina. Negativo: 1. l'ascensore è fuori servizio, molto scomodo per le persone con bagagli grandi, doveva portare tutto il cammino fino al terzo piano. 2. Fate tappeti sulle scale, quasi trillate in poche volte. 3. Il proprietario non risponde mai quando l'assistenza è necessaria, al check-in, il codice di pin è inutile perché la porta della stanza è sempre aperta, la chiave reale è posta sul tavolo nella stanza. Cercato di contattare il proprietario via telefono di linea WeChat WhatsApp nessuno dei sopra risposto, sembrava che l'hotel è senza equipaggio tutto il tempo. 4. Una mattina, un piccolo incidente, in cui uno degli ospiti parcheggiava la sua macchina davanti alla porta del parcheggio, che mi bloccava la via, doveva di nuovo contattare il proprietario, non rispose mai, non aveva scelta, ma di contattare la polizia per aiuto.
