Hotel 3 stelle a Nanchino

We had a great time at Nanjing Xinjiekou Deji Square Branch. We stayed for a total of 4 nights, service was prompt and the room was cosy and spacious. The complimentary laundry option was big plus point and we also drank good coffee while waiting for our laundry to be done. They also provide oranges and little snacks to all guests who makes the stay more memorable. Staff are friendly and attentive. Will recommend to our friends and relatives who wants to visit Nanjing 👍👍👍

Questa volta sono stato molto soddisfatto del mio soggiorno a Nanchino. La camera era pulita e igienica, e la notte era molto tranquilla. Ci sono molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze, ed è anche comodo per raggiungere le attrazioni. La posizione è generalmente tranquilla in una città frenetica. Parliamo del personale. Sono gentili e premurosi, e sanno rispondere rapidamente alle esigenze sollevate. Prendono sul serio la gestione di un hotel. La prossima volta che verrò a Nanchino, soggiornerò al Jinpeng Yunju~~

整體入住體驗特別滿意，地理位置靠近地鐵站，出行逛景點十分方便。房間打掃得乾乾淨淨，衞生間做到乾濕分離，熱水出水穩定，床墊軟硬適中，夜間隔音效果很好。前台辦理入住效率很高，服務温柔貼心，性價比在線，下次旅行還會選擇入住這家門店。

We stayed for here for the last leg of our trip for 2 nights and it was the best hotel we stayed at during our 3 week trip around China. The hotel is conveniently located near a big junction, where you are surrounded by big complex malls and eateries. You are literally spoilt by choice in what to have for dinner every night. There is a McDonald across the road (which is accessed by an underground passage) and lots of restaurants and underground or above ground on Shigu Road. The entrance to the metro is interconnected in the unground passage. Easy to get lost in but just follow the signs! The family room we had was very specious and big. It was clean and we enjoyed the little things like the smart toilet that allowed you to press a button to lift the seat and the towel warming rack. The only major downside for the family room was that although the room was split into 2, the light switch controlled the whole room and we weren’t able to just switch on one side of the room. It was either lights on for everyone or lights out! The hotel breakfast was lovely with a good range of western and Chinese food. I especially loved the congee and Chinese donuts for breakfast! Yum! Staff were very friendly and professional. They welcomed us warmly every time we entered the hotel and helped us with locating some parcels that were sent to the address. Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

I booked Hanyuan because it is within walking distance to my folks home. And my grandma used to work at Nanjing Agricultural University, which the hotel is affiliated with. I read others’ reviews and knew it is an old facility. I did not have unrealistic expectations. We arrived late at night. Taxi driver dropped us off at the side entrance that has numerous stairs to the door. We had lots of luggage. As we got out of the cab, we saw some staff member in the lobby looking out. Instead of coming out to help us, he walked away. My husband, myself and our seven year old all carried/dragged multiple items up the stairs to get into the hotel lobby. We checked in and decided that we would need to add a bed for the kid. House keeping came quickly to set up the bed but was reluctant to provide pillows for the additional bed. I had to repeatedly ask before they agreed to bring an extra pillow. Don’t understand why there is such resistance to equip the additional bed with pillow- after all, we did pay for the additional bed. Everything else was pretty good during our first three-day-stay. We then went away to visit families elsewhere for a week before coming back to this hotel. This time, our car drove onto the ramp at the front entrance. As soon as we entered the building, lobby manager came to offer us help. He helped us deliver luggage to our room. We are very appreciative of his assistance. We ran into some issues at the front desk this time. They asked for our passports again and took our pictures for a second time. When I mentioned that we were just here a week ago and all information was taken already, we were told that all information has been erased as we checked out. When we checked in/out the first time, we informed front desk that we were making the hotel our base camp and will be coming in and out a few times. It’s strange that they would delete our information and redo everything all over again. Again we need to add a bed. House keeping brought a roller bed which has a stained mattress pad. I asked them to bring a clean one, they said they could not. They said they didn’t have any clean pads. They said the only option is to remove the pad and put the sheets directly on the mattress. They further suggested that since the sheet is clean, dirty pad doesn’t matter and that every mattress pad under bed sheets has urine stains. His words made my stomach turn but I was too tired to fight so they went ahead put sheets on top of the mattress pad that has a big yellow stain. Again I asked for pillows for the additional bed, they refused at first, upon my insistence, they agreed to bring pillows. They also took out a blanket from the cabinets under television and put it on the bed. When the seven year old was ready for bed, I opened the blanket and realized it’s cover is dirty. It’s dusty and has multiple stings of hair on it. I called house keeping, a lady quickly bought over a clean duvet cover for the blanket but refused to take away the dirty one. She insisted that we keep the dirty duvet in the closet. I did not understand her rationale but there isn’t anything I can do. So that dirty duvet cover stayed in the closet. Maybe I should not have come back to this hotel.

nice big rooms which is hard to find in Nanjing. the front desk service is great they respond to your request immediately. breakfast is good, especially the noodles and wanton is delicious. Just outside the hotel there is a McDonalds and many convenience stores and also restaurants. lots of parking spaces. the bed and the pillow are very comfortable, they change the bedsheets regularly. the negative side, the sound proofing is very bad can hear people talking from another room but they provide free ear plugs, the hygiene needs to improve a lot, the first room I had have a very strong urine smell coming from the toilet but they changed my room but the next room the shower drain was not cleaned and the bathroom was clogged. i informed the front desk and they informed the house cleaning immediately but the house cleaner did nothing and i have a flooded bathroom for 2 days, this was only sorted out when i told the house cleaner myself when i saw her, disappointed with the house keeper as she told me just remove the drain cap instead of her to clean the clogged drain. the floors is also not cleaned as it’s very dirty. was cleaned only after the 6th day of my stay. supposed to be non smoking hotel but still people smoke in the rooms. there is free washing machine and dryer but the dryer takes 2 hours to dry and still will not dry completely, the washer takes 48 minutes to wash cloths and there is only 2 washing machine and 2 dryer. lucky I stayed during the off seasons so not many people. overall stay is good. for the hygiene I would suggest the management to check on the hygiene of the rooms regularly which very important . 房间宽敞舒适，这在南京很难得。前台服务很棒，能迅速响应你的请求。早餐不错，尤其是面条和馄饨，味道鲜美。酒店外面就有麦当劳、便利店和餐厅。停车位也很多。床和枕头都很舒服，床单也定期更换。不足之处在于隔音效果很差，能听到隔壁房间的谈话，不过酒店提供免费耳塞。卫生状况亟待改善，我入住的第一个房间厕所里散发着浓烈的尿骚味，虽然酒店给我换了房间，但第二个房间的淋浴地漏没有清理干净，浴室堵塞了。我向前台反映了情况，他们立即通知了清洁人员，但清洁人员却什么也没做，导致我的浴室被水淹了两天。直到我亲自见到清洁人员并说明了情况，她才解决了问题。我对这位清洁人员很失望，她竟然只是让我把地漏盖拧下来，而不是自己清理堵塞的地漏。地板也很脏，没有打扫。直到我入住的第六天才打扫房间。酒店号称禁烟，但还是有人在房间里抽烟。酒店提供免费的洗衣机和烘干机，但烘干机要两个小时才能烘干，而且衣服也干不了；洗衣机洗衣服要48分钟，而且只有两台洗衣机和两台烘干机。幸好我是在淡季入住的，所以人不多。总体来说，入住体验还不错。关于卫生问题，我建议酒店管理层定期检查房间卫生，这一点非常重要。

La ragazza alla reception è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Ci vogliono circa cinque o sei minuti per raggiungere la stazione della metropolitana e circa dieci minuti per raggiungere il Tempio di Confucio Sono disponibili gel doccia. Il disinfettante per le mani e il balsamo hanno tutti un ottimo sapore di arancia. Anche le varietà per la colazione sono buone e la zuppa di sangue d'anatra e vermicelli è particolarmente deliziosa. We stayed in Dec 2025 for 4 nights. This hotel was our first experience with a smart room system. Using voice commands in Mandarin, we could control the lights, television, ventilation (hot or cold), and music through a device called “Xiao Du”. It could also play music, including Chinese classical music, which was very soothing and helped us relax before sleep. Although the room was small, it was cosy, very clean, fresh, and modern. The toilet seat had a built-in heating function that activated automatically, which was particularly welcome during winter. The window faced an adjacent building rather than the main road, which helped keep noise levels low, as traffic on the street could otherwise be quite busy. The television offered a good selection of films, including several free-to-view options from both Hollywood and China. Amenities such as fresh towels were replenished daily, and complimentary items including tea sachets, bottled mineral water, and a can of Coke were thoughtfully provided. A small fridge was also available to keep drinks cool. The laundry facilities were excellent and easy to use. Located on the second floor, there was a large washing machine with automatic detergent dispensing, as well as a large dryer. Both were fast and efficient, which helped keep waiting times short even when several guests were using the machines at the same time. The Cotti Coffee café downstairs was excellent and very convenient for starting the day with a good cup of coffee. There were seats outside where one could sit, enjoy a drink, and watch the world go by — a very pleasant way to begin the morning. The reception staff were generally friendly and helpful. On our checkout day (12 noon on 1 January 2026), a lady at the reception was especially attentive. She advised us on the best way to reach the airport in light of heavy traffic, helped to watch out for our DiDi ride, flagged the driver from across the road when the car arrived, and accompanied us across the street to see us off safely. We were genuinely impressed by her thoughtfulness and professionalism. The hotel’s location is another major advantage. From the nearest metro station, it took us about a ten-minute walk at a relaxed pace. The hotel was easy to find on our first day, even while dragging our luggage. After that, the metro made it very convenient to reach many of the city’s major tourist attractions. We would be very happy to stay here again on our next visit to Nanjing.

Just had the most incredible stay at Nanjing Yunshuijian Parent-child Resort Hotel! As a foreigner, I was blown away by the laid back atmosphere and abundance of amenities and activities available. From water sports like boating and jetskiing to numerous campsites and restaurants, this place has it all! My personal favorite spot was the Shark Bar restaurant - the owners and staff are phenomenal! The vibe and atmosphere are unbeatable. Highly recommend checking it out if you get the chance. A huge shoutout to the hotel staff and managers for providing exceptional customer service throughout our stay. Il letto sembrava nuovo, ma dopo averci dormito sopra ho sentito prurito dappertutto (spesso soggiorno in hotel e non mi era mai capitato prima). Assicuratevi di disinfettare accuratamente durante la pulizia. 3. La guarnizione della porta del bagno era scadente, permettendo all'acqua di scorrere sul pavimento. Il design non era perfetto, quindi non riusciva a drenare. Era ancora fradicio il giorno dopo e il pavimento piastrellato lo rendeva molto scivoloso (vedi Figura 3). 4. Sia la porta del balcone che la porta principale hanno serrature semplici. Aggiungere una catena di sicurezza o un bloccaporta sarebbe stato molto più sicuro.
