PPinto767Your Lakefront Anchorage is a fantastic place to stay, offering an unbeatable location and great service. The setting is simply stunning, with beautiful lake views that create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Whether enjoying the scenery from the property or heading out for outdoor activities, the location is perfect.
The service was excellent—friendly, accommodating, and attentive to guests’ needs. Check-in was smooth, and the staff made sure everything was comfortable throughout my stay. The accommodations were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped for a hassle-free experience.
If you’re looking for a lakefront getaway with a perfect balance of tranquility and convenience, this is the place to be. I highly recommend it and would definitely return!

UUtente ospiteI was pretty disgusted to see the N word written in dust on the window in our suite. The food was overpriced and was definitely nothing special. Didn't matter after dinner though; there's no microwave to reheat left overs, and with how cold our room was, our food got cold and hard pretty fast. The wallpaper is coming off the wall, the hooks are coming out of the wall, we had the heat on friday-sunday but could never get it up past 68 degrees despite it being on for days. The water got shut off while we were there, parking was crowded/limited. We booked a room for 5, only to be put in a room with only 2 beds and told they couldn't provide us with a cot because of fire hazards; after complaining that I'm not putting my child on the very used/old carpet, they upgraded our room to include a couch for my 3rd child. The pool required a reservation but they didn't check reservations and the pool was over crowded. I was REALLY uncomfortable with how secluded I was from everyone when going to the locker room... it felt like the perfect spot for someone to catch a woman or child off guard. Everything is very old or outdated or broken in one way or another, and everything was VERY overpriced. If they want to claim they're a resort and charge resort prices, they need to start looking like a resort. Next time we need a weekend getaway, we'll be going to Denali instead!

L'hotel è il porto della società di crociera che viaggia sei ore e otto ore al giorno.Ci sono ristoranti e negozi di regali intorno.Il punto di partenza del bus circolare gratuito in città di 5-9 è anche l'altro lato della strada dell'hotel.Ci sono microonde in ogni piano dell'hotel. L'osservazione speciale è che l'hotel ha dato un soggiorno speciale 12 punti in anticipo (i clienti che arrivano con il bus sono fondamentalmente 9-12 punti).Il rapporto prezzo dell'hotel è il più prezioso.

UUtente ospiteBooked and paid in full online. They have our credit card on file. Didn’t expect they want to charge extra money for room deposit. No problem we can handle the additional payment except Their machine didn’t work scanning my Apple Pay. The older lady was rude and told us we couldn’t stay. That was not our fault. It really hurts! they should fix their machine problem first rather than blaming customer. Finally the younger staff on training figured out how to charge my Apple Card by keying in the numbers. Overall check in was not as friendly and professional as it should be. Breakfast was okay, oatmeal was not done correctly super dry, a simple fix is adding a bit water , yet no one cared. Eggs are not real , artificial eggs. Just a bit disappointed.
Rooms are warm and bathrooms is clean.

Ff1trillionAlthough the hotel is still pretty new, there's a frightening amount of wear and tear already present on all furniture, doors and walls. While the cleanliness is as expected, sound insulation is non-existant, which is why it was hard to sleep when you could hear every vehicle outside as loud as if you were standing next to it (and our room was on the highest floor). Neither the check-in lady at the front desk nor the kitchen staff were very friendly. The breakfast was probably the worst we ever had. It's advertised from 6:30-9:30am but when we arrived at 7am, most must-have items like bagels were already gone and weren't refilled. Also, the pancake machine was broken. All in all, it was a very disappointing stay.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è molto vicino all'aeroporto e guida 10 minuti.La notte è molto tranquilla, abbiamo vissuto cinque giorni e non ci sentivo disturbato.C'è un grande ristorante coreano e giapponese vicino all'hotel, molto delizioso, e il prezzo dei cibi del ristorante è buono. La stanza dell'hotel non è grande ma abbastanza per vivere. Le strutture sono più vecchie e il bagno non ha scarico.La qualità del colazione è buona, ma la varietà è monotona, la cena è la stessa ogni giorno.Anche mangiare cinque giorni è molto dolce.Ci sono gruppi di viaggi coreani ogni giorno. Il rapporto costo-beneficio dell'hotel è in generale buono. Se c'è una scelta migliore, non vivrò qui la prossima volta.
