Trinidad e Tobago: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Eastern Tobago

We have stayed three times at Coco Reef and each time we visit we are impressed with the staff who are attentive and caring. A special mention to Esther who went out of her way to make sure our experience was perfect. And to Jeanette who is the very best bartender on Tobago. Nothing is too much trouble and your friendly approach will be rewarded by the staff. The hotel public areas and rooms need some updating, we met the owner who is well aware of the shortcomings and has a program of maintenance and upgrades in hand. That said, we have always been comfortable here, the bed is good and the air conditioning works well. Outside, you will appreciate the beautiful manicured gardens in front of the hotel and the well maintained private beach dotted with Palm trees for shade. At the end of the drive you are amongst the bars, restaurants and street food stalls, Jade Monkey is the best bar a few minutes walk from the hotel and you will feel safe and welcome while you are out. Be sure to visit Pigeon Point beach for a day where the sand, sea and facilities are great. For our tours we used Dexter of Island Man Tours who has become a personal friend over the last few years. Take a foodie inspired island tour for a real flavour of the island, explore the beaches on the Caribbean coast and the Rain Forest which is truly stunning. Dexter will listen to what you want to do and tailor the tours to your needs, he will personally escort you on most of the tours and has a good sense of humour. Coco Reef offers a great place to stay and at the same time is well positioned along the main road where all the facilities you will need are placed. Enjoy your stay!

Let's state that a holiday is what YOU make it. To many people (English) expect every single hotel or venue to be the same, well there not live with it. Nowadays you can go on holiday without actually going because of things like this TripAdvisor. Is it a 3 star hotel, it was and it's trying to be but it's about 2.5. The hotel is 1970's design and it shows but not in a bad way. Location is next to the beach perfect. The grounds very well kept. The rooms are very good and well maintained. It even had a 3 pin UK plug that we used via a modern 3 way plus 4 usb adapter, perfect. The pool was the best I've ever been in. The pool staff work daily to keep it maintained. Food... D bay hut/restaurant was absolutely perfect, the staff and chef (Daren and Patrice) catered for my every need as a very fussy eater. The main restaurant was a little different, the food was good but not always to my liking. The staff were sometimes a little to layed back and slightly under trained. Do not use your rep, find Barry on the beach front in the morning for a much better deal, yes you can negotiate prices for an outstanding service and knowledgeable tour (whatever you choose to do). So overall we enjoyed it as we took it as it came and as it was. I would go back to this hotel but only after finding a better deal as we found out people had paid less than we did.

Appena tornato da una bella settimana a Tropikist. Ho incontrato un personale così amichevole e altri grandi ospiti che rimase lì. Malaika alla Reception e il personale erano così utile, grazie a tutti. Bernard era anche grande che ci ha portato in visita a nostra isola! Lo consiglierei con grande attenzione e grazie anche a Duane per la notte di caiacchiera! L'hotel ha offerto anche un massaggio complimentare che era grande. Con il piccolo resort, era più intima e non eravamo solo due dei tanti ospiti. Una vista marina così sorprendente e un bel sole dal nostro salone Deluxe Ocean View. Tobago è una bella isola e ci sentivamo così a casa a Tropikist e vorremmo tornare un giorno. Grazie a tutti a Tropikist! Spero di rivederti un giorno xx
