We recently spent 2 nights at Bella Vita Manor, and it was the perfect relaxing retreat. If you are looking for a getaway where you don’t actually have to leave the property to have a good time, this is it. My kids were 3.5yo and 1.5yo at the point of visit. Seamless Transport & Logistics The package included a luxury MPV airport pickup, which was a lifesaver for our family of four. We had two large suitcases, two strollers, and two backpacks, and everything fit comfortably. Pro-tip: You’ll need to add the manor on WeChat to coordinate the exact pickup location. Communication can be a bit of a hurdle until you do that, but once you’re connected, the front desk is incredibly responsive for requests and activity bookings. Dining Experience Since we stayed on-site for the full 48 hours, we ate every meal at the manor. There were enough options to keep things interesting. Breakfast: We experienced two different styles—a lovely ”9-square” set selection on Friday and a full buffet on Saturday. This is due to a difference of in-house guests. Note: Our package did include afternoon tea, but it wasn't offered to us. Activities & Facilities The service from every staff member we encountered was exceptional. For Kids: The outdoor playground was a bit wet due to the rain, but the indoor playground was a great alternative. The only downside was the ventilation; the air conditioning felt a bit weak, and the air got a little stale after about 15 minutes. The Animals: Don’t expect them to be roaming free constantly. The rabbits were in cages, and the alpacas are brought out to the main lawn at specific times. Farm-to-Table: We picked some fresh kale from the garden! For a small additional fee, the kitchen prepared it into a fresh salad/juice for us. Final Verdict Despite the minor hiccups with WeChat setup and indoor airflow, the overall experience was fantastic. My kids and I truly enjoyed our stay. If you want a slow-paced, high-service retreat, I would definitely recommend it!

Voglio assolutamente tornarci. Ho soggiornato per una notte durante il weekend di Pasqua del 2026 e io e mia moglie ne siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Il personale era cortese e alcuni di loro parlavano cantonese, il che è stato fantastico per noi. La camera era superba, soprattutto l'aria condizionata che era decisamente abbastanza fredda e io adoro il freddo. La colazione a buffet era discreta, con una buona selezione di piatti locali e occidentali: se vi piace il dim sum, dovreste soggiornare qui. Sebbene ci fosse un po' di rumore proveniente dai vicini, è diminuito dopo le 22:00. La vicinanza alla metropolitana è stata un fattore determinante e ci sono molti ristoranti e negozi raggiungibili a piedi. Forse il numero di addetti alla colazione a buffet potrebbe essere aumentato, ma devo dire che quando siamo scesi a mangiare verso le 8:30 non c'era coda, quindi forse non è necessario. I booked this hotel despite knowing it’s a bit far from the city center, typically requiring a 45-minute to 1-hour cab ride or a 1.5-hour journey by metro (there are two metro stations nearby). After calculating the cost savings of staying here and using cabs versus staying downtown, I found it worth it. That said, if you’re on a tight schedule, the location might not be ideal. One of the main reasons I chose this place was its newness, spaciousness, and the inclusion of a washing machine, which is essential for longer stays. However, since the property is newly established, many nearby F&B options are still under construction, especially around the hotel area. That said, there are nearby malls like Wanda Mall where you can find food and other necessities. A café and a mini-mart are already operational, and the area might become livelier in a few months. Cleanliness: I have to put it out there that I am particular when it comes to cleanliness. While the hotel is clean overall, there seems to be a lack of consistent training for the housekeeping staff. For instance, despite the initial unclean room being promptly addressed and replaced, I noticed a pile of hair/dust in one spot from Day 4 until the end of our stay—it remained untouched. I do hope that the cleaning staff would take extra precautions and being more thorough during their rounds. Overall, the cleaning staff were friendly and apologetic when reminded, but it would have been better if the cleaning was consistently thorough without needing reminders (almost on a daily basis). Amenities: I appreciated the Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom—it was a nice touch and made my stay more enjoyable. However, I did have an issue with the towels. While they were new and clean, I wished they had better quality. The towel piles would shed and stick to my body and face after use, which was frustrating. I hope this is something the hotel can address in the future. Service : The service has its highs and lows, but I will still give it a 5 as the staffs are friendly and apologetic for the issue caused. For instance, when we initially received an unclean room, the staff promptly moved us to a clean one and offered complimentary breakfast (though we didn’t end up using it). The hotel’s service WeChat was efficient, and staff responded quickly to requests. However, there were a few hiccups. For example, when we requested detergent and later asked for extra water upon delivery, the staff appeared slightly taken aback and commented on why we didn’t request both at the same time. While it might have been a minor misunderstanding, the comment and attitude felt unnecessary. One major inconvenience was the WiFi, which went down twice during our stay—once for an entire day. This was especially frustrating as I was on a work trip and had to rely on roaming, which incurred additional charges. While the staff apologized and reimbursed us, stable WiFi is essential and should be a priority. Overall, this hotel offers good value for money if you don’t mind the distance. I do hope that the hotel will have a better cleaning SOP in future.

Questa è la prima volta che visito questo hotel. Sarà nuovo a novembre e ho pensato che sarebbe stato molto bello. La prima notte, l'acqua perdeva e gocciolava dal bagno al piano superiore nella stanza 507, quindi fui trasferito nella stanza 205. Il condizionatore è rotto, vero? Non ci sono più posti liberi. Ho chiesto alla reception un ventilatore elettrico per sopravvivere alla notte, fortunatamente era inverno.

Un soggiorno perfetto con i bambini: una recensione a 5 stelle! Il personale è stato cordiale e attento, aiutandoci proattivamente con i bagagli e fornendo articoli per bambini: dettagli davvero premurosi! Desidero in particolare elogiare le strutture ricreative dell'hotel. Il parco acquatico riscaldato è stato un successone con i bambini; le aree ricreative erano sicure e divertenti, rendendo facile e spensierato portare i bambini fuori. La colazione offriva un'ampia varietà di opzioni, tra cui molti dei piatti preferiti dai bambini, e il cibo era delizioso. Nel complesso, un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, una scelta eccellente per le vacanze in famiglia, e ci tornerò sicuramente la prossima volta!

L'hotel è in montagna, estremamente tranquillo, è stato trasformato in un vecchio villaggio 300 anni fa, che si diceva fosse un luogo di residenza di minoranze etniche.La stanza è molto progettata e si trova principalmente nella natura.Ogni camera è unica e molto tranquilla. Il paesaggio di Xiaoda è molto speciale. Anche se la colazione è un pacchetto, la varietà è ricca di sapore. Il più sorprendente è che ci sono due panda, tutti molto belli e ricci, e panda è anche l'attività dell'hotel.Entrare e uscire dall'hotel per guidare circa tre chilometri di strada di montagna, e sollevare un po'grande ~ Prova la tecnologia dell'auto.

This hotel was a haven in the extraordinary city of Guangzhou. The setting was beautiful, staff were very attentive, breakfasts very good. The picturesque swimming pool was perfectly relaxing at the end of a warm summer day. Despite being a 35min DiDi drive to downtown Guangzhou we thoroughly recommend this hotel.

This is a lovely place to go for a night or two to just relax. Also a pet friendly place, so that makes is ideal for me! The front desk are really helpful and you can add them onto your wechat to contact them directly anytime. They provide all essentials to be comfortable. I did ask if I could have a kettle for inside my tent, for coffee, which they were able to provide for me. Dinner options, you can choose chicken hot pot or the crawfish hot pot at their reception, which you can do yourself by your tent, or tell them you’d like to cook it in their dining area. Otherwise you can also barbecue your own things at your camp sight. It’s suggested to take your own food to bbq there, as their choices are limited. They did provide me with some sweet potato when I asked, and the chicken hot pot was really tasty and filling! The tent was clean, comfortable and has AC. We stayed in the smallest tents they provide, and it was perfect for what we needed. They have a swimming pool facility that is open from 4:30-6:30pm only. It would be nice if was available in the morning as well!! There’s not a lot to do in the surrounding area of the resort. You can do fishing, go for walks through the forest along the stream. I suggest to take some activity things to do like badminton or other board games etc. There are great play areas for kids, and fun slides are incorporated into the designs of some of the rooms. There are plenty different types of tent facilities and some have some really nice privacy looking onto the stream and have some outdoor hot spring tubs (plunge pool). The small tent porches don’t have privacy, but they are adequate for a short stay in nature. Getting there is easy by didi or hired car, getting back you just need to make your search on the app more wide because the location is a bit isolated from busy areas, but otherwise that’s also not a problem.

L'hotel è molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, ma la stazione ferroviaria è lontana dal centro della città, anche se facilmente accessibile da MTR.
