"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children, and the room was perfect for us. The room had 4 beds and windows, which made it spacious, bright, and comfortable. The hotel is in a very good location, making it convenient to get around and visit nearby attractions. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean and cozy. We especially enjoyed the bathtub. It was a great way to relax after a long day, and our children loved it as well. Overall, we really liked this hotel and had a pleasant stay. We would definitely recommend it to families looking for a comfortable hotel in a good location."

"This hotel is impressive, with great location (just opposite JR otaru station) and awesome onsen. The onsen is amazing. Indoor, there's a sauna, 2 hot pools and 1 cold pool. There are 2 additional hot pools outdoor. If you have a tattoo, you can ask the reception for tattoo stickers. The view is also beautiful. Will stay in this hotel again if i ever come back to otaru."

"E'un grande popolo. Il proprietario è anche una grande persona. È una cosa molto fortunata che la città possa prenotare una stanza così bella e conveniente a questo prezzo. Il proprietario è molto amichevole, i gatti sono anche particolarmente carini, forse la posizione è un po' lontana, Ma ci sono autobus che non ritardano nessun viaggio. È molto conveniente comprare un 711 accanto alla cabina. Se sei un viaggiatore sensibile ai prezzi, ti consiglio molto di scegliere questa cabina, e spero davvero che tu possa goderti la stanza e trattare con il proprietario della casa con gentilezza, Il Giappone è un paese molto bello, Xiao Xiao è una città molto bella. Ho lasciato un buon ricordo qui 😁"

"I used to stay here many years ago and had a fantastic impression, but after a long break, I returned to find the quality has declined significantly. The public bath now charges 15,000 JPY for 90 minutes. The bedsheets are no longer cotton; they feel like polyester, which might be easier for the hotel to clean but feels rough and unpleasant on the skin. The pajamas, which used to be high-quality cotton (I even bought a set to take home because I loved them so much!), are now made of an uncomfortable material. The food, which I once found impressive, was just mediocre this time, and the portions felt a bit small – I didn't quite feel full. I later found out the hotel is under new management. It's a shame that the previous owner's meticulous care hasn't been carried on. The bar was unstaffed; you had to call for service, unlike before when someone was always present. The library was also poorly lit, making it impossible to sit and read – are they trying to save electricity? It's truly disappointing; I probably won't be visiting again."

"Innanzitutto, vorrei fare un grande complimento allo staff della reception 🥹 Credo che uno di loro sia anche il responsabile. Sono stati davvero gentilissimi quando abbiamo avuto problemi con il parchimetro, anche se il parcheggio non si trova sotto l'hotel. Per quanto riguarda l'hotel, tutto è perfetto. Camera pulita e spaziosa, personale cordiale, ottima posizione. Il canale è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. L'unico consiglio è di cercare un parcheggio nelle vicinanze (più economico) 🚗 Nel complesso, tutto ottimo 😊"

"The location is super convenient, right opposite Otaru Station. It offers much better value for money than Sapporo. The room size is also larger than many Dormy Inn properties. Breakfast includes soup curry, and they even offer free ramen at night. The hot spring is also great. My only minor gripe is the limited selection of manga books, and there aren't many seats available for reading them."
