La stanza è pulita e confortevole. il WC ha il sensore del water e il controllo del lavaggio del bidet. Due simpatici robot per la consegna delle merci e la stanza interna hanno ottenuto un servizio in camera intelligente con intelligenza artificiale con cui si divertirà molto a parlare. sono arrivato all'uso della lavanderia per i clienti gratuitamente. L'unico miglioramento necessario è che la lingua accanto al mandarino e all'addetto alla reception sia più utile per i clienti stranieri.

Era la prima volta che alloggiavo in un appartamento con servizi alberghieri. Viaggiavamo con due bambini e una famiglia. La suite era confortevole e riservata. La cucina, il frigorifero e la lavatrice erano completamente attrezzati, proprio come a casa a Nanchino. Ascott è stata sicuramente una piacevole sorpresa durante questo viaggio a Nanchino. Al piano di sotto c'erano la linea 711 e la metropolitana, e si trovava a due fermate dallo zoo della foresta di Hongshan. L'ambiente generale era molto nuovo, le strutture e le attrezzature erano buone e il servizio era molto attento. Ci hanno rispedito le bambole e la crema per il viso che avevamo lasciato nello spazio tra il divano. Tornerò la prossima volta~

Potrebbe essere un vecchio hotel, i servizi nella stanza sono davvero vecchi, anche se è pulito, non è davvero buono. Almeno se vengo di nuovo a Nanchino, potrei non restare qui. C'è sicuramente un problema con l'impianto di condizionamento dell'aria. L'impianto di condizionamento dell'aria nella stanza la prima notte di soggiorno era rotto e mi sono svegliato più volte nel cuore della notte. Dopo averlo segnalato il giorno successivo, ho cambiato una stanza Non importa quanti gradi l'aria condizionata nella stanza cambiata fosse regolata, faceva estremamente freddo.
Il traffico intorno all'hotel è abbastanza conveniente e voglio ottenere questo vantaggio al momento.

Overall, it was very good. The view from the room is amazing. The staff in front of the lift asking as to register even when we already told him that we already check in and showed him the card. Just feel like that was not respectful but we do understand that he needs to do his job.

Atour hotel is located in Fuzimiao walking street. It is within 5 mins walk from subway and surrounded by restaurants. The hotel has provided services that I have not experienced before. For example, I placed my clothings into the common washing machine to wash. I went out to have my lunch and I was so surprised that when I returned to the hotel two hours later, the clothings were dried and folded and neatly placed at my room door. I was prepared to go to the laundry room to retrieve my clothings from the washing machine and transfer them to the dryer.
The hotel is also offering simple supper at no cost.

Camera pulita e spaziosa, vicino al lago Xuanwu. Vicino alla stazione di metro e Nanjing. La colazione è OK. I ricevitori del primo giorno di arrivo sono volentieri di aiuto. Solo l'odore di tabacco dipinto nella stanza è allergico, anche se due stanze sono già cambiate.

UUtente anonimoThe best hotel I’ve stayed in China so far! Located right beside Nanjing Railway Station and its metro station. Take Exit 11 from Nanjing Railway metro station and the hotel is right in front of it. Check in counter is located on level 2 of the building. The service by the front counter was good too! They served us with drinks while they were checking us in. We were at first given a room on level 2, but when we entered, there was a strong cigarette smell. We immediately informed the front counter, and they immediately changed our room to another room on level 3. They even help to bring our luggage up to the room. Room was big and comfortable for 3 of us. Price of this hotel was decent too. We were amazed by the clean room, and the kids playpen within the room! The playpen would be a plus point for families wtith kids but it was a great photo spot for us! The TV had screenshare functions but I had difficulties connecting my phone to the TV. Wifi connection was stable but as usual we could only use China approved apps through wifi. Opposite the hotel and on the first level of the hotel, there was a stretch of restaurants providing different types of food. There was also 2 mini marts along the stretch of restaurants. Laundry room was on level 3, beside the elevators. 2 washing machine and 2 dryers available, laundry detergent and softners are provided too. Steam iron is available in the laundry room. Laundry service was also provided, you can wash your laundry in the washing machine before heading out in the morning. Take the notepad provided by the side and leave your room number and type of washing service you need. the housekeepers will help to complete the washing and drying if needed. They also helped us to fold the clothes and left them in a laundry bag in the laundry room for us to collect when we go back at night. There was also the delivery robot there to deliver our delivered food. Overall would love return to this hotel again!

L'ambiente è bellissimo e il personale di servizio è molto entusiasta Quando siamo arrivati, il personale dell'hotel Xiao Jiang ci ha aiutato a portare i bagagli in camera e ci ha premurosamente inviato un viaggio a Nanchino. guida. Ho cambiato camera una volta durante il mio soggiorno e il personale di servizio al piano si è preso cura di tutto rapidamente. Il cibo in hotel è buono, ci sono molti tipi di colazione, in particolare la zuppa di vermicelli al sangue d'anatra è deliziosa e anche la cena a buffet ha un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. L'unico difetto è che la camera non è molto insonorizzata, ma i difetti non vengono nascosti. L'esperienza complessiva del soggiorno è molto buona, la prossima volta sceglierò qui.

TTinaMThis is the first time I've had an absolutely 10/10 experience with any hotel. This particular hotel also outranks every other Marriott I've ever stayed at. I genuinely could not think of a single negative point. I was only in Nanjing for 2 nights, in town for a meeting, and I'm so glad I chose to stay here.
Firstly, the room is exactly as advertised. Marriott hotels always have the fluffiest pillows, but this particular hotel had the most HEAVENLY pillows. The bed was so comfy that I ended up postponing my day plans just so I could sleep in! I didn't realise how desperately I needed that rest and recuperation, and am glad I chose to stay here and get what I needed. Also, this hotel does not skimp on the water - most hotels will only give you 2 tiny bottles a day, which if it's blazing hot outside, can be frustrating, especially if you want to boil water for tea/coffee in the morning. This hotel provides 4-5 complimentary bottles of water per day. In many ways, I felt like they anticipated what I'd need and would provide it before I even had the chance to ask. There is also an ironing board stowed in the room, which for me was a lifesaver as I had an important meeting.
As other reviewers have mentioned, the location is indeed fantastic. I was so relieved to find that after a long train journey, I only needed to hop on the subway for 1 stop - I didn't even need to exit the building, as the hotel is located inside the mall connected to the subway station.
The breakfast spread is not too bad either, with the highlight for me being the espresso machines. When I tell you this machine delivers the most divine coffee in 10 seconds, I am not kidding. It was one of my favourite things and a great way to kickstart a busy day.
At check-in, the reception staff ensured they gave me all the info I needed. I noticed this is often skipped at other hotels as staff are shy or reluctant to speak in English, which results in foreign guests missing out on relevant info or complimentary perks - but the Marriott team refused to let language be an obstacle. I was glad to learn free snacks and coffee were available in the executive lounge each evening. While I was there, the executive lounge manager - I think her name is Sheila, apologies if I've gotten this wrong - took the time to introduce herself and ask if I needed anything. She was so polite and genuinely seemed to want to improve the experience for guests. To me, these small touches are what set a service-oriented luxury hotel apart from others.
On my first night, I'd arrived pretty exhausted after having sat on a delayed train for hours, and I wanted to order takeaway as I didn't have the energy to go out. They have Meituan lockers positioned right at the hotel entrance, which you can unlock with your phone and collect your deliveries. Being a foreigner who doesn't understand Chinese very well, I wasn't sure how to navigate this, but the reception staff went out of their way to help me, ensuring they stayed with me until I'd collected my parcel - it was not at all necessary for them to help me so much, but they did, and I'm very grateful for that :)
I spent the entire month traveling in China and so, looking back, am able to compare all of the hotels and experiences from this trip. This particular hotel ranks 10/10 for me not only because of the location, but also because of the kindness and professionalism of staff. Things can sometimes be confusing or overwhelming for foreigners, and this was the only hotel where staff didn't hesitate to rush in and offer to help, no matter how small the issue. Even the gentleman at the coffee bar in the lobby was so kind and polite - and might I add, everyone at this hotel speaks English, so they really do cater to an international crowd. Housekeeping staff too were very sweet, always greeting you and asking if you needed extra bottles of water.
Thank you for a relaxing, delightful stay! I hope to come again and stay longer next time.

UUtente ospite國慶出行當天臨時訂的酒店，價格比平時並沒有貴到離譜，酒店門口有兩棵桂花樹，整個停車場和大堂都是香的，門口路兩邊很粗壯的梧桐樹，就是現成的梧桐大道啊，對於一個第一次在秋天魯G來蘇A的人來説，第一印象太棒啦。。房間乾淨整潔，設施環境都非常好，晚上特別安靜，床和枕頭也舒服，去鐘山的幾個景點特別近，打車起步價，附近吃飯的也很多。要非説缺點，可能就是離地鐵站有一點點遠。

SsteelbossI am from New York and am based in Suzhou, China. I stayed at this hotel during a busy holiday and was very concerned about Nanjing traffic. This hotel has an excellent location near the university city and many theme parks, such as Nanjing Happy Valley. The level of elegance of the rooms was comparable to the now-extinct 6-star rating. You would have to see it to believe it, including the electric toilets and beveled glass doors.
However, I decided to post a comment because of the restaurant. I have been in China for 23 years and usually travel for business. Breakfast at most hotels is not good, and nothing like in Western hotels. Because of this, I drove to a fancy restaurant and wasted a ton of money on horrible food. The next day, upon checkout, I decided to eat at the in-hotel restaurant and was totally shocked to find two interconnected dining facilities, consisting of a hot pot buffet on one side and an À la carte buffet on the other. I chose the À la carte because my son saw the grilled beef kabobs and had to have it.
Here is the best part: When you enter the buffet, you get a small card you pre-charge with money. I charged RMB 300, or about $41.66. You go through the buffet, take what you want, and swipe the card for each item. You only pay for what you eat. There had to be no less than 80 items on the buffet, from vegetable dishes, soups, pasta, beef (tenderloin), rib steak, short-rib steaks, fish, shrimp, traditional noodles, eggs, omelets, various bread, fruits, and many traditional Chinese dishes. There were four of us, and we were stuffed. Ultimately, I returned the charge card and was refunded RMB 35. This means I spent RMB 265 for four people or RMB 66.25 ($9.20) per person for a spectacular buffet.
This was hands-down the best hotel experience I've had in China, for room, and dining.
I really did not like one thing. A workstation outside deals with tiles, marble, masonry, and maintenance. It does not look good, and that was my view. The laydown area uses part of the parking lot. The yard needs to be cleaned up, and the work site covered or contained in a shop. This is a major management gaff void of marketing awareness. I still rate the hotel a 5-star.

BBenjamin Sch.La posizione dell'Intercontinental è centrale a Nanchino. È vicino al lago e invita a fare passeggiate nelle vicinanze. L'architettura dell'hotel è davvero bella e siamo stati trasferiti a un piano più alto. La vista sulla città è fantastica.
I mobili delle camere sono un po' logori e non corrispondono pienamente all'alta qualità dei pavimenti e delle sale dell'edificio. Alcuni lavori di ristrutturazione potrebbero essere necessari in futuro. La piscina interna è ok ma niente di speciale ed era un po' fredda (ma era anche fredda fuori). La colazione era buona e il personale era molto cordiale.
Alcune zone delle camere avrebbero potuto essere un po' più pulite.
Sulla base del prezzo elevato per la camera, l'hotel andava bene ma nessuna grande sorpresa. Consigliamo comunque l'hotel per una notte per godersi la splendida vista. Per soggiorni più lunghi altri hotel offrono di più a prezzi più bassi.

TtanhastePersonale: tutti erano amichevoli e alberghieri, e vi sono anche persone che parlano inglese, in caso di turisti che (come me) non possono parlare la lingua locale.
Situazione: L'hotel è situato vicino alla zona scenica Qixia (antica città, poi Gate West della zona scenica montana Qixia). Vi sono anche un negozio di prodotti alimentari e diversi piccoli ristoranti vicino. Ci sono anche altri ristoranti nella città antica. Quindi è ancora conveniente mentre serve come un buon ritorno per rilassarsi e rallentare.
Alloggio: L'hotel è bello, lobby sembra fantastico. Le camere sono pulite, anche molto bello in design. Richiesta per una camera con buona connessione a Internet (e zona tranquilla se possibile) per motivi di lavoro e sicuramente consegnato. L'ambiente è grande e la stanza è stata così tranquilla durante il giorno. Purtroppo, c'erano degli ospiti molto alti nella sala di notte (forse comunicando con amici o familiari, ma urlando quando parlavano di qualcosa prima di entrare nelle loro stanze) e il rumore sarebbe arrivato nella stanza. Altrimenti, non può sentire nulla finché gli ospiti sono nelle loro stanze.
Colazione: Il pacchetto di camera è venuto con colazione - c'è un'opzione che viene con biglietto alla zona scenica, ma non l'ho presa. Il colazione è buffet con diversi piatti da scegliere. Opzioni asiatiche e occidentali disponibili. Ha anche diverse opzioni per bere - ero molto felice che avessero caffè sopra il tè, i succhi, ecc.
In generale, ho avuto un buon soggiorno qui, anche se dovessi passare la maggior parte del tempo lavorando. Mi riferirei a tornare in vacanza.

RRabbitLittleHotel is a little old. Receptionists is helpful. However, they are not well versed in English. So for non Mandarin speaking guests, it will be somewhat challenging to communicate with them. Hotel breakfast is so so. Nonetheless, the hotel location is very good with lots of eateries and restaurants around. Overall, the stay is ok.

Avevamo bisogno di un posto vicino all'ospedale e abbiamo deciso di provare l'hotel Qingmu perché era situato in una posizione comoda e sembrava confortevole dall'esterno e aveva recensioni per lo più positive su trip.com.
Essendo uno straniero che parla pochissimo mandarino, ero preoccupato per la comunicazione con lo staff dell'hotel. Ma sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dall'efficienza con cui hanno gestito questo problema. Siamo stati in grado di chattare con l'aiuto di WeChat e Google Translate. Conoscevano anche più inglese di quanto pensassi. Ben presto siamo diventati molto amichevoli e abbiamo trovato un modo produttivo per comunicare le mie esigenze e ottenere la migliore stanza possibile. Ci hanno anche aiutato con le nostre borse da viaggio e ci hanno fornito acqua e uno spuntino. Mi sono sentito molto felice e a mio agio con i loro servizi e mi hanno fatto sentire come a casa più che come un soggiorno in hotel.
La camera era molto invitante e profumava di fresca di pulizia. Il letto era molto comodo e mia moglie ha avuto mal di schiena ma ha detto che il letto era perfetto per lei. È stato bello che abbiano potuto conservare i nostri farmaci in un frigorifero a temperatura controllata mentre noi continuavamo a lavorare per il concepimento. Avevamo una vista meravigliosa sulla città e il bagno aveva gli elementi essenziali per aiutarci a rinfrescarci tra una sessione e l'altra. La doccia aveva acqua calda e soffione rimovibile e poteva ospitare due persone.
Avevamo accesso a un forno a microonde per riscaldare il nostro pranzo e a un centro lavanderia per soddisfare le nostre esigenze di pulizia degli indumenti da viaggio.
L'hotel si trova vicino alla metropolitana ed è circondato da numerosi ristoranti e altre forme di intrattenimento. Soggiornando qui durante il Capodanno cinese potrai sentire i festeggiamenti intorno a te, con decorazioni e musica dai colori vivaci.
L'hotel è stato inoltre piacevolmente decorato con fiori nelle nostre camere e nella hall.
Consiglio vivamente questo posto a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno fantastico, a un prezzo ancora migliore, io e mia moglie torneremo sicuramente qui. Ho allegato alcune foto del mio soggiorno qui sotto.
