Arriviamo in questo hotel e seppur la prenotazione sia per 3 persone ci dicono che è per 2 e ci fanno pagare il supplemento per il terzo letto, e 20 dollari per parcheggiare l'auto nel loro parcheggio, andiamo in camera e il letto aggiunto ė praticamente un materassino alto 5 cm di cartone, con lenzuola sporche. Stiamo per uscire e restiamo bloccati in ascensore, lo facciamo presente alla receptionist si scusa e pensiamo risolva il problema, chiediamo una bottiglietta d'acqua ci dicono di non averne. Tornando la sera la chiave non funziona. Il mattino dopo, non vedevamo l'ora di partire e dulcis infundis, rimaniamo nuovamente chiusi in ascensore. Le cascate sono meravigliose, ma non aprite quella porta... dell'hotel.

A bit old: toilet bowl is scratched… wallpaper on the other side of bathtub bulged: need renovations.

Good access to the Falls with Blue line bus. Old room but clean enough to stay one night. Overall is ok.

Average hotel

The hotel needs huge improvement. The room had furniture that is old and pretty stained  fabric. The water had to run for at least 20 min before you get warm water.  The list is long but  the worst of all is $25 dollars parking  per day that you charge on the top of the charge for the room. Being there for three days I saw parking as low as $5 per day..I will never go back nor recomend this place to any of my friends

We waited for our check in, we arrived 9:30pm and got clearance at 10:30pm. The frontdesk clerk her name is Kushdeep is too rude, bully, not appropriate to be in the FO of a hotel. As their policy we need to deposit cad 100 we have used 2credit cards and didnt go through. We told her that as per Trip.com we can pay cash deposit. She insisted us to pay credit card and we advised Kushdeep that we think the machine for credit card is the problem. Because other clients experienced the same. She insisted we need to deposit Cash CAD 300. Since its late already we tired we deposited Cash CAD300. But the way she handled and dealt with us is RUDE, inconsiderate and not even bothered to apologize for their mistake and using OLD MACHINE FOR CREDIT CARD. THE ROOM was too smelly of OLD ESTABLISHMENT, THE PAINT IS TOO DARK AND THE T&B is OLD. Everything in this HOTEL IS SUCK. Unbelievable that Trip.com includes this hotel in their lists. THE HOTEL IS SUBSTANDARD FOR CANADIAN HOTEL. I would like the manager of FO to discuss about the behaviour of KUSHDEEP the FO CLERK DUTY DURING OUR CHECK IN. She shouldnnot be in that role.

The location is good with a WeGO bus stop in front of the hotel. Many places are walkable. The room service is good too. But you have to pay extra for parking.

Very good location for a low budget hotel. Beds are very old to the point that mattresses are sinking. Some rooms have strong smoke smell and others in the bottom floors are very dated. I enjoyed very much the small pool since it was low season and I was able to use it with no crowd. Nice water temperature. Don’t expect any Falls view, it’s only a name attached to the area, you have to walk or use a very convenient bus that stops right in front of the hotel and it takes you to the falls view area very conveniently and cheap, great for elders and people with mobility challenges Overall, I was satisfied with the experience and stay

Undisclosed fee for parking ($22) and a "building amenities fee" of a few dollars as well (explained to me as a fee "for using the building" ..???) = unethical business practices as far as I'm concerned. Building is poorly maintained, with torn, rippled carpeting, inoperable front doors, and an out-of-service elevator. No breakfast, just a high-priced neighboring IHOP. There's lots of better value, with more scruples, elsewhere in Niagara Falls. Skip this ripoff spot.

Hotel was clean and front desk staff were friendly

Overall, it is a great budget place to stay. Close to main attractions. The room, while outdated, was clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Clean towels.
