The Yun Collection Guangzhou Yong Qing Fang

The staff was very helpful . They assisted on internet issues , helped us to book taxis . Gave us idea about sightseeing . Their English was rather good

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. Basically we enjoyed the stay despite it’s not a 5star hotel. Location - it’s near the Line 1 of the Metro (Huangsha Station) (exit B). However Exit B is only equipped with Staircases , hence for those that travel with big luggages, you may proceed to enter the connecting mall (Link Plaza) and take the escalator to one floor up. Look for the direction to Huawei Store, the exit to the main road is just to the left of the store. Then proceed to use the AMAP and look for the direction to hotel. The hotel is also located at the heart of Yong Qing Fang , the old Guangzhou city that once lived the noble families during the olden times. You can have the whole area to yourself for photo takings after the tourist left. Service - Fast check in and check out. No need to pay any deposit upon check in. There were also mung bean soup (cold) for us when we check in. Bedroom - we were on 5th floor , same place with the Yun restaurant (which served breakfast). The room is enough for 2 person, however for those traveling with more than 2 suitcases , there might be problem with the spaces as it can be quite pack. The location of the wash basin outside the toilet does not really appeal to us as well as the area will be wet after we brushed our teeth / washed face. For those that speaks Mandarin, you can use the AI machine (Xiao Tu) to control the lighting, curtains and air conditioning. For me , I’ll just use the control panel placed next to the main entrance as well as beside the bed. Breakfast - nothing much , just a small section of continental as well as western food. However the dim sum is good. Gym / self service laundry - did not try these therefore not able to review Roof top - can take beautiful picture as well as the famous moon bridge but do remember to spray some mosquito repellent which we found them in the room before hand. (for those travelling during summer) Travel time to airport - for those leaving Guangzhou by flight , the time to travel to airport is around 1 hour. (We booked the airport transfer via Trip.com. The driver picked us up directly from the hotel. According the the hotel staff , if we were to travel via subway/metro, it will take around 1 hour and 30 mins with around 2 or 3 transfers.

Location is perfect! Nothing much for eating around but just short walking to Shangxiajiu where I can find something to eat and also 2 malls which are walkable. There are free 4 drinks they give every single day and also green bean sweet soup for free picking up everyday. Thing I don’t like is they don’t change the sheet, I stayed 5 nights and they should change at least once.

Love this place! Good location, surrounded by all the good food, unique shopping, charming architects n culture! More importantly, i felt safe here.

訂購酒店房之前己花了不少時間比較過其他酒店的房型，價錢，地點，衛生及服務等資訊，最後發覺只有這間的負評較少，雖然在價格上不是最好的一間，但最後還是覺得自己的選擇是對的。 首先酒店雖然設人流不少的景點之上，不過環境還是相當安靜，不會影響休息，而且客服也很有禮貌，不像其他酒店那麼多負評都提及職員服務態度差甚至惡劣，這點好評。 再來房間的空間及設施也和訂房前的照片一致，並沒有相片一回五事，現實又另一回事，而且也沒有任何異味，整體房間的衛生打掃得也算合格，算叫做貨是對板的，唯一槽點只是電源插座只有大陸制式，並不提供英制及美制的插座，雖然最後可通過前台向職員索取轉插，但也是不太方便， 因為一旦酒店滿客其他外來遊客就可能得不到幫助，這點對於開放國外遊客的酒店還是需要改善的，整體而言今此入住此酒店的體驗可以説是相當不錯，努力！ 下次如果再有機會到廣州旅遊亦會再下塌這間酒店。
