Hotel con vista sulle montagne a Xiamen

My stay at Lohkah Isle was magical. From the moment I booked, the team made me feel genuinely cared for. No detail was too big, no gesture was too small. Every request was attended to with such warmth, kindness, and incredible promptness. A special thank you to Isak, Leo, Yuki, and Harlan. You are the heart and soul of this beautiful hotel. Isak welcomed us personally at the pier when we arrived at Gulangyu, and to my surprise, he was also the one who escorted us all the way back to Xiamen at the end of our stay — taking the ferry with us and helping us with all our luggage. He prepared mosquito repellent and medicine before our tour, wet wipes before we depart, always on hand with umbrella for us to beat the heat. That level of care is rare and deeply touching. All the butlers were very sincere and passionate. We have no words. We feel truly blessed to meet all of them. The property itself was immaculate — serene, elegant, and as uniquely charming as a Lohkah hotel can be. Lohkah remains my favourite hotel brand in China, not because of the architecture alone, but because of the people who bring these beautiful spaces to life. I will never forget the sweetness of this team: preparing a lovely tiramisu cake for my birthday, picking us up from a tea store when we got lost on the island, and accompanying us to the most beautiful sunset spots in Gulangyu. They made us feel less like guests and more like dear friends visiting from afar. Isak, Yuki, Leo, and Harlan — thank you for making our stay so remarkable, lovely, and unforgettable. Questo hotel è sicuramente un grande luogo per il soggiorno! La mia famiglia l'ha visitata durante la festa del Nuovo Anno e ci ha sorpreso quanto sia stato buono! La stanza è molto amichevole e ansiosa di aiutare, la stanza è grande, pulita e ha un proiettore per visualizzare i video e i film. Inoltre, la posizione è grande, quindi si può camminare per 5 minuti e arrivare alla spiaggia, che è grande e pulita. Il caffè è anche molto tradizionale e divertente! Abbiamo solo un'idea di aggiungere più cibo europeo per la causa del colazione, come per gli stranieri è difficile mangiare cibo cinese. Ma tutto il resto è più che perfetto! E' stata la nostra prima visita a Xiamen e sicuramente torneremo di nuovo 🫶🏼 Grazie per il tuo grande lavoro!Ci siamo sentiti molto benvenuti 💕

It was an overall good experience. The hotel is an icon ”the Twin Towers” and is conveniently located in Siming, a stone's throw away from Shapowei, a cozy neighborhood filled with nice little shops and plenty of good coffee vendors. Although the hotel is a bit dated but the room still has its grandeur and spaciousness. The check-in counters are on 38/F and the staff are nice and courteous. Our check-in staff, Dora is definitely an exemplary of the high quality service I'd expect of a 5 star hotel. She was extremely professional and follows through with us to make sure we had a nice stay. She definitely made our stay very warm and memorable. We had a dinner at their ”Michelin” Western restaurant Coast, but the experience was not good. There were 3 tables at best, but the staff if any, were too busy looking at their phones. We had to wave many times for them to notice us. We ordered the fish, steak, and another seafood dish. The steak was overcooked and chewy, not what I'd expect from a ”Michelin” restaurant. The fish was barely luke-warm, and the other seafood dish was bland and uneventful. With the high price tag for the dishes, I would not say it's worth it in terms of taste nor in service. The breakfast buffet however was good in terms of variety of selection, as well as in the quality of their waiters. There is also a Lawson convenient store on the G/F of the hotel, and a small shopping mall next door. Their indoor swimming pool is nice and the view is excellent. Just remember to bring your cap as all swimmers require a swimming cap! We had a lovely stay at Conrad Xiamen and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next stay.

Si calma ai piedi, e la lavagna ha curato il tè del viaggio immediatamente. Ogni volta che passa la reception, il negozio sorride e ricava il suo nome. Questo tipo di interazione calda tra persone e animali, persone e persone, rende l'intero hotel pieno di fuoco. La posizione dell'hotel è anche meravigliosa. A piedi, sono pochi minuti al porto di Tang Tang. This is a very good hotel. It is right next to the shopping mall, so restaurants and coffee shops are everywhere. We really appreciated the friendly front desk staff getting us an upgraded room. It is spacious, cleaned, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we need. We love their long and cleaned pool. It’s perfect for lap swimmers. Definitely we will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Ottima posizione. Viste davvero belle dal 53 ° piano con vista sull'acqua e sull'isola. L'appartamento aveva 4 camere da letto, una delle quali senza finestre. Per una famiglia il layout non era molto intuitivo rispetto al modo in cui le cose erano divise. Il soggiorno non era molto accogliente. Non c'erano lampade da comodino con solo un'illuminazione forte nelle camere da letto, nessuna sensazione casalinga. Nessun vero asciugamano in offerta, solo carta come asciugamani da usare. La cucina non è proprio user-friendly. L'intero posto ha bisogno di cure amorevoli per renderlo più invitante. Buona posizione con il centro commerciale e i ristoranti nelle immediate vicinanze.

I’ll definitely stay in this hotel again next time, if the price is right. I sometimes write reviews, just to get the coins. However, this hotel, I actually want to write a review to show my appreciation. It was an awesome experience. I was lucky to find a suitable price even during the holidays. The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, it felt like a real hotel. Not like some other hotels I’ve experienced. The only thing I can complain about, is that the hotel TVs don’t come equipped with the major platforms such as Tencent to watch good quality movies and series.

A solid and comfortable choice for a business stay or short trip. The major advantage is its proximity to the airport, which is incredibly convenient. The rooms are comfortable, though the facility is showing its age and could use some refurbishment. A reliable option if location is your top priority.

I traveled to Xiamen during the Chinese spring service with my dog and took a day trip to Kinmen Island, Taiwan, just off the coast. This hotel was in fact an apartment building with several management companies renting out rooms on various floors. Overall the building was in a horrendous state of disrepair. Initially, the front desk tried to put me into a room on the sixth floor which looked like a scene from a horror movie... Stains on floor, walls, dirt and garbage everywhere....I asked if this is the same room I booked and another female staff member moved me to the 9 th floor which was at least clean and updated, in the hall. The room was ok, and bed comfortable, but I've never stayed in a hotel that put sheets directly on the mattress without a minimal pad between... Luckily no bed bugs. The room had 3 out of 8 working lightbulbs so it was very dark. The heater didn't warm up the room even at max level running all day. Everything was old and dingy... Nothing like the photos I had no TV or Internet service the first day until I asked for it to be repaired. Overall, no maintenance is the problem.. But at least the woman at the front desk was helpful and kind That only real redeeming quality of the room was the view... But the window was so dirty, it was mostly obscured.
