Hotel con parcheggio a Otaru

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 An Unforgettable Stay! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Questo posto è davvero un gioiello nascosto! Da quando siamo arrivati, siamo stati accolti con il più caldo sorriso e la più autentica ospitità. Tutti i membri del personale ci hanno fatto sentire come famiglia so amichevole, attento, e sempre pronto a aiutare con tutto quello che avevamo bisogno. La stanza stessa era oltrepassante. La stanza era senza spot, confortevole e incredibilmente confortevole, ma l'accento era certamente l'asino privato nella stanza. Soaking in primavera calda dopo un lungo giorno era pura gioia. Calma, rilassante e assolutamente lussuoso. E il cibo... Wow. Ogni pasto era come un capolavoro. Bellamente presentato, fresco, aromatico, pieno di carattere locale. Ogni pasto era un piacere, e noi ci aspettavamo ogni pasto. Servizio perfetto, soggiorno perfetto, cibo perfetto, cibo perfetto. Tornerei in un battito cardiaco e consiglierei questo posto a chiunque cercasse una vera esperienza speciale. 💖

We booked the best room on the top floor and spent 7 nights at this high end and extremely expensive ryokan/hotel. Here are the pros and cons: PROS: The food is amazing in terms of presentation, gastronomy and service. The place is immaculately clean. The views a fantastic! We got comfortable Yukatas and overall the place has a very nice traditional vibe.  CONS: They seem to be completely inapt in hosting people who don’t speak Japanese. No one speaks English at this place. None at all! They write that we can “press 9 and call the reception”, but once you do it – you can’t have any conversation with anyone at all. Even when you get down in person to the reception, no one can really communicate with you, even with Google Translate.  They exhibit zero flexibility. The approach is – it’s our way or the highway. All is extremely polite, but no left, no right! Can we have a laundry service arranged? The answer is “no!”. Can we communicate with you via WhatsApp or email? – No! Can we come later to breakfast? No. Can we have dinner at a later time, since we can’t come earlier just this one day? No! Basically, if you want to sleep a bit later during your vacation – forget it! Either show up at 8 or 8:30 am for breakfast, or go hungry! Can we buy your Yukata? – No! Also, we were asked to indicate every day what time we intend to go out – something that adds pressure, as  on vacation one may want to improvise, rather than plan ahead their outings.  Given that this place charges exuberant prices, the lack of the most basic hospitality features (communication, laundry, customer-focused flexibility) is astounding! We now staying at another Ryokan, 90 minutes away and see that everyone can speak some English and the place is much more focused on the needs of a foreign traveler, as opposed on preserving the holy rigidity of an existent system. 

Loved my stay at UNWIND HOTEL & BAR OTARU. The rooms were clean and cozy, the staff were friendly, and the complimentary wine service was such a nice touch. Great location near the canal and easy to walk everywhere. Would definitely stay again.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and included two bottles of water, coffee, and tea. While the view overlooked a blank space behind the building, the quality of the bed and pillows was excellent. I found the bathroom to be slightly larger than expected. The reception area was spacious, and the staff were friendly and spoke English, which made communication easy. There were two breakfast options available: Western and Japanese. I personally chose the Japanese breakfast, priced at 3,000 Yen. The quality and portion were good. The hotel is conveniently located within a 10-minute walk from Otaru JR Station, as well as Sakaimachi Hondori Street and Otaru Canal. Additionally, there is a convenience store directly across the street, along with several night restaurants. I did find the price a bit high, possibly due to the Otaru Snow Light Path Festival taking place during my stay. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its comfort and location.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children, and the room was perfect for us. The room had 4 beds and windows, which made it spacious, bright, and comfortable. The hotel is in a very good location, making it convenient to get around and visit nearby attractions. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean and cozy. We especially enjoyed the bathtub. It was a great way to relax after a long day, and our children loved it as well. Overall, we really liked this hotel and had a pleasant stay. We would definitely recommend it to families looking for a comfortable hotel in a good location.

It's an interesting experience as the hotel is situated at the outskirts. The onsen in the room is perfect, with a perfect seat view. Room is pretty old school and big. As the location is pretty remote, there isn't much night activity around. It is pretty kind of the hotel to offer shuttle service to Otaru JR.

Cozy Inn è magnifico, può essere facilmente raggiunto con autobus o auto. Abbondante spazio di parcheggio. Camera grande e pulita. Vicino a Aeon e Daiso. Passeggiabile al canale se non si guida. Controlla l'uso macchina e rigorosamente solo dopo le 3 pm, quindi non venire presto. In generale, mi consiglio molto!

Si sentirà confortevole e rilassato, come seduto e uccidere a casa sua. Siamo 4 pax e sono rimasti 1 notte, ma si sente omaggio e umile in tutto qui. La nostra camera può adattarsi 4-6 pax. Pls gode qui se ti piace lo stile inglese del paese!!

Quando si richiede informazioni dettagliate e interviste televisive per l'alloggio, non c'è un po'di problemi, l'alloggio ha un parcheggio, ma il primo parcheggio è più adatto per il parcheggio di un auto o richiede alcune tecnologie.

Sono arrivati pochi minuti dalla stazione di Xiaojiang e dal canale. L'altra parte di Xiaojiang è il supermercato di 711, e così via. Ci sono molti cibi e cibo intorno, la pulizia è alta, l'intero bagno è molto comodo e il capo è molto buono!Il luogo ideale di riposo!Arriverà ancora una volta!
