Hotel con terme a Nanchino

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Racha Mankha, and I can’t recommend it enough! This hotel is a hidden gem, offering a secluded and quiet retreat that truly embodies peace and relaxation. The ambiance is simply delightful, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. I can confidently say that the Thai cuisine here is some of the best I’ve ever had in Nanjing! Each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Additionally, I indulged in their Thai massage services, and it was an absolute must-try! The skilled therapists provided a rejuvenating experience that left me feeling refreshed and relaxed. While the area may not have as many tourist attractions as other parts of Nanjing, the tranquility and quality of service at Racha Mankha more than make up for it. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with fantastic food and pampering, this is the place to be!

Questo è un posto accogliente e rilassante, innamorato della natura. Abbiamo avuto la camera ”Deluxe Spa” con tutte le attrezzature per un soggiorno più confortevole. La camera spaziale ha un grande bagno privato di primavera caldo che guarda attraverso il vetro aperto nella natura. La parte più affascinante del nostro soggiorno è stato il nostro ”hotel butler” Un giovane che ci ha trattato come ospiti VIP e ci ha dato il trattamento reale. Era molto attento alle nostre esigenze e sforzava di renderla un soggiorno più memorabile per noi. Ha davvero riscaldato i nostri cuori. È il zoo della natura di massa che merita una visita! Solo 3 km dal giardino dell'Expo. Per i visitatori stranieri, questa è un'esperienza di tesoro.

It's an amazing place! I would definetly recommend everybody to come and experience the amazing service they provide. The staff were extremely helpful, polite and they were predicting all our wishes and fullfilling all our requests. The territory of the hotel is big and beautiful. You can enjoy walking around, watching different birds, animals and fascinating scenery. The place provides Chinese style breakfast and it's very delicious. I stayed there with my 2 friends and all three if us sgreed, that it was the best service we've ever got in China for the last 6 years. Their hot springs are also quite nice. For sure planning to go there again.

We have stayed one weekend at the banyan tree. Overall we have a very diverse experience with that hotel. All staff was very friendly and this balanced towards the missing 5 star sense of service of some. Some things were a bit chaotic and not aligned. The breakfast was ok, but I had already much better ones in other and cheaper 5 star hotels in China. The western restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner. But the food was available and served in the lobby bar. The quality of the food was good. The Chinese restaurant we haven't tried, it was comparable a bit too expensive for us. The hotel is only about 4 years old, and it seems it was a very huge investment. Amazing architecture! But, the building quality is partially very poor. But still, I would expect from a brand like banyan tree and a professional hotel management to keep the hotel well maintained. This does not cost a fortune. The room was ok. But some details were already wear out. At the hot spring area, some details wear already broken and not cleaned properly. The shower was in a disgusting condition, it looks like this was never cleaned in the last year's. There was even huge mold on the glass doors! The steam sauna was smelling and far to hot set. Little helpful bathroom amenities were missing too. What we liked: the architecture, the quiet and relaxing surrounding. The hot spring water and pools were nice especially to have one at the balcony of our room. A great hotel for me is one which I would always like to come back again. So in this case? Would we come back? I must say, even though we like some things. We would not come back, especially not for the regular room rates. A pity for such a hotel, it has so much potential.

Che piacere tornare a questo hotel. Ci sento davvero come se fossimo nella nostra seconda casa. Questa è la terza volta che ci siamo fermati qui, e è sempre così eccezionale, e non lo dico con leggerezza. La posizione è semplicemente magnifica. La piscina, i bagni caldi, la palestra e anche il parco che circonda l'hotel sono assolutamente bellissimi. Il personale è altamente competente, molto professionale e parla inglese, che è anche un vantaggio molto apprezzato. Ma quello che apprezziamo più è certamente il colazione. Il colazione è assolutamente delizioso. Che piacere è trovare di nuovo pasticce fresche. E' veramente una splendida esperienza. Il cibo è anche eccellente, sia che si tratti di cucina cinese o di piatti occidentali, tutto quello che abbiamo provato è delizioso. Il servizio in camera è anche molto buono: veloce, efficiente e affidabile. Il cibo consegnato alla stanza è di ottima qualità, e non abbiamo assolutamente nulla da denunciare. Ci sentiamo completamente a casa qui, e la squadra ha sempre un piccolo gesto pensativo per noi, spesso con un piccolo regalo di addio alla fine del nostro soggiorno. Francamente, ci piace questo hotel, e è diventato un posto dove ci piace tornare a rilassarci, riunire e passare momenti di pace insieme.

L'esperienza di soggiorno supera le aspettative!La privatizzazione è grande, la piscina privata nel cortile è più grande di quanto immaginato, la qualità dell'acqua è pulita e l'acqua è particolarmente carina nel suo cortile.Il servizio di cura deve concentrarsi sul rispondente, la velocità di risposta è troppo veloce, sarà risposto in quasi tre secondi, la domanda è molto in posizione. L'ambiente della piscina pubblica dell'hotel è bellissimo, molto eccezionale. Poche persone possono fare foto tranquille quando andiamo.Il ristorante sceglie un'ampia gamma di prodotti e il gusto è anche online.L'ambiente generale è chiaro, è adatto per le vacanze con amici o famiglie. Sia che sia il riposo o la foto sono molto appropriati. È davvero consigliabile, la prossima volta tornerò!!!!

Mi sorprendeva quanto la nostra stanza fosse grande, spaziosa e ben progettata. Mi piaceva che il bagno e i bagni fossero separati e che il bagno avesse una funzione intelligente. Inoltre, erano anche separati dal tubo di sorgente calda nella stanza. La piscina stessa era abbastanza grande per entrambi, che non era evidente nelle foto dell’hotel quando ho prenotato. I pulsanti per l’acqua calda e fredda erano stati puntati, il che significa che posso lasciarli correre mentre sto preparando per bagnare. C'è un divano impermeabile vicino al tubo, che rende un posto conveniente per mettere cose come cibo, asciugamani, vestiti da bagno o telefoni. L'unica cosa che mancavano era offrire te' gratis agli ospiti. Ho dimenticato di confezionarlo, quindi siamo andati a comprarne uno. L’hotel era a soli 500 metri dalla metropolitana, quindi andammo. Il colazione cinese era abbondante e il personale era molto accogliente e amichevole, non possiamo parlare bene cinese. Vogliamo tornare qui di nuovo.

My family had a fantastic stay at Westin Nanjing Resort. The front desk were extremely caring. We received a delicious cake for our wedding anniversary. Most staff can speak English. The choice of food at both breakfast and dinner is very rich and everything is delicious. All the facilities are amazing: swimming pool, outdoor hot springs, kids club, outdoor Baobao paradise playground and sure the park where the hotel is located. We took a chance to visit 13 Gardens - a very beautiful place to walk around. Probably one night is not enough!

L'hotel è molto nuovo, le strutture sono buone, l'igiene è buona, e la camera è grande, c'è balcone, la colazione è ricco, il servizio di ricetta è buono, giocare nel giardino, l'hotel può essere trasferito, molto conveniente, la posizione geografica dell'hotel è eccellente, vicino al tredicesimo giardino, il giardino vegetale sotto acqua, la strada è molto vicina, E'anche vicino a mangiare Xiaochuan, prenotato a Trip.com, e'anche il tour, che è il tour permanente all'hotel. Mia madre è particolarmente soddisfatta.L'hotel ha caldo, ci sono piscina, tutti i tipi di attrezzature fitness. La prossima volta deve essere ancora questa casa, il rapporto di prezzo è molto alto

We loved our stay at this IHG property. The staff were attentive and professional. They explained to us when checking in how to use the Hotspring in our room and where to find some of the different facilities. The room was clean the bed comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast the next morning, the restaurant had many Western and Asian choices including sausages, bacon etc. There were also noodles and even chinese rice packets to celebrate the Chinese festival at the time. We used the hotspring in our room in the afternoon of checking in and it was fantastic. It filled in around 30 minutes and was large enough for 4 people. We tried to use it again the following morning before checking out. However, there was no hot water. The front desk explained that the hot water was switched on at 8am, however, by 11am there was still no hot water. This was very disappointing. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would consider returning to this Voco property.
