TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE at AURA Hotel in Ansan – SCAMMERS & DISGUSTING SERVICE! We booked a luxury suite for 3 people (2 adults + 1 child, 11 y.o.) on Trip.com from August 10–16. After a 24-hour exhausting trip, we arrived at the hotel, only to be SHOCKED by their scam policy! Despite clearly booking for 3 people (child included!), the receptionist demanded 10,000 KRW per night extra for our child! Our voucher stated "3 guests" – this is FRAUD. The receptionist refused to speak English and showed zero willingness to help. When we protested, they said if we canceled, they’d charge us a penalty! So either we overpay or lose money – a total trap. The room was filthy, with stains and broken furniture. For 3 people, they gave only: 1 large towel (yes, ONE for three!), 2 pairs of slippers – when we asked for a third, they rudely said, "Not allowed!" They gave us only 1 key for 3 people! To get a second key, they forced us to leave a 20,000 KRW deposit. At checkout, they returned only 10,000 KRW with no receipt or explanation! The ONLY Positive, After complaining to Trip.com support, they at least behaved professionally and refunded the child overcharge as TripCoins (bonus credit). Still, this doesn’t excuse the hotel’s disgusting behavior! This hotel cheats guests, provides horrible service, and has zero respect for customers. The staff is unprofessional and unwilling to help. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want your vacation ruined! Advice to Trip.com: Remove this hotel from your platform – they’re scamming your customers! Never again! Worst hotel experience in my life!

Loved the hotel for great price, clean and big. So I extended my stay at same hotel . Huge bathroom with bathtub.

The hotel is good. The room is spacious, good view from the window. We rented a room for two, but breakfast is offered only for one. Breakfast is good.

We have stayed here before and will probably stay here again. We had booked online and the check-in was very quick and simple. There was another person coming in after us so that is probably why we weren't given our breakfast vouchers - but that was remedied the next morning. One thing to note is that, even though we booked for 2 people - only one free vouchers is given for each room. It did say that in the booking but I had thought it was just a mis-translation. It isn't. So we had to purchase the second breakfast for the second person. 5,000 won is reasonable for the breakfast. There is a soup, rice, 3-4 hot dishes, some salad items, fresh fruit, cereal, yoghurt, ramyeon, toast. A good start to the day. The bed was comfortable and the bath was spacious - really good after a long day of walking and hiking. There are many restaurants nearby.

Hotel is a bit old but great location and great service from the front desk. The only thing is I don’t get why they provide used soap on the restroom counter where the soap still has some hair and the toothpaste are obviously been used.. However I would still visit this place. Front desk people are pretty nice and friendly.
