服務：日式服務基本無處挑剔，唯獨前台與服務生英語口音交流有點障礙。旅店自帶一次接客服務，要是還有送客服務就完美了。 衞生：整潔無浮灰，所有物品疊放整齊。 温泉：和式温泉旅館等重中之重，兩湯輪換，半山腰的雪景同時俯瞰小樽，美極了，水温合適，設備齊全，就是換衣間因為年代久遠沒有擴建顯得有些狹小，不過在沒有幾個住客的旅館無傷大雅，有時可以享受到一人温泉。 餐食：帶一份晚餐與早餐，一泊二食。晚餐omakase，食材是獨屬冬季北海道的鮮美，口味因人而異，總體質量不錯；早餐經典日式早餐，清淡健康。 通勤：享受這樣富有韻味的温泉和式旅館，必不可少得忍受它不便利的交通，酒店在山上，若是沒有提前聯繫好接送，衹能打車。 設施：年代久遠卻不破敗，所有房間設施都有舒適的使用體驗。温泉區設施大部分使用體驗很好，保留傳統的用浴流程，吹風機稍顯老舊。

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our family had a wonderful stay at UNWIND Hotel Sapporo. The room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family. We loved the cozy atmosphere and the friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start each day. We also enjoyed the free wine service in the evening, which was a lovely touch and made our stay feel even more special. Parking was convenient and reasonably priced at JPY 1,500 per night, making it easy for us to explore Hokkaido by car. Overall, our family loved this hotel and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for families and travelers with a rental car!

It was a cute boutique hotel with nice bonus facilities! Room is nicely designed and functional, with warm colors feel homey and comfy. Too bad we didn’t get the bath tub room as they were fully booked. Views from the window is mountaneous area, very nice! Bed and pillows are comfortable. Surface area for stuff are generous and practical, even enough space for sofa. Too bad they don’t give free coffee or at least instant coffee, only tea. No onsen. Music box night was awesome! Feels like a romantic dinner setting, but the smell of lamp oil was too much, gave me headache so I couldn’t stay for long, even though I would love to support the hotels and all of the polite and friendly staff by dining there. Staff are wonderful, smiles and polite and professional! During this trip we felt like Japanese staff in general are becoming a bit cold toward tourists but this hotel’s staff are not like that! We appreciate you guys. Thank you!

Situato vicinissimo al famoso canale di Otaru! Ci sono numerose opzioni di parcheggio nelle vicinanze, leggermente più economiche rispetto alla tariffa del parcheggio privato dell'hotel (24 ore su 24). Il personale dell'hotel è stato così gentile da farcelo notare e consigliarci di utilizzare il parcheggio pubblico più economico. Anche il minimarket FamilyMart si trova proprio accanto all'hotel.

It's an interesting experience as the hotel is situated at the outskirts. The onsen in the room is perfect, with a perfect seat view. Room is pretty old school and big. As the location is pretty remote, there isn't much night activity around. It is pretty kind of the hotel to offer shuttle service to Otaru JR.

Cozy Inn è magnifico, può essere facilmente raggiunto con autobus o auto. Abbondante spazio di parcheggio. Camera grande e pulita. Vicino a Aeon e Daiso. Passeggiabile al canale se non si guida. Controlla l'uso macchina e rigorosamente solo dopo le 3 pm, quindi non venire presto. In generale, mi consiglio molto!

As we arrive late, we are happy with the price and location plus free parking. Really value for money if you just need a place to sleep. Contactless check in, electronics Lady boss is friendly. If the bed condition(quality) can be upgraded will be perfect. (Didn’t get chance to take a room photo, use the nearby place for info)

Molto conveniente posizione se si è in sci/snowboard. È piuttosto centralizzato alla maggior parte delle corse e solo 30 minuti di auto a Otaru. Solo in basso non c'è cibo vicino all'hotel stesso ha 2 ristoranti. Il giapponese era un bel cibo, buono e a prezzi ragionevoli, purtroppo aperto solo pochi giorni alla settimana.

We appreciated the basic utensils and cutlery provided, making it easy to prepare simple meals. The thoughtful inclusion of toothbrushes and toothpaste was a nice touch, and the microwave was handy for quick reheats. Comfort is well-addressed with one air-conditioner and a heater, ensuring a pleasant temperature regardless of the weather. The washing machine was a huge convenience, and we had options for drying clothes either on the hanger stand inside the room or on the balcony. The location is a major highlight, being within easy walking distance to both Otaru Canal and Sakaimachi Street. We also found it convenient to have a Lawson and various eateries nearby, though it's a good idea to check their opening hours as they can vary. Important Considerations for Your Stay While the location is excellent, it's important to note that the road leading to the building is steep. This could be particularly challenging if you're driving, and we would not advise driving during winter due to the road conditions. For those with a car, there are two parking areas available. The closer one has three slots, while a slightly further option offers approximately 12 slots. Keep this in mind, especially if you prioritize a closer parking spot.

Positivo: 1. Grande posizione camera decente di dimensioni con letti doppiamente dimensioni con grande spazio per spostarsi intorno rispetto alla maggior parte degli altri hotel giapponesi 2. ama il parcheggio interno al garage, specialmente durante l'inverno nessuna pulizia di neve necessaria ogni mattina. Negativo: 1. l'ascensore è fuori servizio, molto scomodo per le persone con bagagli grandi, doveva portare tutto il cammino fino al terzo piano. 2. Fate tappeti sulle scale, quasi trillate in poche volte. 3. Il proprietario non risponde mai quando l'assistenza è necessaria, al check-in, il codice di pin è inutile perché la porta della stanza è sempre aperta, la chiave reale è posta sul tavolo nella stanza. Cercato di contattare il proprietario via telefono di linea WeChat WhatsApp nessuno dei sopra risposto, sembrava che l'hotel è senza equipaggio tutto il tempo. 4. Una mattina, un piccolo incidente, in cui uno degli ospiti parcheggiava la sua macchina davanti alla porta del parcheggio, che mi bloccava la via, doveva di nuovo contattare il proprietario, non rispose mai, non aveva scelta, ma di contattare la polizia per aiuto.
