各方面都很好，是會推薦給朋友的酒店。 遺憾的是 最後走的時候，一些服務生的態度讓人感到非常不適。在前台反映後，雖然一開始一直道歉，但前台經理後來説“你預訂的時候，為什麼不問清楚相關規定呢？” 説得像是我的責任一樣。這個説法讓人很難接受， 我如何主動詢問一些我並不瞭解的規定？ 打個比方，就像我去餐廳上廁所，上完廁所被告知要給錢，我説之前並沒人跟我説，服務員反問我：你為什麼不提前問清楚要不要交錢呢？ 之前小服務員有態度問題就算了，前台經理都會説出這樣不符合邏輯，不歡迎人的話，我覺得在hospitality這方面， 還是有點差強人意😕 其他方面還是很好，前一個大堂經理都挺幫助人的

Hotel molto carino e ben posizionato vicino a tutti i servizi ma il personale non è attento La spa non è degna di un 5mondes essendo un fan delle spa 5mondes da evitare... olio freddo, pressione incontrollata mi sono ritrovato con il collo bloccato

L'hotel è convenientemente situato vicino al centro di Marrakech - il fatto che abbiamo avuto un'auto aiutata. Se non hai il tuo trasporto, è circa 2/3 KM dalla Jemaah El Fnaa. L'hotel era pulito e pulito, anche se poteva fare meglio con un nuovo tappeto coridore e un licenza di pittura all'esterno. Il servizio è buono, ma potrebbe essere meglio, poiché la luce del bagno non è stata fissata e il ferro per tovaglioli è uscito nonostante la comunicazione al ricevitore.

Uno dei migliori hotel al mondo in termini di servizio, strutture e cibo. La Mamounia è così ricca di cultura e patrimonio che ogni parte dell'hotel racchiude una storia unica. Abbiamo visitato il Royal Mansour e altri stabilimenti a 5 stelle ma niente è paragonabile al calore e all'ospitalità del personale di questo hotel. Un'esperienza davvero straordinaria e la nostra unica delusione è stata la mancanza di tempo per esplorare ulteriormente i vari ristoranti, cinema, area attività, ****** e cantina. Torneremo sicuramente.

Il Four Seasons Resort Marrakech è un bellissimo hotel situato a poca distanza dalla M Avenue della città e a 10 minuti di taxi dalla Medina. La camera a noi assegnata era molto spaziosa, ben arredata, con cabina armadio separata e con un letto molto comodo. Bagno ampio con doccia e vasca separati. Vista sul resort e sulle sue fontane costeggiate dalla ricca vegetazione. La cura della pulizia e dei dettagli si può riscontrare in ogni angolo di questo magnifico resort. Il personale dell’accoglienza, del Concierge e dei ristoranti si è dimostrato molto professionale, gentile e disponibile, assicurandoci un’esperienza indimenticabile. Molto comodo il servizio di transfer da e per l’aeroporto. Ristorazione ottima, dalla colazione ai ristoranti interni, incluso quello a bordo piscina. Fantastica anche la nostra esperienza alla SPA (hammam e massaggio). Ci torneremo sicuramente nel corso della nostra prossima vacanza a Marrakech e lo consigliamo assolutamente.

A jewel in the crown - well several jewels Myself and my partner have just returned from a short three night break in Marrakesh and stayed in Riad Dar Anika. It is just at the entrance towards a street that is not large enough for cars so it is perfectly located for airport drop off without walking far with luggage. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with smiles, welcome drinks and snacks and a detailed explanation of Marrakesh old town and the new part. We were given options to visit, places to consider having a drink and the history of different places. Our bedroom was allocated earlier than the e pecked check in time. It was close to reception however was not at all noisy. It was beautifully presented with rose petals on the bed, a snack and fruit in the room and so clean! There was an explanation of the green and red chord and also breakfast times and time for afternoon cake (which was a welcome treat between breakfast and our evening meal). The breakfasts had a French feel to them. They certainly did not leave you feeling hungry! So much to eat and fresh squeezed orange juice, tea and coffee served to your table. The waiting staff were all happy, welcomed us with a smile each day and were so attentive throughout. The men and women worked so nicely together and appeared to really respect each other irrespective of age, gender or position. There was a gentleman that played music on a couple of nights in the restaurant - apparently the songs were about love. The music was not intrusive and he looked a happy soul. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was delicious. I had a monk fish (simple) and it was soooo tasty. Craig had a simple beef dish again really lovely. The salad starter was so fresh and the avocado was the nicest I’ve ever had! The environment on all floors was one of peace and tranquility. A lovely pleasantly warm pool outside of our room, tables and comfy seating throughout and the top floor having a jacuzzi dipping pool and sun loungers and chairs. It was clean, comfortable and with as much or as little attention from staff as you wanted. I can’t recommend this place highly enough! If we come back to Marrakesh we would definitely stay here. It really was filled with beautiful, kind and compassionate staff who want you to have a wonderful experience. We certainly did, thank you. Our ONLY recommendation would be to change the music playlist a bit - a very minor point and whilst it was gentle, it was limited in songs so felt a bit repetitive. A really minor recommendation from an otherwise truly incredible stay. They even gave us a pack up breakfast, tea and coffee to go and a beautiful gift for me for my hair - thank you -so much. If you have the option to choose here to stay you will come home happy and relaxed. Thank you so much from Nikki and Craig

Ho soggiornato di recente in questo hotel e ho avuto un'esperienza deludente con il personale della reception, in particolare con le due ragazze in servizio durante il mio check-in alle 21:00. Nonostante la mia prenotazione, ho dovuto aspettare più di 30 minuti per una stanza, che si è rivelata diversa da quella che avevo prenotato. Nonostante li avessi informati del nostro anniversario, la risposta del personale non è stata d'aiuto. La vista iniziale della stanza è stata cambiata senza preavviso e l'alternativa offerta era peggiore. Solo dopo aver parlato con il direttore (vale la pena notare che il direttore con cui ho parlato è stato eccezionalmente cordiale e comprensivo) abbiamo ricevuto una stanza migliore, ma non era comunque quella che avevamo prenotato. La mancanza di considerazione per la nostra occasione speciale ha reso l'esperienza complessivamente frustrante.

Buon hotel che consiglio. Puli con una lettiera confortevole. Le donne di famiglia passano ogni giorno. Le uniche barriere sono la doccia ( calcare ) e le finestre non isolatano abbastanza il rumore esterno.

L’albergo è silenzioso, accogliente, pulito. Bella e comoda anche la spa. Il ristorante offre un’ottima colazione ed anche pranzo e cena sono da provare per qualità. Il personale al ricevimento è professionale, gentile ed efficiente, così come quello assegnato alla pulizia delle camere. Un po’ meno il personale del ristorante. Una menzione speciale, tuttavia, per la gentilissima Mina, che parla tra le altre lingue anche un ottimo italiano e ci ha fornito consigli e suggerimenti preziosissimi per la riuscita del nostro soggiorno e ci ha assistito anche nella prenotazione di servizi interni all’hotel e di interessanti escursioni. The location is great, everything is nice and neat without going into luxury (which is to be expected for the price point), the staff is also super helpful plus the included breakfast is a nice touch (during my stay it was coffee/tea/orange juice with bread/pancakes and honey/jam/butter) - together with the tours that you can book directly (I also had a great experience with the driver and the guide) makes it so you have few things to worry about during your stay. The bathroom set-up is also clean and well put together which is a huge plus. Loved the terraces as well. Absolutely recommended.
